Bentonville: i migliori hotel con palestra

We stayed for two weeks extended stay. Check-in was flawless. Housekeeping insured we had everything we needed and never hesitated to get us anything we requested. The morning breakfast was extensive and fresh everyday. Front desk staff offered us a cool bottle of water each time we arrived at the end of our busy day. Friendly and excellent service all around. The hotel is a bit tired but everything is functioning and clean. The gym is well equipped and in perfect condition. One of the best gyms I have used in my extensive travels. The smooth operation is due to the leadership of the General Manager Brent Hageman. He runs the hotel like home-away-from-home and treats his staff like family resulting in a very upbeat and friendly atmosphere. The Front Office Manager, Kristin Manibusan was very helpful including helping me get my Uber app up and running! This is our second stay but will not be our last. When you travel and know what to expect in advance, it takes away a lot of stress. Thank you to Brent, Kristin and the entire team.

This hotel was top notch clean and comfortable, i've had hit and miss stays with Best Western, but this one compared to the better properties i've stayed at before. ABSOLUTELY no complaints and I would gladly stay here again, fair price for the room also!

Abbiamo scelto un ottimo affare online e non ce ne siamo affatto pentiti. Bel posto. Adoro il pavimento in laminato nella stanza. Mio marito adora stare vicino all'aeroporto.

L'hotel è molto pulito e la stanza era enorme, ma ho dato un rating inferiore perché abbiamo prenotato una stanza sul livello esecutivo e pagato più specificamente per questo livello. La descrizione della suite specifica indica: “Questa suite offre accesso al Salone Executive con colazione continentale complimentare, snack e bevande e ricevimento del Manager”. Inoltre, “Il servizio di turndown è fornito di notte. “Andammo al Salone Executive alle 6:00 e la porta era chiusa. Sono andato al divano e mi è stato detto che la stanza era chiusa per 3 anni. Quando ho chiesto le strutture del Salone Executive, mi sono dato 6 biglietti per bere (1/night per 2 notti per 3 persone) e biglietti per colazione gratuita al ristorante. Abbiamo fatto un giro per il bar per usare i biglietti per bere, ma non ci sono stati snack, non ci sono bevande e solo 1 vino o birra/persona gratis. Questo non è assolutamente lo stesso di un Salone Executive! Inoltre, non c'è stato alcun servizio di turndown, come annunciato! Se avessimo saputo che questa era la situazione, non avremmo certamente pagato un prezzo più alto per una stanza a livello esecutivo!

Il check-in è stato fantastico e ha fornito quasi tutto quello che ci serviva. Non ho portato un asciugacapelli, ma un interruttore che non mi ha portato.
