Hotel in zona Schmetterlingshorst, Berlino

Hotel moderno e caldo con tutte le attrazioni di un hotel aeroportuale. La Sbahn è letteralmente davanti all'hotel (S9), un'occhiata lontana da BER. La navetta dall'hotel è di 10€ ogni modo. Ho goduto il mio soggiorno in hotel di login anche se è davvero lontano, come l'aeroporto è lontano. check-in è stato super facile. camere sono moderne, pulite. colazione piuttosto molto standard. La grande differenza per me era Sami al ristorante/bar che mi ha fatto sentire molto benvenuto. Quando sono arrivato tardi la prima notte e ho chiesto cibo, la cucina era ufficialmente chiusa, ma si è spostato dal suo modo di cucinare una pizza, anche se il lobby e il bar erano abbastanza pieni, e si sforza anche di parlare con gli ospiti e parlare alcune lingue. Grazie Sami per aver dato questo posto un po' di calore e carattere extra!

Nice hotel accommodation. You can still smell the paint if you take the stairs and that new carpet smell upon leaving the lifts. The room was adequate and comes with a spacious bathroom with a mirror that is Bluetooth enabled so useful for playing music/podcasts from my phone when taking a shower. It's located about 20 mins and then an additional 5-10 minutes walk from the airport and there is an Aldi and another shop opposite. However, it does feel located in the middle of nowhere in that there isn't any nearby restaurants (well I came across one over the road from the train station but didn't actually dine there) but in terms of variety including fast food chains etc. There isn't any choice. The menu seemed just okay really, quite limited when you compare it to the menu you always get with the Premier Inns in the UK i.e., Beefeaters. The toasted sandwich I had was bland and a last resort really so I made an effort to dine out the next day. Don't forget to bring your adapters for the plugs as I had forgotten. Even though the plugs come with USB ports I couldn't seem to insert my charging cables into them. I ended up having to sit downstairs and charge my devices in the lobby area that has a long table that seats 8 and has wireless charging and charging ports. There are nearby seats that also have USB ports and sofas on which to sit and relax. The lobby area is nice to sit of an evening whilst enjoying a drink and either on a call or watching something via a smart device. The lobby area also has screens that give flight times. Hotel staff were friendly and also very helpful with regards to my issue of not being able to charge my devices. Also, I left my tablet in the room and they were helpful and prompt in returning it to me. I had to pay €20 for it to be returned via DHL. I wouldn't rule out staying there again but would ideally want to stay nearer Central or where there is more choice of bars and restaurants. It's about an average of an hours journey to get to most destinations from the hotel e.g., Berlin Wall etc. So if you don't mind any of that plus lack of bars and restaurants and prefer being near the airport. Then this is ideal.

Der Service war hervorragend und alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel hat ein Buchungsproblem toll gelöst, da die Buchung via Trip.com das Problem verursacht hat, dass obwohl für 4 Personen gebucht wurde nur ein 2-Bett Zimmer gebucht war. Das war aber nicht der Fehler des Hotels, sondern der Buchungsplattform und das Hotel hat das toll aufgefangen und gelöst. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Zimmer groß und sauber. Der Blick über die Spree war richtig schön. Die Lage ist gut - der S-Bahnhof und auch andere öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar aber es ist trotzdem ruhig.

Ho soggiornato in hotel una notte. L'ho scelto perché era vicino all'appartamento che avrei affittato il giorno seguente e perché il check-in era fino alle 22 (il mio volo è arrivato a tarda notte). L'addetto alla reception parlava inglese ed era gentile con le spiegazioni. Ha lasciato l'hotel alle 22 e la reception è rimasta chiusa fino al giorno successivo (sono partito alle 10 e non c'era nessuno. Ho lasciato le chiavi allo sportello). Il ristorante è stato chiuso per Corona. Nei dintorni non c'erano ristoranti né mercati aperti di notte, quindi ho ordinato cibo via internet ed è arrivato in 20 metri. La camera era grande, con 2 letti, che dava sulla strada, ma non si sentiva alcun suono. In bagno c'era sapone liquido (senza shampoo), carta igienica e asciugamani. Il riscaldamento funzionava bene. Hai un piumone nel letto. Canali TV disponibili anche. Mi è stata data la password per internet, ma il segnale era un po' lento nella mia stanza, quindi ero connesso nella hall del 1° piano. Ci sono 2 porte principali per accedere all'hotel: attraverso il ristorante e un'altra sul lato sinistro. Il personale del servizio di consegna è entrato direttamente e l'ho trovato sulla porta della mia camera! (quando nessuno era alla reception). C'è un ascensore che funzionava di notte una mattina presto, ma sembra che non funzioni tutto il tempo. Ci sono scale che devi salire per raggiungere la reception, quindi dovrai fare uno sforzo da solo per portare i bagagli in quanto non c'è nessuno lì ad aiutarti. Di fronte all'hotel c'è la stazione della S-Bahn, ea 100 metri c'è una panetteria dove puoi prendere un caffè e un croissant al mattino (poiché l'hotel non ti fornisce la colazione).

