The room is big and clean. But it doesn’t come with hairdryer and kettle. However, you can borrow the hairdryer from counter with deposit and they have guest kitchen with microwave too. The hotel is really far from the station which not friendly for travellers with big luggage.

Great value for swiss accommodation standard. Part of an international youth hostel group with great network and privileges.

Very Beautiful, relaxing, artistic place. Female domitories are quite and nice. Free Breakfast is over expectation.

The location is great very closed to train station and surrounding is river side and nice view. I had good time staying there and staff is nice and breakfast is good.

If you are carrying large luggage the location might not be that great for u as it is located downhill where u need to do down a long slope to get to the hostel. Also the whole floor share three bathrooms and three shower rooms. But the breakfast is perfect. Staff super helpful. Very clean room. It is very close to the public pool and the venues of many outdoor events. I enjoy my stay here in bern.

Great location, nice breakfast!

Conveniently located and clean

Excellent hostel with clean rooms and bathrooms and showers. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of vegan options. Great location (right behind Parliament Building) and funicular ride a minute away. Free 48 hour travel pass provided upon arrival, a real plus for getting around!

Very comfortable bed, and spacious room, the toilets are clean, and the breakfast buffet has a large variety of food choices.

I really enjoyed my stay, the hostel is very clean, warm and cosy. The only (big!) downside is the lack of vegan options at breakfast. I let the hostel know a week in advance that I was vegan but the food was very limited - it's not fair that I pay the same price but get lower quality breakfast. Next time it would be amazing to see vegan cheese, vegan sausages, houmous and vegan yoghurt for breakfast - you will make many people happy, not just vegans :)
