Hotel in zona Volkspark Mariendorf, Berlino

Gli appartamenti sono davvero molto puliti e mantenuti e molto di nuovo, non si può dire diversamente. Se si ha un problema, invece, il concetto senza ricezione non ha un interlocutore, proprio come quando si controlla, tutto è piuttosto complicato e nervoso, non si raggiunge nessuno attraverso il numero di telefono. Personalmente, preferirei di nuovo hotel con contatto e ricezione in futuro, perché non mi piace le circostanze in vacanza ma come ho detto la stanza era molto bella 👌🏻

I stayed in the hotel on 8 December for one night with my wife, 3 years old son and 2 months infant daughter. Upon check-in we received an upgrade and a welcome drinks voucher being a Platinum member of Accor. I informed the reception that I would like to have a late check-out up to 2 PM because I will be outside at other part of the city for a meeting and might be late in afternoon. The reception agreed to it and told me that Platinum members have free late check-out. I also asked if the hotel honors Accor Ambassadors and the hotel refused that they are a franchise and they do not. The room given to us was Room 54 and it was good and hot as per the weather condition, 0 degrees outside. The beds were comfortable. After check-in and leaving the luggage in the room, I came to the lobby and I was working on my laptop when my wife informed me by phone that the bathroom was having a bad smell and the shower area had a problem, the water does not drain. I checked it and came back to the reception. The manager herself was available at reception and I informed her about the issue. She said she will get it checked. I went back to the lobby to work on my laptop. Despite complaining, the issue was not solved neither we were given any feedback. Next day I could not take a shower before going to work because there was plenty of water from the previous day. I tried to fix the drainage by myself but the water was taking a lot of time to drain. I left the hotel for the meeting. Around 11:45 AM my wife called me and said that the hotel wants her to check-out. I told her that I will send an email to the reception, if they come again tell them that I sent them an email and if they insist, come to the lobby with the luggage but it was difficult for her to come out with the luggage and the infant at same time. My wife had a health issue and it was not possible for her. I did not had local German calls allowed on roaming. I only had an internet SIM for EU. I excused the Deputy GM of the company I had a meeting with and sent the hotel an email. The Deputy GM asked me if there is a problem and I explained her that the hotel wants my wife to check-out now and being a Platinum member the late check-out is possible and I already had it discussed yesterday. She offered me to talk with the hotel directly using her mobile. She dialed the number and phone was on speaker. The phone was answered by the manager herself. I was told by the hotel that the hotel is fully booked but they lied, I checked later and several rooms of all categories were available including the one I stayed. I made a reservation for the same category of the room I am staying in just to show them that they lied and that the hotel is not fully booked. Reservation was late canceled as cancelation was free until 6:00 PM. I returned to the hotel as soon as I can and we checked-in to another Accor hotel. We are staying in Accor hotels since a long time and we never had such issues. In short the said hotel is

Camminare circa 12 minuti a piedi dal cancello della metropolitana.La stanza è pulita, lo spazio è grande, le strutture sono complete, l'isolamento sonoro è scarsamente limitato, e ci vuole un rimorchio e bagno. La ricetta gestisce il soggiorno in modo inefficiente e la gente che aspetta è in fila lunga.Dammi il personale che gestisce il soggiorno per occuparmi delle sue mani prima, lasciandomi aspettare vicino per molto tempo. Ho chiesto a me quando poteva andare a stare, mi ha fatto aspettare un altro incontro, quindi ho perso il tempo di prenotazione per visitare il cimitero del Congresso.Quando sono andato in pensione, c'era un altro personale, molto entusiasta e efficiente.

