Sono venuto nella zona tristate per qualche giorno e ha raccolto un buon prezzo su questo hotel fuori Booking.com. La posizione è sorta lì, è bloccata dietro un palestra e un bagagliaio in mezzo a nessuno. Mangia prima di venire, perché non c'è altro che intorno. La stanza stessa era un buon valore per il tasso. Non aveva un frigo o una microonde e il numero di porti aperti per i dispositivi di carica non era sufficiente. Alcuni dei punti di partenza non funzionavano o avevano scarti, nella stanza e nel bagno. C'era una miscela con la custodia e la nostra stanza non era pulita la prima notte. Quando era, le toletta non erano sostituite, che richiedeva un viaggio al divano frontale. I lavoratori non erano troppo gentili, ma qualsiasi cosa. Il parcheggio era libero e abbondante. Il lobby aveva una microonde. Il ristorante di alto piano sembrava il luogo più triste che abbia mai visitato, quindi mangiamo ogni notte. Le denunce di altri recensori sul rumore del ristorante non si materializzavano per noi. Il wifi era veloce. Le macchine di ghiaccio sono inoperabili su molti piani, quindi è un problema minore. Il HVAC in camera è più alto di un rimorchio trattore, ma probabilmente dormirai bene. È basicamente rumore bianco dopo essere abituato a esso. La mia unica denuncia qui è la mancanza di un frigo/microonde, e probabilmente avremmo potuto ottenere che se avessimo pagato più, ma se avessimo pagato più, probabilmente avremmo scelto un posto che non è nei boondocks.

We really enjoyed our stay. Only a $4.50 bus ride to NYC. Bus picks you up in front of hotel. Also close to dream mall. Rooms were clean, good breakfast, and showers were hot. Hotel is a short ride to American Dream Mall. Very reasonably priced. Will stay again.

Hello to all, I am so tired of Hilton and Booking,com trying to find an excuse to avoid addressing the issues I am presenting. On 12/30/2022, we arrived at the Hilton Hashbrouck hotel in New Jersey expecting a quality visit and good hospitaility. The night before, I called to make sure I received clarification on checking in early and the deposit amount. I also asked to make sure if I can use a different card than the card I used to book the room, I was told by an employee that the deposit was $100 per room. I booked two rooms for almost $1200. I also asked can we check in early becuase our flight will land at 12:00pm. She told me yes we can if rooms was available. Upon our arrival, as checking in, I was told the seurity deposit was $100 per night for each room which is a hold of $600. I then began to question the amount and informed those three ladies by the name of Destiny C., Mae K., and Hillary V. that I was told different when I called the night before. I'm not sure which name goes with the manager's but she was very rude and disrespectful. I have stayed at the Hilton hotel locations for over four years now and never had to encounter such unprofessionalism and disrespect. We went back and forth for about an hour on why I was told the deposit was $100 per room not per night for each room. I even offered to pay the security deposit cash. They denied my offer. They then informed me that I can use as many cards as I would like to place the hold and pay for the room. At this point, my brother who is a top member of Hilton use his card to place the security deposit of $600. They emailed the hold form and he authorized the hold. The credit card machine was not working at all. They took copies of all payments and attached to each guests information until the machine comes back up. We then was given our room after waiting four hours. What we encountered in one of our rooms the toilet in the bathroom was nasty and stopped up. Maintenance had to come fix this. It was annoying because we just got the room. Everything should have been cleaned and working properly. We waited for four hours watching other guests come in to receive rooms before us. The ladies kept lying to us that they had not received the authorization form for the deposit. One of the ladies call me to the counter to tell me that we do not have any rooms becuase the card on file was denied. My response was why did you run that card without authorization and you made a copy of the card I authorized to use. She stated the third party company ran the card. I DID NOTAUTHORIZE ANYONE TO RUN THE CARD I BOOKED THE HOTEL WITH ENDING IN 5259. I BOOKED THOSE TWO ROOMS ON A ”BOOK NOW PAY LATER” TERM. I CLEARLY GAVE THEM THE CORRECT CARD AND THEY MADE A COPY OF THE CARD TO RUN DUE TO THE CARD MACHINE BEING DOWN!!! WHY RUN THE CARD I BOOKED THE ROOM WITH WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION????? We were at this hotel for one night. There was a power failure which affected the hotel, and of course, this was not the hotel's fault, although it did result in inconvenience and discomfort to our stay. In addition, some guests were having a noisy party just outside the front entrance which was loud enough to keep me awake in the middle of the night -- our room was a few floors up overlooking the party. I felt that we deserved either compensation or credit for a future stay at a Hilton property, so I went to speak to the manager in the morning. However, there was a long line of people waiting to complain to the manager, and we had to leave, so I didn't get to speak with him. I subsequently emailed the manager 3 times to ask for compensation and he never replied. I called 5 times and the manager was supposedly never there. Finally, I spoke to the assistant manager. He listened attentively assured me that someone would get back to me. That was two weeks ago. I am very disappointed in this poor customer service and unprofessional behavior of their managerial staff.

La posizione è molto buona e la stanza è molto piccola. Anche il prezzo è piuttosto caro. È a pochi passi da Times Square e dalla stazione degli autobus ed è molto comodo tornare in hotel la sera dopo aver guardato Broadway. È stato scelto per questa posizione.

La nostra famiglia ha trascorso una notte a Glenpoint Marriott questo fine settimana per un evento familiare.Il Marriott è eccellente in molti modi - servizio, pulizia, confortevoli camere e facile accesso. Per metterlo in contesto, due settimane prima del nostro evento, abbiamo fatto l'errore di trascorrere due notti all'hotel lungo la strada per risparmiare qualche centesimo. Sì, potrebbe essere una scelta più preziosa di altri hotel nella zona Teaneck, Englewood, Bergenfield, ma vale la pena! Non perdere il comfort, la sicurezza e l'esperienza di viaggio.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui come opzione più conveniente quando visitava NY. Il bus opera regolarmente e si ferma proprio davanti all'hotel. La ricezione ci ha offerto un calendario. $9 US per un giorno di ritorno al centro di NY e di viaggio solo 30 minuti. Un altro giorno abbiamo preso l'autobus al grande complesso American Dream, che è un centro commerciale di divertimento. Il bus era $2 USA e ci sono voluti 10 minuti. Camere in se stesso un po' stanco e datato, Povero e tinture di luce su tela e sedia. Nessuna vista tranne parcheggio o strada. Letto comodo e inclusivo colazione buona selezione e generoso. Lavanderia ospite grande e conveniente. Personale del desk front molto utile e amichevole e menzione speciale alla Giordania. Ci ha concesso un check-out gratuito tardivo che è stato apprezzato. Se vuoi un'alternativa facile a basso costo alla rimozione che New York è allora resta qui.

We had attended a concert in NYC and did a lot of research on where to stay on our way home in the the Lake George area. I researched a lot on I-87. The places were much less expensive but but also seemed a little gross. This place was a little more pricey, a little closer to the city (which was quite nice). We pulled in at about 12:30 at night and check in was easy. We had called ahead to let them know we'd be late. The man at the front desk was super polite and even offered us a bagel from the kitchen since we were so hungry. We decided to walk down the road to a convenient store that was still open. The room was incredibly clean, the bed super comfortable, and the shower was simply amazing. You would think that being on such a busy road that it would be noisy, it was not at all. After a great nights sleep we thoroughly enjoyed the free breakfast that had many options. It was a great quick stop. We will certainly utilize this place again during our adventures.
