Lovely super cool hotel with great facilities but staff could be better trained and check in process is quite laborious. We spent approx 10 mins filling in a form that could easily have been filled in online only to get an email the following day offering us an opportunity to complete the form……….. We went to our allocated room only to find it had not been made up since the previous person had stayed there. Poor. We then went back to reception and were allocated another room and were given two drinks vouchers, which was nice. The room we were allocated had a toilet brush left in the toilet and the hand wash was in a shampoo bottle but that really is first world problems. Parking our motorcycle was interesting, the parking barrier didn’t work and the gate shut before I could get through so the hotel staff had to manually open the gates , which were left open for the rest of the night so not particularly secure. Anyway, we ended up taking 50 minutes to check in. Restaurant/bar area was very special, staff were great and breakfast was outstanding.

The hotel is new, great infraestructure and a beautiful design. However, the staff is not well trained. Also few of them speak english, which made our stay uncomfortable.

Fantastic newly built hotel with great facilities and better staff. I stayed 4 nights in the deluxe balcony room and was overjoyed by the tasteful decor and layout of the room, this easily could have been a room in a 5star venue. Room was cleaned daily and in a good standard of repair given how new it was. The bar and restaurant were fantastic and exceeded expectations with an imaginative cocktail list and a great quality menu. Staff were fantastic - Toby in the restaurant went above and beyond making off-list cocktails for myself and my friends as well assisting very humourlously with recommendations, he is a credit to your team. On the front desk I was regularly helped with any issues we had from my friend leaving his airpods in his room after checkout to replacing keycards when needed. As a very regular traveller to Berlin I am more than happy to stay here again and again. Thanks again team sly and see you in May

Schönes,modernes Hotel in verkehsgünstiger Lage zum Velodrom und zum Zentrum.Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel ist noch sehr, aber aus mehreren ehemaligen Wohnhäuser entstanden. (Wohnraum Vernichtung). Wenn man mal in einem etwas anderen Hotel wohnen möchte, ist dies dies die Alternative. Die besten Betten ever. Dachgarten mit Sauna sehr schön😍💓. Am Frühstück muss noch gearbeitet werden. Ansonsten mal was anderes 😀

Schickes neues Hotel in guter Lage in Friedrichshain und guter Verkehrsanbindung! Upgrade in großes Zimmer mit Terrasse und schönem Bad! Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet - kleines Minus bei großem Andrang mit einem Kaffeeautomaten etwas chaotisch !

Sehr praktisch gelegen. Der Velodrom ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Vom Hauptbahnhof gibt es eine direkte Tram-Verbindung zum Hotel. Schicke Einrichtung, das Zimmer hat mir gefallen. Es waren ein paar dunkle Fusseln auf Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, beides weiß, daher fiel es auf. Ansonsten sehr sauber und ordentlich. Auf dem Zimmer stand Trinkwasser und eine Kaffeemaschine bereit. Allein das Frühstück war mir mit 32€ deutlich zu teuer. Beim Bäcker (5min zu Fuß) gab es stattdessen Frühstück mit Rührei und Getränk für 8€.

Hatte eine Buchung für 2 Tage mit unter 400 Übernachtungen inkl Anmietung des gesamten Restaurants sowie Konferenzraum etc. Der tolle Reservierungsleiter Moritz VS. machte unattraktive Preise und der Gast muss sich in diesem Hotel anpassen. Nicht der Kunde ist König!!! Der Gast wird vom Hotel digtiert! Wir wollten ein Buffet haben Abends und Getränkepauschale. Die Antwort vom Hotel: Wir können nur Menü servieren! Hier wird nichts möglich gemacht. Hotel weiss immer, wie es nicht funktioniert und tut alles dafür, dass der Gast verärgert ist. Finde, dass ein Hotel die Wünsche der Gäste respektieren sollte, da der Gast am Ende des Tages dafür bezahlt. Wäre ein Umsatz von rund 50.000 Euro gewesen!
