Hotel in zona Charkiw-Park, Berlino

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer halbwegs günstigen Absteige, was in Berlin leider nicht so einfach ist. Eckstein mit seinen ca. 130,- Euro pro Nacht inkl. Frühstück gilt hier anscheinend in der Tat als günstig... Wir hatten ein sehr simples Zimmer, das aber alles hatte, was man braucht. Wenn es sauber wäre, hätte ich vielleicht weniger auszusetzen gehabt. Das Zimmer wurde zwar jeden Tag aufgeräumt, aber leider äußerst oberflächlich, d.h. alte Flecken beispielsweise die an den Türen oder auf der Unterseite des Regals im Bad waren auch am vierten Tag noch da. Da die gesamte Einrichtung eh schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, wirkte das Ganze dann noch ungepflegter. Die Bettwäsche war zwar strahlend weiß, aber mit Löchern. So was habe ich noch nie erlebt. Was aber schon sehr nett war, dass unser Zimmer im Dachgeschoß war und zum Hof hinausging und das Bad hatte ein Deckenfenster, das wunderbares Tageslicht reinließ. Das Frühstück wurde ausgesprochen günstig gehalten. Es war aber alles da. Der Frühstücksraum ist im Hotel sehr klein, die Tische sind für 4-6 Personen gedeckt. Zum Glück war der Raum nie wirklich voll und wir hatten immer einen Tisch nur für uns. Ist vielleicht Geschmackssache, aber ich muss nicht gleich in der Früh dicht an dicht mit Fremden sitzen. Leider war es teilweise sehr laut, weil die benutzten Tische sofort ab- und dann neu gedeckt wurden und es hat geklappert und gescheppert. Das Personal sauste dauernd hin und her, was in so einem Miniraum echt ein Wahnsinn ist. Was schon sehr gut war, ist die Lage des Hotels. Unsere Ausflugsziele lagen eher im Westen der Stadt, wir konnten also alles wunderbar erreichen, ohne stundenlang unterwegs zu sein. Vom Hotel bis zur U9-Station (Schloßstraße) ist es ein Katzensprung. Eine tolle große Einkaufsstraße (eine der größten in Berlin, wie es sich ergab) ist auch per Fußbus zu erreichen. Das Hotel verfügt über ein kostenloses WLAN. Das Passwort findet man aber nicht auf dem Zimmer, wie es so normalerweise ist, sondern man muss an der Rezeption fragen. Der Besitzer, glaube ich, ist schon eine lustige Person. Wir sind aber nicht dazu gekommen, ihn näher kennenzulernen. Das Personal war ok, auch wenn etwas zu hektisch. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Il personale dell'hotel è fantastico! Non possiamo esprimere abbastanza quanto apprezziamo la loro gentilezza, conoscenza e concentrazione clienti. È un profondo rispetto per questa sorprendente squadra! La nostra piccola stanza era ... piccola, ma molto pulita. Le letti e le mutande erano morbide e confortevoli, le lenzuola e i tovaglioli - giornata giornata pulita e le tovagliole erano cambiate come richiesto. Inoltre una bella vista dalla finestra e l'aroma dei fiori alberi di lenzuola. E' stata una sorpresa sgradevole vedere che non c'è spazio per le camere: nessuna caldaia, nessun tè, nessun tazze, nessun acqua potabile, solo due bicchieri e l'apertura del flacone. Ancora una volta, nessuna spazzola, nessun pasta dentale, nessun shampoo e condizionatore (solo lavando liquido all'interno della stalla e vicino al piatto), nessuna sciarpa, nemmeno una capsula da doccia! Non sto parlando dei bagni ... Poiché abbiamo con noi i nostri pantaloni e il tappeto da doccia, l'assenza delle cose di base offerte ovunque nel mondo non ha rovinato il nostro soggiorno. Ma, onestamente, per €145 per notte ho davvero aspettato di più. Allora, siate pronti, portate tutti i piccoli oggetti che potrebbero rendere il vostro soggiorno comodo, e avrete un buon soggiorno, come abbiamo avuto.

