門口污水一直在流，斜對面是垃圾站，隔壁是倒塌的房屋，周圍都是危房，房間很小，沒有多餘的插坐，如果手機、相機充電，必須要拔掉枱燈或者水壺充電。衞生間超級迷你，洗澡的時候洗滌用品沒有地方放，我衹能放在地上，如果彎腰拿洗髮水，要小心碰頭。很小的桌子，放電腦很侷促，沒有椅子，我衹能坐在自己的行李箱上。訂房間的時候顯示28平方，難道陽台上的發黴爛沙發，也算在28平裏嗎？這還不算，剛剛到的時候，老闆給我一個不到十平方、沒有暖氣的更小房間，我一看不對呀，強烈要求換房間，告訴他我訂的是28平的房間。老闆是個很狡猾的人，他很不高興。以至於在我入住的三天時間我們都沒有再説過話。這是我第一次差評，強烈不推薦這家旅館。

幫人代訂的，簡簡單單的一次商務出行，位置還可以，酒店設施一般，朋友説下次再過來的話。還是會考慮給員工繼續預訂

To Fellow Travelers on TripAdvisor, Issues: 1-Mold Mold Mold 2-Sagging mattresses 3-Noisy 4-Dirty 5-..... I regret to inform potential guests that I advise against booking this accommodation due to significant mold problems, as evidenced by the photos I've attached. The bathroom is heavily affected by mold, both on the ceiling and the floor, likely because there's no window or working fan to remove the moisture. This has led to dampness that could be hazardous, especially for those prone to breathing issues. I am astonished to find that such a property is still listed on ***********. I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk staff, hoping for a room change, but was met with a dismissive reply that the hotel was fully booked. Another considerable inconvenience is the noise from the street, made worse by ineffective window sealing. Given the hotel's location near Istiklal Street, noise from nightlife and a neighboring tea house that continues from midnight to dawn is amplified. I've captured this noise in a video I've uploaded. Additionally, the sleeping arrangements were unsatisfactory. We received two single beds joined together instead of the requested double bed, complete with sagging mattresses and poorly cleaned bedding. The zebra-*****ed window shades were also dirty, too worn out and not enough light blocking feature to block external light passing through them at nighttime lead to a poor sleep quality. Moreover, a broken electrical socket with exposed wires presented a safety risk, particularly concerning for guests with young children. The breakfast was a letdown as well. Lastly, in our last day of stay the have requested us to leave the room between 10:30 am to 07:00 pm in order to pesticide the whole hotel’s rooms. I share this review in the hope that it will assist others in making a well-considered choice regarding their accommodations

First of all, let's not call this infernal dilapidated building a hotel. A hotel should have a series of standards and minimums that this ruin lacked. So from now on I will call it a ruin. The second point is that most of the comments and scores on the booking site that have been recorded for this ruin are fake, and it seems that the people of this building have reserved a night for themselves to write a review and raise its score. Everything seemed very dirty and old, even the sheets were washed but still did not look clean. There was hair on the sheets. There was hair on the soap. The ground looked very dirty. The walls were very dirty and stained. In some places, water had leaked on the wall and it had been torn off and a wide white paper had been attached. It looked very messy, sloppy and dirty. There was a kick mark on one of the walls and it was clear that it had never been cleaned. The ceiling of the bathroom was leaking water and there was so much that the ceiling was swollen and you thought it was going to fall downstairs at any moment. And the dirty water from the upstairs drain was leaking and dripping in our bathroom. Even though I told them to change the rooms, they said that we don't have empty room. Beds were non-standard. It had two single beds pushed together and was sold as a standard room while it was not standard at all. The mattresses were very old and torn, and they were bent from the sides, and when you slept on them, they sunk by half a meter. The bathroom was very small and the distance between the toilet and the sink was so small that you had to stand crooked and wash your hands. The door of the bathroom was not completely closed and a small amount was left open. The niches are full of dirt and apparently they were not cleaned for many years. The room did not have a trash can, and the toilet only had a trash can whose pedal did not work. There was no cleaning service and the last few days the room was dirty everywhere. we could hear all the sounds outside and it was disturbing to sleep at night. There should be minimums in the definition of a hotel, and this building not only did not have these minimums, but it was also dangerous to live in, as if there is no supervision of buildings and places. This dangerous and similar buildings intended to accommodate travelers should be demolished and renovated or reconstructed as soon as possible. One day the electricity was cut and there was no emergency power system, the staircases were very narrow and winding; Imagine if you had a return flight on the same day, how would you go down the narrow stairs with your luggage? I have been to many hotels, suites, hostels and inns in the world, but this was my worst experience of a place to stay. Accommodation with such conditions should be under $5 per night. If you want to experience what hell is like, go to this hotel and similar hotels.

We booked this hotel for 5 days window was broken was so dirty , bed was nasty filthy blanket had piss stains all over,breakfast was small tray or left over food,floor was smashed in pieces ,emergency exit in room was open anyone could walk inside from outside to your room the receptionist was young stocky man very rude anything you ask he would say I dunno he was always either on his phone or computer never answered anything except selling SIM cards on you or selling cruise ticket he would happily answer to that apart from that I believe his name was burak wouldn’t bothered looking at you on day we we were leaving we went to pass him card and drinks since he was extremely horrible I asked if my driver was outside he said I dunno go check yourself and I left card on table he didn’t even say bye thanks or anything he shouldn’t be in tht hotel at all

We booked this hotel for 7 days in July as last minute plans had changed. We read the reviews on here and thought it would be ok. We were wrong. After arriving late at night we checked in at reception, person spoke about 2 words of English. Stairs up to the room were narrow and spiraled. Very difficult to use when carrying bags. The lift was so small you could fit 2 cases in but not yourself. After getting to the room we noticed the mouldy smell in the room right away. The room was tiny and our double bed was just bigger than a singal. The laminate flooring at the doorway was about to cave in. Stench of nicotine was disgusting. Fridge didn't work. Toilet was dirty and mouldy. We had payed for breakfast but couldn't find it. Man at desk spoke no English at all. We checked out the next morning. No refund has been given for the other 6 days. Avoid at all costs.

I think Istanbul was the right choice for my first trip after a long time. I chose the hotel based on the reviews. This was a very right choice, because I think the most important feature for this period was cleanliness and hygiene, and I had a clean and tidy room. Receptionists and hotel owner lady were very interested and smiling. The location is very comfortable, the places to see in the historical peninsula are within walking distance or it is very easy to reach by metro. Istiklal Avenue is already 250 meters away, which means restaurants, bars and entertainment venues are right next to you. I would definitely recommend.