We were left a little confused about this hotel. My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights visiting family close by hence the reason we had to stay in this area. We had mixed feelings about the hotel but I would stay again. It appears this hotel belongs to a chain of hotels. I suspect that the write up of this hotel on booking sites is generic to cover all of their hotels. The internet shows it has a restaurant and considering the guests can come from anywhere, the word restaurant means different things to different people. In this case it meant the breakfast room and not somewhere you could have lunch and dinner. However the Italian restaurant next door Il Nouvo is amazing. I had emailed on two occasions previously to ask whether or not they supply any type of transfer from the airport as it is quite expensive. I never received a response. That was disappointing. I don't necessarily know if the request goes to his hotel or to the head office but it is poor poor service. We booked directly through the hotel, and it was reasonably priced for the area and included breakfast. On arrival we were treated great and service was great. There is a nice seating area in the foyer and at reception there is water with lemons for guests as well as a fruit bowl full of fruit. I note that staffing changed regularly at the desk within the time we were there so service wasn't always consistent. I'm not sure if there is an employment issue as we were told that some staff weren't familiar with the hotel as they were from another site. At one point I went to get a water, this may be trivial for some, but it hadn't been filled for a day. There were just lemons sitting on the bottom. I did ask reception if I could get some water. She filled it but it was the same lemons that had been there for 3 days. I note the next day it was refreshed. The bar which has drinks available was another mixed feeling. The reception staff operated the bar, it was situated behind them. I don't think it's their fault but they didn't know some of the drinks that were on the menu nor did they know how to make some of the drinks. One find young man was going to make an Aperol Spritz, with orange juice, as this is what the recipe said. We stopped him from doing that. There was a great little sparking drink they ran out of which was never replenished. Some of the drinks on their list, they didn't have. When a wanted a small sparkling wine, first time I was charged for the bottle and provided with the glass and the small bottle. Second time round served by a different staff member he poured me a drink and charged me the bottle price but kept half of it. Again, I don't think it's their fault, it's some sort of lack of training. This doesn't take away from their kindness and their effort. We were in the comfort room, and the windows open which is great. It was very clean. We faced the street from the side. A view of Neto - we see the humour in it and will remain as a mem

L'Estrel Berlin è un hotel impressionante. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Il servizio è professionale e precondizionato. Il buffet per colazione offre una vasta selezione di cibi deliziosi. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico e alle attrazioni. In generale, un hotel consigliabile per un piacevole soggiorno a Berlino.

Ho visitato recentemente questo hotel con il mio ragazzo e sono stato molto impressionato. Abbiamo arrivato poco prima dell’iscrizione e ci è stato permesso di andare in camera nostra. La camera era molto spaziosa con un letto estremamente confortevole e una doccia sorprendente. Anche l'ultimo giorno il nostro volo non era per un po' e avevano il permesso di aspettare nel lobby dopo l'uscita, che aveva bellissimi divano e posti a sedere, era tranquillo e c'erano persone che lavoravano. Il personale era molto lodevole e grande per il prezzo.

La posizione è molto vicina alla stazione, camminando 3-5 circa minuti.C'è un ascensore all'hotel, la stanza è molto pulita e confortevole, e il bagno è grande.Ma la stanza non fornisce acqua e bagno, e se necessario, può essere comprato in moneta sotto.

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. L'hotel si trova in zona locale (non vicino al luogo turistico). È così rilassante vivere lì. Ma l'ingresso è un po' difficile da trovare. Ed è un po' lontano quando vado ai musei.

Il trasporto è molto conveniente, la vita è molto conveniente, accanto a un centro commerciale, due supermercati.Il negozio è molto elegante e il servizio è anche buono.Il gioiello non è molto buono per trovare l'ingresso. Il piccolo gioiello sul bordo del centro commerciale. La prima volta che si ferma è necessario premere la porta e il hall al quinto piano. Puoi partecipare al piano di protezione ambientale, non devi pulire la stanza, o ottenere una bevanda al bar ogni giorno.
