The front office agents are super helpful and nice! A beautiful hotel to stay and love the small town. People there are so friendly. Highly recommended to visit!

***銀行卡在我身上，酒店竟在我不知情且無卡情況下擅自從卡消費我390多歐元！一定不能到這個酒店**** &&&一直聯繫攜程，但兩天的時間都回復説酒店已失聯無法聯繫到。我們打亂行程自行駕車返回酒店。酒店迴避，我們現場報警。警察現場幾個小時處理，酒店從最開始拒談到最終回覆警察是酒店員工問題，且酒店確認攜程未給我們預訂房間…….. 酒店態度非常傲慢及不禮貌，攜程的處理更令我們失望及氣憤．….. 目前還在處理中…. 行程打亂，又多出兩晚這個酒店費用，實在是抓狂，定是跟進要個説法…. **一定不要試這個酒店**

有點老了，但是這就是城堡酒店的氛圍，蠻不錯的可以體驗一下，晚上的餐廳酒吧也很不錯，餐廳服務非常棒，小哥還會幾句中文很加分

因為科隆遊戲展訂不到科隆的房，因此定了這家。在bensberg小鎮，距離科隆火車站打車30分鐘左右，有點兒遠。但是酒店非常舒服，環境優美，前後都有花園，適合家人度假。早餐種類豐富，服務員小哥哥小姐姐都很靚

Nah an der Perfektion (kleine Abzüge für: die zugesagte und dann vergessene Zeitung am Morgen, die extrem laut schlagenden Türen im Wellnessbereich, der Check-Out war so lala..., "Enoteca" super!