We were left a little confused about this hotel. My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights visiting family close by hence the reason we had to stay in this area. We had mixed feelings about the hotel but I would stay again. It appears this hotel belongs to a chain of hotels. I suspect that the write up of this hotel on booking sites is generic to cover all of their hotels. The internet shows it has a restaurant and considering the guests can come from anywhere, the word restaurant means different things to different people. In this case it meant the breakfast room and not somewhere you could have lunch and dinner. However the Italian restaurant next door Il Nouvo is amazing. I had emailed on two occasions previously to ask whether or not they supply any type of transfer from the airport as it is quite expensive. I never received a response. That was disappointing. I don't necessarily know if the request goes to his hotel or to the head office but it is poor poor service. We booked directly through the hotel, and it was reasonably priced for the area and included breakfast. On arrival we were treated great and service was great. There is a nice seating area in the foyer and at reception there is water with lemons for guests as well as a fruit bowl full of fruit. I note that staffing changed regularly at the desk within the time we were there so service wasn't always consistent. I'm not sure if there is an employment issue as we were told that some staff weren't familiar with the hotel as they were from another site. At one point I went to get a water, this may be trivial for some, but it hadn't been filled for a day. There were just lemons sitting on the bottom. I did ask reception if I could get some water. She filled it but it was the same lemons that had been there for 3 days. I note the next day it was refreshed. The bar which has drinks available was another mixed feeling. The reception staff operated the bar, it was situated behind them. I don't think it's their fault but they didn't know some of the drinks that were on the menu nor did they know how to make some of the drinks. One find young man was going to make an Aperol Spritz, with orange juice, as this is what the recipe said. We stopped him from doing that. There was a great little sparking drink they ran out of which was never replenished. Some of the drinks on their list, they didn't have. When a wanted a small sparkling wine, first time I was charged for the bottle and provided with the glass and the small bottle. Second time round served by a different staff member he poured me a drink and charged me the bottle price but kept half of it. Again, I don't think it's their fault, it's some sort of lack of training. This doesn't take away from their kindness and their effort. L'Estrel Berlin è un hotel impressionante. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Il servizio è professionale e precondizionato. Il buffet per colazione offre una vasta selezione di cibi deliziosi. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico e alle attrazioni. In generale, un hotel consigliabile per un piacevole soggiorno a Berlino.

Cuscini molto piatti e inesistenti. Alcuni atteggiamenti del personale erano un po' a desiderare. Oltre ai servizi di base in camera. € 4 per una bottiglia d'acqua in camera pazzesco quando il distributore automatico al piano di sotto € 2 per l'acqua. Non è stato facile riscattare l'incentivo per non aver utilizzato le pulizie. La cassaforte in camera non funzionava

Nel complesso, un ottimo ostello. Vicino ad un paio di locali molto famosi di Berlino e ad una stazione della metropolitana che ti porterà in città in 15-20 minuti. Inoltre, un grande vantaggio è che la cucina è aperta tutta la notte. L'unica cosa che mancava all'ostello era un'a**osfera sociale. Tutti i gruppi sono rimasti per conto proprio. L'ostello probabilmente potrebbe utilizzare alcune attività per far socializzare un po' le persone. Nel complesso, soggiorno molto buono, ma non eccezionale.

Lo staff eccellente! Io dovevo alloggiare dal 08/07 al 20/07 purtroppo la struttura ha avuto ritardo nell‘ apertura, ma hanno provveduto a torvare per me una sistemazione alternativa fino al 14/07 alla pari della struttura stessa e sono stati super disponibili nei miei confronti. Dal 14/07 ho alloggiato qui ed è stato un soggiorno rilassante e molto piacevole, stanze dotate di ogni comfort, molta privacy e comodissimo poter comunicare con la reception tramite wupp. Fino a settembre la struttura non sarà completa ma lo staff ha organizzato buffet e aperitivi gratuiti per tutti, oltre ad aver offerto la prima notte di soggiorno a tutti gli ospiti. Complimenti ancora alla staff, sono sicura che tornerò a trovarvi!

Questo è bello se si soggiorna a Berlino per qualche giorno. E' bello che il trasporto pubblico sia proprio fuori dall'ostello. E' un po' lontano dalla città principale, quindi si dovrà ottenere un po' di trasporto pubblico per arrivare lì. I letti sono svegli ma confortevoli abbastanza. La televisione è in tedesco, che si prevede. Non ci sono camere con doccia o toilette, quindi dovrete andare al doccia e al bagno. E 'una bagno condiviso. Se avete bisogno di asciugamani e utensili, lavare e asciugare i vostri vestiti. Il deposito può essere fatto solo in contanti. Non ci sono bin nella stanza, ma le camere hanno un frigorifero e un serbatoio, una tavola e sedie. L'ostello è grande per dormire e poi lasciare il giorno dopo per fare attività.
