Il posto è piuttosto basso per il prezzo che hanno pagato. La stanza era spaziale ma non molto ben mantenuta. Ci sono solo un canale televisivo visibile. La condizione della camera da bagno era triste. Il wifi era quasi inesistente. È possibile ricevere solo segnale WiFi presso il lobby!

I was not placing too high a hope after reading the reviews online. But when I stayed there for 3 nights, I realized my fears was unfounded. Celcom reception was good even in the room. I can even have my zoom meeting and remote access my office comp with almost no lag. Wifi at the lobby is good as well for teams . All the staff are friendly and accommodative. Even the enquiry staff replies email fast after my barrage of questions as it is my first time to Malaysia after the pandemic. The rooms are very clean. Never stepped on a cleaner floor before even in 5 star hotel. The resort gives a very nature vibe good for a break from modern life. A lot of natural elements. The pool is great to spend the day. Food nothing to scream about given it is a 3 star hotel. But is good for a decent meal. Overall is a place I can go back and spend some time unwinding and bond with family.

Ottimo luogo. Solo a pochi passi dalla strada Karak all'uscita di Bentong Est. Il resort è a 10 minuti dalla città. È così conveniente fare shopping o andare a pranzo. Cosy Balinese stile camere, pannelli di legno, pareti e porte. Le camere sono completamente climatizzate. Ci sono ampie parcheggi all'interno. La receptionista è disponibile 24 ore su 24. Purtroppo mancata, nessuna piscina, e il ristorante è chiuso dal pandemia Covid. Ma dato che è a soli 10 minuti dalla città dove ci sono molti buoni ristoranti, non è affatto un problema. L'acqua e il caffè in bottiglia sono gratuiti e c'è una caldaia, quindi c'è sempre l'opzione di cucinare noodles istantanee o altri pasti rapidi cucinati con acqua bollita, se non si desidera uscire in mezzo alla notte. Il WiFi gratuito è disponibile, ma il segnale non è forte se la vostra stanza è più lontana dalla zona di ricezione. Se avete una carta SIM malasia, la ricezione è 4G a qualsiasi momento.

The view is spectacular.. I didn't expect this hotel would be this memorable for my stay.. Room is ok, breakfast was ok not so tasty, facilities very good, swimming pool is big and the view while swimming is so breathtaking.. They also have walking distance cafe and steamboat nearby the hotel.. You won't regret if you planning to stay here.. Only a few weakness hotel management need to improve 1. Cleanliness of the cup, the housekeeping did not wash the cup 2. Certain room lamp is broken and make the room darker at night 3. No dustbin in toilet while other room have 4. NO FRIDGE.. Its so sab because it's basic requirement.. I bring a lot of drinks but all i need to throw away because basi. All my picnic food also basi 5. Aircon in certain room not so cold 6. TV got a lot of issues base on the room, no channel, tv red colour, tv freeze every 2 min. I book room NO 2993-2995 and room 2995 almost perfect without any weakness except the glass is dirty and oily the housekeeping is not washing it.. Other room got the above issue i stated Overall for relaxing is highly recommended.. Of u want good room, this hotel is not for u But the view from top only cherengin hills have it! You won't get it in any hotel

Booking under bed type does not match. Disappointed with the hotel. Swimming pool area too dark during at night. Can’t swim at all. Danger. Outside landscape is good.
