Icke.Apartments

Before arriving at this accommodation I was a bit apprehensive in view of the relatively low amount we had paid for an apartment in a capital city but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, had adequate clothes storage and a small table with a couple of chairs. The kitchen area was very small but was adequate with a kettle, microwave, fridge, basic crockery and cutlery ( no bottle opener or can opener provided ), tea towel and washing up liquid. There was only a small shelf for food storage and no worktop other than the edge of the draining board but we found it all perfectly adequate for preparing breakfast and snacks. We thought the location to be very good. It is a short walk to the U-Bahn; there is a small REWE supermarket at the end of the road and a larger REWE and a Lidl about a ten minute walk in the other direction. This property also contains some residential apartments. It seemed to us to have very good sound insulation. It is inevitable that other occupants will be heard going up or down stairs but once in their apartments we heard nothing. The only problems we identified were that the wi-fi was erratic and the drain in the bathroom smelt a bit. neither issue would discourage us from staying there again.

Das Apartmenthaus ist sehr zentral gelegen. Ein absoluter Pluspunkt! Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die kleine Küchenecke (obwohl wir "nur" Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten) ein absoluter Mehrwert. Ausgestattet war sie mit Spüle, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle Geschirr und Besteck. Allerdings befand sich im Mülleimer noch der Abfall der Vormieter. Das war nicht gerade appetitlich. Das Badezimmer bestand aus Badewanne mit Duschkopf und Vorhang, Waschbecken und Toilette. Leider ließ sich der Wasserhahn nur mit Gewalt zudrehen und tropfte dann immer noch. Der Spülkasten an der Toilette brauchte auch eine Sonderbehandlung, damit er Ruhe gab. Daher die Punktabzüge bei der Bewertung.

Appartement avec mini frigo, bouilloire et micro-onde. Il y avait un verre cassé à notre arrivé. Les lits sont très confortables, par contre le savon pour les mains était pratiquement vide. 3 mini savons nous étaient offerts pour la douche. Aucun problème au niveau de la réception. Je recommanderai cet établissement le temps d'une nuit voir deux grand maximum.