„+“ • nicely arranged apartment • very nice bathroom with window • no noise outside during the night so I could sleep with opened window • very balanced/rich breakfast (incl. vegan options) • generally clean • ecology: you can skip the room cleaning/towel change and get a free drink • puplic transportation: 8 min walking to the next subway station ~ • receptionists were very kind but some of them rather neutral/passive, some occupied themselves with their private smartphones as long as no guest was requesting their attention • the apartment on 19 m2 is officially an apartment because of the tiny kitchenette but it did not have the homely appearance of an apartment in which you would like to spend more time than in a normal hotel room • parking: all parking spaces in the street in which the hotel is were occupied but I could find a free parking space in a different street very nearby - • there were no towels in the apartment • the shower mat was dirty/used -＞ in both cases the staff helped me immediately • the kitchen in the apartment could not be fully used because there was not even a pot or a pan • the very few kitchen utensils were stored in a plastic bucket that was located in the open cupboard where you put your clothes and this bucket looked like a rubbish bin

Cuscini molto piatti e inesistenti. Alcuni atteggiamenti del personale erano un po' a desiderare. Oltre ai servizi di base in camera. € 4 per una bottiglia d'acqua in camera pazzesco quando il distributore automatico al piano di sotto € 2 per l'acqua. Non è stato facile riscattare l'incentivo per non aver utilizzato le pulizie. La cassaforte in camera non funzionava

Le dimensioni della camera sono ok, i camerieri sono molto gentili, la pulizia è buona, la colazione è ok, c'è molta scelta di pane e formaggio, ma il cibo caldo contiene solo uova, funghi e pancetta, e il prosciutto comprende anche pollo e maiale, ma il colore sembra buono. Non troppo fresco. La posizione è sicuramente un vantaggio: se cammini velocemente, puoi raggiungere l'ingresso della stazione centrale di Berlino in cinque minuti. Ci sono molti ristoranti e supermercati nelle vicinanze. Questo hotel può essere considerato un business hotel in Europa. Ci sono molte attrazioni nelle vicinanze, tra cui il Palazzo del Parlamento e la Porta di Brandeburgo, che richiedono dai quindici ai venti minuti a piedi. Si consiglia di acquistare una tessera per i trasporti, che è molto conveniente.

Nel complesso, un ottimo ostello. Vicino ad un paio di locali molto famosi di Berlino e ad una stazione della metropolitana che ti porterà in città in 15-20 minuti. Inoltre, un grande vantaggio è che la cucina è aperta tutta la notte. L'unica cosa che mancava all'ostello era un'a**osfera sociale. Tutti i gruppi sono rimasti per conto proprio. L'ostello probabilmente potrebbe utilizzare alcune attività per far socializzare un po' le persone. Nel complesso, soggiorno molto buono, ma non eccezionale.

L'Estrel Berlin è un hotel impressionante. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Il servizio è professionale e precondizionato. Il buffet per colazione offre una vasta selezione di cibi deliziosi. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico e alle attrazioni. In generale, un hotel consigliabile per un piacevole soggiorno a Berlino.

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.

Ho visitato recentemente questo hotel con il mio ragazzo e sono stato molto impressionato. Abbiamo arrivato poco prima dell’iscrizione e ci è stato permesso di andare in camera nostra. La camera era molto spaziosa con un letto estremamente confortevole e una doccia sorprendente. Anche l'ultimo giorno il nostro volo non era per un po' e avevano il permesso di aspettare nel lobby dopo l'uscita, che aveva bellissimi divano e posti a sedere, era tranquillo e c'erano persone che lavoravano. Il personale era molto lodevole e grande per il prezzo.

Il personale è stato molto utile e professionale, con una ricezione 24 ore su 24, e si trovava qui a pochi passi da una stazione di metro. Il codice è grande, quindi non c'è chiavi o carte da perdere!La nostra stanza era senza spot e ci sono belle foglie di qualità sul letto. La stanza era molto calda, che era grande come era -6 C fuori ma siamo anche riusciti a aprire la finestra per l'aria fresca che amavamo così tanti hotel non lo permettevano.Non abbiamo mangiato colazione quindi non possiamo commentare su questo ma ci sono snacks e bevande disponibile per acquistare presso la reception se ne avete bisogno. Sicuramente resterà ancora quando visitaremo.
