Hotel a 3 stelle a Bentong

I was not placing too high a hope after reading the reviews online. But when I stayed there for 3 nights, I realized my fears was unfounded. Celcom reception was good even in the room. I can even have my zoom meeting and remote access my office comp with almost no lag. Wifi at the lobby is good as well for teams . All the staff are friendly and accommodative. Even the enquiry staff replies email fast after my barrage of questions as it is my first time to Malaysia after the pandemic. The rooms are very clean. Never stepped on a cleaner floor before even in 5 star hotel. The resort gives a very nature vibe good for a break from modern life. A lot of natural elements. The pool is great to spend the day. Food nothing to scream about given it is a 3 star hotel. But is good for a decent meal. Overall is a place I can go back and spend some time unwinding and bond with family.

Have used this hotel a couple of times. It is difficult to contact by phone as it is not attended to promptly. Prior stays were ok..rooms clean..sheets clean. Location is good and access to food is good. This stay wws rather unpleasant..based on my previous stays..i did not check the sheets and the next morning discovered that the dheets wete stained with traces of what looked likw blood. Maybe this was a rare incident..nevertheless keep up your good services

Prima impressione di arrivo, il personale del desk front non era professionale, chit chat su un telefono a mano mentre semi nascosto dietro la sala di ufficio vicino alla ricezione. È stato detto che controllare in tempo 3pm (ho arrivo intorno 1.30pm) non opzioni qualsiasi se può controllare prima. Dopo l'ispezione, OMG. La stanza sembra non essere stata pulita per anni. Polvere spesso sull'unità di condizionamento d'aria fino a quando non è visibile fuori.. non riesco a immaginare quanto spesso sarà la polvere sul filtro all'interno. Il letto conferma che non è cambiato, perché c'è tintura e alcuni sembrano anche tintura di sangue. Il pavimento è sporco, lo specchio pieno di impronte dimerse n. Poiché stiamo solo restando per una notte e guardando l'atteggiamento del personale.. Non ci dispiace cambiare la stanza, né chiedere nulla solo pulire tranquillamente ciò che possiamo. Hotsprint è buono ma è stato chiuso dopo le 8:00 (dopo che siamo tornati da cena era in attesa di un dip di notte di nuovo e era deluso) a meno che non ti piace davvero Hotsprint .. Non lo consiglio a meno che non si sono sbloccate la pulizia. Il prezzo della stanza era ok RM160++ a notte per Quadbed. È per questo che non ci molleremo di chiedere di cambiare stanza.

Stayed for 3 nights here and staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is same as description, clean! Please note that hair dryer is not provided so please bring your own one.

Il miglior hotel che abbia soggiornato a Melaka 😍 il migliore finale che direi, ospite di alta qualità e pulizia senza parole, molto pulito. Apprezzerei il proprietario perché si preoccupa letteralmente del soggiorno dei clienti che includeva anche la disponibilità di parcheggio. I snack forniti da loro riportano tutti i ricordi dei bambini.Grazie ancora, sicuramente verranno qui di nuovo e molto raccomandato.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Rustcamp Glamping Site. The place was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere throughout the stay. The staff’s service was outstanding. They were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist, making us feel welcome and cared for. The scenery was breathtaking, with beautiful views that offered a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Unfortunately, there was no campfire due to the rain, which they usually host at 9:00 PM, but despite that, everything else was superb, and I would highly recommend it for a relaxing glamping getaway.
