sadly we have very bad experience with The receptionist The receptionist behaved with us in a very very very disrespectful manner. This happened on Saturday night at 2:30 am The hotel door was locked and we were outside in the cold weather for a time Then he prevented me from taking my girl to her room, even though I told him that I would not stay here and that I would leave in five minutes, Then he refused to sit my girl in the lobby and asked us to leave or he would call the police and started threatening us in a manner without respect and screaming as if we were in his house and not in a respectable 4-star hotel !!!!! Then I asked him to call the manager but he yelled at me and told me that he is the manager and he does not have a manager Then he started repeating words in a strange language, maybe Hindi or Arabic, as if he was cursing us If he was able to erase this complaint from the e-mail, we will send it to several other places and we will put it in the description on the Internet and in booking and in all places because we do not accept to pay and book for a room in a respectable hotel and receive insult instead of a good word and good behavior He must learn to speak with customers with respect and tact and Etiquette ..I am a teacher and my girl is a marketing director. If he requested an extra amount, we would not refuse to accept and pay him I am sure the management of Hotel they will do something for keep the customers and people with good trea**ent and good services

Amo questo posto! Ci siamo stati accolti con il benvenuto quando siamo arrivati, che è sempre un buon inizio! L'hotel è molto pulito e incredibile! La posizione è perfetta, tranquilla, ma così vicina al trasporto pubblico si può facilmente raggiungere qualsiasi posto a Berlino che si desidera. La colazione è stato un fantastico inizio al giorno. E tutto il personale era amichevole, caldo e così utile. Grazie speciali alle signore che hanno fatto colazione, sono state così veloci a riempire il buffet e a garantire che tutti avessimo abbastanza caffè, e soprattutto a Hans sul desk front, che ci ha aiutato con le nostre domande e ci ha anche prenotato una tavola in un ristorante. Spero davvero di tornare a Berlino in futuro e di rimanere qui, ci è piaciuto e lo abbiamo fortemente raccomandato!

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer halbwegs günstigen Absteige, was in Berlin leider nicht so einfach ist. Eckstein mit seinen ca. 130,- Euro pro Nacht inkl. Frühstück gilt hier anscheinend in der Tat als günstig... Wir hatten ein sehr simples Zimmer, das aber alles hatte, was man braucht. Wenn es sauber wäre, hätte ich vielleicht weniger auszusetzen gehabt. Das Zimmer wurde zwar jeden Tag aufgeräumt, aber leider äußerst oberflächlich, d.h. alte Flecken beispielsweise die an den Türen oder auf der Unterseite des Regals im Bad waren auch am vierten Tag noch da. Da die gesamte Einrichtung eh schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, wirkte das Ganze dann noch ungepflegter. Die Bettwäsche war zwar strahlend weiß, aber mit Löchern. So was habe ich noch nie erlebt. Was aber schon sehr nett war, dass unser Zimmer im Dachgeschoß war und zum Hof hinausging und das Bad hatte ein Deckenfenster, das wunderbares Tageslicht reinließ. Das Frühstück wurde ausgesprochen günstig gehalten. Es war aber alles da. Der Frühstücksraum ist im Hotel sehr klein, die Tische sind für 4-6 Personen gedeckt. Zum Glück war der Raum nie wirklich voll und wir hatten immer einen Tisch nur für uns. Ist vielleicht Geschmackssache, aber ich muss nicht gleich in der Früh dicht an dicht mit Fremden sitzen. Leider war es teilweise sehr laut, weil die benutzten Tische sofort ab- und dann neu gedeckt wurden und es hat geklappert und gescheppert. Das Personal sauste dauernd hin und her, was in so einem Miniraum echt ein Wahnsinn ist. Was schon sehr gut war, ist die Lage des Hotels. Unsere Ausflugsziele lagen eher im Westen der Stadt, wir konnten also alles wunderbar erreichen, ohne stundenlang unterwegs zu sein. Vom Hotel bis zur U9-Station (Schloßstraße) ist es ein Katzensprung. Eine tolle große Einkaufsstraße (eine der größten in Berlin, wie es sich ergab) ist auch per Fußbus zu erreichen. Das Hotel verfügt über ein kostenloses WLAN. Das Passwort findet man aber nicht auf dem Zimmer, wie es so normalerweise ist, sondern man muss an der Rezeption fragen. Der Besitzer, glaube ich, ist schon eine lustige Person. Wir sind aber nicht dazu gekommen, ihn näher kennenzulernen. Das Personal war ok, auch wenn etwas zu hektisch. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

L'hotel in generale è buono, ma è meraviglioso che le regole di soggiorno possano iniziare alle 2:30 p.m..Sono arrivato all'hotel circa alle 2:15 e ho visto molti ospiti in palestra che stanno aspettando di soggiornare. La ricetta è dura per aspettare fino alle 2:30 per entrare. Non dire niente di grave in Germania. Ho vissuto innumerevoli hotel in Germania occidentale, e non è mai un problema stare qualche ora in anticipo.

Tutto a se stesso era tutto a posto. L'unica cosa che si tiene molto dannoso è che le docce sporche e completamente calcinate sono ... Il foglio di carta è troppo crudo e anche i cuscini non sono stati così confortevoli ... Ma altrimenti era tutto bene .... Si potrebbe anche fare in modo che, che tutti in camera hanno una chiave propria, invece di dover condividere una chiave.
