Hotel a 3 stelle a Bentong

環境：竹林別墅很有特色，環境清雅自然，綠意盎然。唯一的缺點就是野狗太多了，而且看到人就狂吠，讓人很害怕。 服務：服務員都很友好，但是如果能幫着把行李送到房間就更好了，自己拖着行李找房間還是挺費勁的，而且房間號在門鎖上，找了好久才看到。 衞生：可能是由於比較原生態，房間的衞生狀態不是很理想，在床單上看到了壁虎的糞便和螞蟻，不過在這種比較偏自然的環境下可能也無法避免。 設施：最大的槽點是房間裏沒有wifi，而且手機信號很差幾乎沒法上網，對於手機黨來説有點接受不了，想上網就得一直在大堂待着。熱水器也不太給力，温度開到最大水也很涼。 餐飲：晚餐和早餐都是自助形式。晚餐那個綠色的飲料非常好喝，一共喝了七八杯，強推。

Avete usato questo hotel per qualche volta. E 'difficile contattare per telefono perché non è assegnato a prontamente. Stagioni precedenti erano ok.. stanza pulita.. fogli puliti. Posizione è buona e accesso al cibo è buono. Questo soggiorno wws piuttosto sgradevole.. Sulla base dei miei passati soggiorni... non ho controllato le foglie e la mattina dopo ho scoperto che le foglie erano di colore bagnato con tracce di quello che sembrava sangue. Forse questo è stato un raro incidente.. comunque mantenere i vostri buoni servizi

Prima di tutto vorrei dare il rating 5star a trip.com perché ci aveva offerto il prezzo più economico dell'hotel fino al primo pensiamo che fosse un inganno 😅 ma fortunatamente non 😊 Per erya da suria benton, vorrei dare un rating globale di 4 stelle, perché abbiamo avuto così tanto divertimento là, soprattutto i bambini. È così vero che questo hotel è un hotel amico di bambini e davvero buono per coloro che vogliono avere tempo di famiglia insieme senza dover viaggiare lontano da KL ❤

Stayed for 3 nights here and staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is same as description, clean! Please note that hair dryer is not provided so please bring your own one.

1) the room was pungent with strong odour. Notsure if it's the poor quality room freshener or floor cleaning solution? 2)the sofa cum bed was so sqeeky and uncomfortable. We were 3 of us. The queen bed was ok 3) the extra blankets in the cupboard were musty and smelly. 4) the only curtain in the living room has the same smell 5) access to the apartment not convenient, about 1.5 to 2 km from nearby main place, no street light. Taxi had to wait for quite a while The 2nd apartment room which we were allotted on complain of the smell in the room Similar odour slightly less than the first apartment No wifi We checked out 1 day before, over all unhappy. Couldnot stay as planned bad experience For the amount we paid we could have stayed at the hotel with good 24 hrs service, clean linen and freshness

Super innamorato il posto! era pulito e confortevole! anche se era lontano, certamente torneremo e apprezzo Nadia e Nisa per aver capito il check-in tardivo che abbiamo! Molto consiglia a coloro che desiderano rimanere a Genting Highlands!
