Check-in davvero molto spiacevole. In un settore come quello giapponese orientato al servizio, alla reception non c'era mai un sorriso, nemmeno un ringraziamento, e non c'era nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua in camera. Abbiamo pagato un prezzo elevato per la camera, ma non c'era alcun servizio. Ho avuto la sensazione che fosse discriminatorio nei nostri confronti. Ha gettato un'ombra spiacevole sul nostro viaggio a Kitakyushu. Quando discutevamo di qualsiasi cosa con l'hotel, un uomo basso e riccio alla reception (il responsabile dell'hotel) ci diceva sempre di no! Era davvero deprimente per noi soggiornare lì! Era incredibile! Era semplicemente troppo.

The room was wonderful the view, the cleanliness, the staff. Parking was free. They carried our bags to the room despite our insistence to carry it ourselves, the kaiseki course meal in room was wonderful. Onsen at the rooftop was great. All in all best ryokan/hotel we stayed in, in Kyushu. Will definitely be staying here should we be in beppu again.

The service is very good. The room is also beautiful but the sea view is so so. The breakfast is good. According to the other travel website, the most famous is the dinner. Their food is outstanding.

Staff are polite and friendly. Location is good and Will come again.

Our stay was enjoyable, The location is very central and our room had a good view of the sea. The staff were very helpful and extremely well mannered. The breakfasts were traditional Japanese and were very good and filling. We didn't really need lunch after the breakfasts. The hotel is a little dated but is still a great place to stay so we recommend it.

At night there was mosquito that disturb sleeping. Dinner and breakfast quiet good. Onsen was relaxing and cosy. The bed western style was very nice .

Service is good and the front desk staff are very helpful. Good also good. It would be perfect if outdoor onsen can be bigger

お部屋が海側でしたので、とてもロケーションが良かったた。スタッフさんも感じが良く、気持ちよく滞在できました。この頃では珍しく夕食は部屋食で、朝はブッフェでなかった！久々に、日本の良い旅館に泊まった感じです。

還可以，海邊很乾凈，孩子很喜歡到樓下的海邊玩水。雖然有些小貴，衹要孩子們喜歡就不是問題啦。希望下次有機會再陪孩子過來，不過下次就不要這個月份來最好不要問為什麼。

別府北濱區優秀住宿，動靜佳宜。 在房間就能輕鬆望到海景，是放空的理想地。 前往各個景點都非常方便，多條巴士線可供選擇。 想行街Donki在斜對面，開到02：00；Youme 都係步行10分鐘可達；另外還有 Tokiwa 購物中心，步行5分鐘即可。

모든것이 훌륭했습니다. 깔끔하고 위치좋고 오션뷰가 맘에들었으며 음식은 기대했던것만큼은 아니였습니다. 음식빼고 모든것이 좋았던 여행이였고 즐거운 추억을 만들었네요~

조식,석식 모두 맛있었어요. 방도 엄청 넓어서 좋았구요. 직원분들도 모두 친절했고 온천도 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 위치도 아주 맘에 들었어요. 바다뷰에 바로 앞에 돈키호테 있어요. 그나마 단점이라면 좀 오랜된 느낌이랄까...

這間酒店超出預期，同等價位裏面積算大的，很乾凈，酒店餐廳出去就是海，非常日式的服務，唯一缺點就是步行到別府站有點遠，大約在15分鐘！離別府塔倒是很近！
