Chic, stylish modern concept apartment hotel and just 1 metro station away from Bern Station. Also equipped with all the home appliances plus there's a coop supermarket right below

The location of the hotel is really near to the train station which is like about 1-2 minutes away from the main entrance which make the commuting around Bern really easy. As for the room, we took the studio apartment with kitchen which the space was sufficient and great for placing our luggage and the kitchen came in handy as well. As for the service, they are prompt in replying if there are any issues. Before our check-in we are faced with some errors regarding payment and everything was solved between trip.com and the hotel itself after we linked them up which make our trip stress free and convenient. Do note that the hotel itself does not have a front desk, check in and check out are all done using the app which required wifi connection. For the facilities, they have an area which allowed anyone to gather and mingle as well as washer and dryer are available for use. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when we are back in Bern.

저희는 렌트카 여행으로 스위스를 가서 주방이 꼭 필요했습니다 현지 음식도 굉장히 비싸고 맛도 음...그래서 주방있는 숙소를 찾던중 스테이쿡을 찾아 숙박을 하게되었습니다 일단 개인 주방에 인덕션 2개 그리고 전자레인지까지 있어 요리해서 먹기 너무 좋았습니다(작은 후라이펜 접시 등 기본 식기류 있음) 또한, 주차장하고 연결되어 있어 차로 다니기 너무 좋았습니다 하지만, 주차요금은 별도라 참고바랍니다(1일 24프랑정도) 그리고 숙박하면서 좋았지만 불편했던 점은 온라인 체크인으로 진행하고 룸키도 온라인으로 되어 데이터가 느리거나 와이파이가 느리면 숙소입구,엘리베이터,방,옥상테라스 등 문 열리는게 느렸습니다 저는 숙박기간 중 이 어플이 문제가 생겨 문을 열수 없는 상황이 생겨 한 10분만 방앞에서 방황하다가 직원분이 오셔서 열어주셨습니다 온라인 키는 굉장히 불편했습니다..
