Il personale è molto amichevole e bello. Amore il cibo là! Il BBQ è un must try for dinner. La camera è bello e accogliente, altamente raccomandato per un breve viaggio.

Il miglior resort di sempre. Dal molo il servizio è stato fantastico. Se scegli il trasferimento in barca da Bubu, non è necessario condividere con altri passeggeri del resort, solo ospiti Bubu. I bagagli saranno organizzati da loro. Porta solo le tue cose. Quindi quando torni indietro, non hai bisogno di q come gli altri. Aspetta nella hall, aspetta che arrivi la barca! Dal check-in fino al check-out, il loro staff è così allegro! La colazione era eccezionale con la vista sulla spiaggia! Sicuramente lo ripeterò dopo questo.

We have stayed 10 days at bubu Villa which is not common as people normally stay 3/4 nights. We wanted to relax so we decide to stay. The bubu Villa is the best place to sleep and the most expensive you can find in Perhentian, except that the service is very poor. The Villa is nice, big not very clean (sometimes not even cleaned before 4pm) but it is average if you spend half of the money we have spent. The breakfast is at your own responsibility. You set up the table for your self and go and grab food. The food in general is very good but you have to wait between 30 and 50 minute to have it. Prices in the menu are free of services and local tax. So do not forget to add 6% and 10%. In Long Beach you can have a tom yam for 10 RM served with a smile, in Bubu the same soup cost 45+10%+6% none smile, and you wait for 40 minutes just for a small amount of quality plus. For lunch I asked a fresh fruit platter, which is in the menu no request on demand, and they told me it was finished. After an hour I saw a fresh fruit platter comes to other gusts asked why and they said they do not serve fruit platter for lunch time as the chef has no time to cut fruits. But when I asked the chef why this policy since the fruit platter cost 45 RM, he said no problem to serve fruits at lunchtime. So there is a mystery about fruits platter. The hotel is on the best part of Long Beach. They offer umbrella and chairs. Most of the chairs are broken and if guest move the chairs following the sun none of the staff move the chairs back for the following morning. We stay there 10 nights sheets have been changed once only because we asked for. We had 3 days of top service as we know the owner of the resort came there. Now if I can understand that without the boss the staff relax a little bit, I cannot accept that service goes from top to worst. When the boss was there even the beach was cleaned and chairs put into place. Once the boss is gone the caos on the beach again. I suggest the boss to send someone undercover and verify himself. As an average comments I would say: nice Villa, good position, good food but the service is very poor considering how much it cost and the average prices of the island.

Abbiamo fatto una breve vacanza durante i fine settimana. Era solo un'ora di guida a casa. Il resort era in grande posizione vicino al punto di marcia di Bukit Keluang. Molto cibo economico, cibo marino e occidentale disponibile in ristoranti vicino a questo resort.

Pool in front of the room, good view and clean. But the room lacks of many basic stuff such as hair dryer, safe. But the breakfast is pretty good with traditional Malay style rices. There is also ample of parking place nearby the room. We spent a night there before heading to Pulau Perhentian. It was a good one night as transit

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti al Villamas Resort che non è affatto un Resort. Nessun servizio, personale indifferente, colazione terribile, tutto era freddo. I dintorni dell'hotel sono sporchi, molta spazzatura in giro, la spiaggia è piena di coralli. La camera era pulita ma datata e aveva una vista sui lavori dell'hotel vicino. L'hotel indica che è presente una piscina su tutti i siti di prenotazione, ma una volta lì la piscina non era piena e presumibilmente in costruzione. Quando ne ho parlato alla reception, non c'è stata alcuna reazione da parte del personale, a loro non importava affatto anche se avevamo scelto questo hotel anche per la piscina. Non è stato offerto alcun compenso. Nessun ristorante nelle vicinanze tranne un warung molto costoso per riso o noodles. Evita a meno che tu non abbia scelta
