Was a 3 night stay, didn't use much of facilities, but it's a proper city hotel, clean with kind staff! Can only recommend!

Hotel ist etwas älter und optisch in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sauber und einladend. Betten sehr bequem. Das Geräusch der Minibar hat nachts gestört (wie ist diese überhaupt in Betrieb wenn leer?), ansonsten war es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück fanden wir entgegen der anderen Bewertungen enttäuschend. Viele Convenience Produkte, außer Hummus und Quark keine frischen Aufstriche, wenig Auswahl bei den Brötchen. Es war okay aber erwarten Sie kein ausgefallenes frisches üppiges selbstgemachtes Essen. Fanden wir sehr schade, da das Hotel echt super war. Das Restaurant das das Frühstück veranstaltet könnte etwas mehr Mühe aufwenden für frische Speisen

性價比很高的一家酒店。設施稍微有點舊，但是很乾凈，服務也中規中矩。 地理位置很好，走路不到10分鐘就能到地鐵5號線Frankfurter Allee，柏林幾乎所有的著景點都在這條線路上。還有 Sbahn 42號/8號/9號線也可抵達。

Adiacente al S-Bahn ring, questo hotel ha prezzi corretti per il servizio. Camere pulite e ben fornite, personale professionale e cortese. Fornisce anche un parcheggio per le auto, ma piuttosto caro. Ha il ristorante, Italiano, ma non lo abbiamo provato. Per me è ideale per le visite di alcuni giorni a Berlino, sia turistiche che di lavoro. E' strutturato piuttosto per le visite di lavoro e non credo abbia camere oltre la doppia. Noi, in famiglia, abbiamo infatti dovuto prendere due camere doppie, in quattro. E' certamente un hotel che terremo in mente per ulteriori visite.

Insieme ad una coppia di amici, abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni tra il 2022 e il 2023 in questo hotel. Ambiente pulito ed accogliente (unica pecca arredi un po'"vintage"), personale gentilissimo, stazione della metro e della linea s a due passi. Un mix che ci induce a consigliarlo a chi voglia visitare Berlino

Un albergo discreto ma ho segnalato il primo giorno che il lavandino del bagno era quasi del tutto otturato, mi hanno assicurato che sarebbero venuti a ripararlo ma io e mia moglie non abbiamo visto nessun manutentore. Siamo partiti e il lavandino non è stato riparato. Per quattro giorni ci siamo dovuti adattare. Abbiamo segnalato due volte senza risposta pessimo servizio.

Un 3 stelle discreto ma un po' datato, di certo non 4 stelle. Staff efficiente e disponibile. Ottima colazione servita in un ristorante collegato all'hotel. Non c'è un bar ma solo un frigorifero dal quale si possono prendere bottiglie varie e dei sandwich confezionati. Camera discreta ma datata, soprattutto la moquette con vari aloni. Bagno piccolo con, nota dolente, la tenda nella vasca/doccia..... Pulizia comunque buona. La metro è a 5 min. a piedi e in 15 min. si arriva ad Alexander Platz. Il quartiere è periferico ma tranquillo; museo della Stasi a 10 minuti a piedi. Non offre molto a parte due ristoranti italiani; uno è quello collegato all'hotel dove sono gentilissimi ma non aspettatevi grandi cose. L'altro non l'ho provato. All'angolo c'è un Kebab.

Spacious rooms with great views of the city. Central location and easy access to public transportation. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy check in and check out. No breakfast on site but next door in the excellent Italian restaurant. Highly recommended for a longer stay.

The hotel was amazing and the breakfast is an amazing buffet with so many choices! The only downside was no exercise area.

Clean hotel, quite a long way from the city centre in a bit of a run down area. Easy transport links with underground and overground stations all within a 5-10 minute walk. We booked breakfast as an option which was simple continental breakfast at the adjoining Italian restaurant.

We stayed here to go to the Christmas markets. The location is great and easy to hop on the underground. An Aldi across the road is good for snacks. The hotel restaurant was brilliant. We had a lovely meal and very good value for money. The staff were Very accommodating and excellent and it was my daughter's birthday and they made a fuss of her which was lovely. Overall very pleased with the room. Had all the things we needed. Not luxury but comfortable

Hotel and staff were excellent. Ideal location for us. Plenty of public transport a very short walk away. Rooms in hotel were great, plenty of space, fridge, kettle and tea/coffee facilities provided. And a safe if required. Rooms were also very clean. No noise at all either. Brilliant for a city hotel. I do love this hotel and will be back at the first opportunity.
