Hotel Bhadgaon

The friendly greeting, attentive service, awesome restaurant and excellent amenities make the Hotel Bhadgaon the perfect choice to start or end a visit to Nepal. After a three week trek, I choose the latter and enjoyed relaxing in the pool, fast laundry service, and the slower pace (and clean air!) of Bhaktapur to unwind. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable and their shuttle service got me to the airport when it was time to depart. They make a great Mojito and there's a resident cat who will say hello is you ask him. Conveniently located right off the main road from the airport, it's easy to get to, quiet, and a short walk to the hustle/bustle of Bhaktapur's Durbar Square. I'll return to the Hotel Bhadgaon after my next Nepal trek!

The hospitality is amazing over here compared to the Nepali hotel industry benchmark. Warm rooms and you can have Juju Dao. Breakfast is very extensive and taken care of in a proper manner. Really enjoyed our stay here, it’s a perfect place for a little luxury compared to other hotels in the region.

The hotel was nice with a well acclimitised room and pool, but I was blown away by the service in the restaurant. The staff were very attentive to the requests for the style of food requested and they delivered. I would happily come back here just for the food.

Great location right outside the buzzing, ancient old town of Bhaktapur. Hotel Bhadgaon has wonderful staff, cozy rooms and modern amenities. The view from the top floor is great, too. Highly recommended!

This Hotel has all the attributes of a staff who, on all levels are working to be the best. Whether large wedding/conference events or single/couple trekkers, they work together as a professional team that excels! Their culinary menu has a wide range of international cuisine served by a Tailored clad staff that makes you feel not only at home, but in the midst of a first rate, world class venue. This place has all the attributes of a good Boutique. Great decor, Newari architectural charm, the right amount of creature comforts, and personalized and friendly hospitality. IF it fixes a few holes in the fabric, it could be a winner. The biggest letdown was the extremely lame breakfast that had almost no good local food in it and the dated room interior. IF they get that fixed they can be a true charmer. LOCATION: Good location in old Bhaktapur and walkable from Durbar square and ll points of interest DINE + DRINK: The Breakfast was a disappointment and it was closed quite early in the night even before we arrived. There is also No good Bar on site. ROOM: We stayed in Room 401, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of the cityscape ; SIZE: Spacious enough with a huge living room and s separate Bedroom; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: A very doo Bathtub shower with no shower curtains! ; TOILETRIES: Very random cosmetics, better to bring your own FACILITIES: No gym on site, but there is an outdoor pool that is unusable in colder weathers. SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to RINA at front desk and SAIU at the breakfast restaurant HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Super slow Wi-Fi that was patchy in the room! Big Plasma TV screen dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages

Stayed here for one night whilst in Nepal for work and a holiday. If returning to Bhaktapur I would not hesitate to go back to this hotel as it was lovely. The hotel staff could not have been more welcoming, helpful or friendly. They gave advice, helped with transfers, and loaned umbrellas when the weather took a turn. The rooms were spotless and I had a large and very comfortable bed. We took dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Both were very nice, the breakfast option deserves a special mention as it was great. The hotel's location is also very good as it's a short walk to many shops and the historical Durbar Square. Exactly what we needed for our short stay.

The ambience of the entire hotel gives positive vibes and energy. I would say best hotel in bhaktapur.I just come to visit the hotel at that time I meet one staff name SURAJ he welcomes us very warmly and made a very good coffee.His coffee really makes my day. In my next visit I would love to stay here.
