One of the best 4 star hotels I have stayed at! No regrets choosing Hotel Savoy at all. Located very near the main station and surroundings are filled with plenty of shops and food. Service from the staff is excellent as well. I rarely say this but I have no complaints.

Hotel staff were very friendly! They gave my fiance and myself tips on the popular tourist attractions, the best path to undertake and the bus directions for them. We had a splendid day in Bern thanks to them!

Best location, but a bit noisy nearby as there was UEFA European Football matches going on, Switzerland vs England. The Hotel manager, a lady is very professional and resourceful. She is doing on the job training for a trainee and the young guy is very helpful.

Nice hotel no parking great location rooms are clean and tidy

Great hotel with nice location

From the Bern Central Train Station, walk up OR take the elevator to the pavement floor. Walk pass Burger King and you will arrive 5 minutes to the hotel. However, before you reach the hotel, there's a big supermarket COOP which is 2 minutes from the hotel. You can have your breakfast at COOP on the top floor which opened at 10am but the main selection will be 11am. The staff at the hotel were very helpful in giving information how and where to visit and which (FREE) buses or tram to take while in Bern. The city itself look nostalgic and scenic for photo taking. Many restaurants at the train station as well as Chinese restaurant too.

酒店很其實好找，關鍵是你不要出火車站，從車站地下穿，有一個口上來以後走三分鐘就到了。酒店裝修也很新，性價比高，周邊飯店多超市多，到底是首都生活物資豐富，要購物蘇黎世、因特拉肯謝謝。最重要的是，早餐有白殼雞蛋，瑞士酒店不多見哈。
