Excellent luxury hotel with an excellent location. The concierge was very helpful and the entire staff was extremely accommodating and provided first class service. My room, although it was luxurious and the bed super comfortable, did look a bit old, and small for what I expected. The breakfast was great, very varied and with top quality traditional German ingredients and dishes. I especially remember the chefs who explained the ingredients to me and Andreas at the restaurant reception with a great attitude every time he saw us. I highly recommend this hotel , excellent option to visit Berlin

Ottimo hotel situato in una posizione estremamente comoda oltre che bella. I servizi erano eccellenti compresa la colazione che era piena di buonissime pietanze. Le stanze così come gli spazi comuni dell’hotel erano puliti e ben arredati. Il personale era sempre molto disponibile ed efficiente, Marco, il ragazzo che ci ha fatto il Check-in, oltre ad essere molto simpatico è stato attento e preciso nel soddisfare le nostre richieste. consiglio vivamente questo hotel

I have stayed in the beautiful Novotel Berlin am Tiergarten for a business Meeting and extended my stay for visiting Berlin. The Hotel is the perfect combination of a business and leisure Hotel. The breakfast (especially for vegeterians/ vegans!!) offers a huge selection and the Riesling at the Bar is delicious. The staff I had contact with in various departments is just outrageously friendly and I really felt at home. The location of the Hotel is just perfect if you want to have a quick run in the morning with the huge Tiergarten Park right in front and with the train Station also in front you can travel anywhere super quick and convenient. The Spa Area was bigger than I have imagined, including a Gym, a Sauna, Steam Bath and a really huge outdoor sun terrace. I will definitely visit this Hotel again when I travel to Berlin. For me personally- my best Hotel stay ever.

This hotel is in a great location close to quite a few restaurants and metro station and bus stops. There is also a parking garage (20 euros a night) not too far from the hotel. It is a bit odd to enter the hotel. The elevator takes you to reception (at the top of the building) then you have to take a separate elevator from reception to the floor your room is on. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bar has a lovely rooftop area to sit at.

E la loro risposta era come pensavano di sapere che era andata e possono pulire? Nessuna compensazione offerta ovviamente ... Il mio consiglio al manager: ottenere il personale di pulizia per concentrarsi sul loro lavoro e smettere di essere sul loro telefono mentre puliscono 2/review il processo ”per pulire o non pulire 3/review caratteristiche dell'app ur per prenotare colazione perché i Non pensi davvero che sia normale avere di annullare i pagamenti di un intero conto solo per cambiare la data del colazione ... Il prezzo dell'hotel è ragionevole per un servizio che dovrebbe essere corretto. Non è il caso per me, diceva buona posizione e confortevoli camere anche se un po' piccole

Hotel molto bello e di uno stile davvero molto carino, con un'atmosfera particolarmente rilassata piacevole. Posizione molto buona a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni di superficie di Zoologischer Garten. Camere davvero molto belle, grandi, silenziose e spaziose, con una bella TV e macchina da caffè. Bagno bello e ben organizzato, con una doccia molto grande e bella. Wifi molto buono in tutta la struttura. Colazione top: si può fare o in una bella sala all'interno o all'aperto nel cortile e propone una notevole scelta di prodotti di qualità, sia dolci che salati, con possibilità di avere del pane senza glutine. Davvero una delle migliori colazioni che mi siano capitate recentemente. C'è anche una palestra a disposizione, che però io non ho provato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato veramente

La TV sul muro diventa un ostacolo perché il letto è così vicino. Nessun caffè/frigo. La porta del bagno è di vetro chiaro e sta andando. Mi sono colpito il braccio su di esso e sono finito con un enorme bruciore. Il personale era ok. Quando ho rilevato un errore nel mio conto, anche se mi sono stato creditato, è venuto con un occhio. Colazione era molto buona. Colazione è molto piacevole. Posizione è buona. Non sono sicuro che mi fermerò di nuovo.

Hotel bello, personale gentilissimo, camera luminosa, letti e cuscini comodissimi, bagno spazioso, pulito e con tutto il necessario. Hotel Comodissimo come posizione, vicino a ristoranti, negozi e bar e a tutti i mezzi di trasporto per visitare Berlino: metropolitana treni tram. Zona tranquilla e sicura.

Well located, in a nice part of town, close to the Zoo & train station, numerous bus/subway lines around, quiet street. Good room cleaning, some vending machines in the hotel. Nice smallish room, very well re-done clean bathroom. Bed is a little small and not a super good mattress (but not bad). Internet a bit spotty. Good place for the price.
