La stanza è molto inconcepibile, ma il proprietario è stato abbastanza gentile da fornire informazioni dettagliate con un video. C’era un forte odore di drenaggio del bacino di cucina che potrebbe essere incomodo per coloro che scelgono di dormire sul letto vicino alla cucina, altrimenti, in generale, era una buona esperienza.

Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere e siamo rimasti qui per una notte con la nostra famiglia. In generale era tutto a posto, il personale dell'ufficio frontale era molto bello e amichevole, il processo controllato è praticamente infettivo. Il personale F&B era davvero amichevole, soprattutto quello della piscina. Ci piaceva il nostro soggiorno, ma la stanza che ho soggiornato non ha alcuna voglia al minibar, ho chiamato il servizio per chiedere i prodotti qualche volta, ma mi hanno semplicemente mandato qualche voglia, nonostante che io solo chieda la borsa di tè. Anche i tazze non erano lavate, il caffè era ancora in tazze, devo lavarlo con i rifiuti bolliti e vedo l'acqua diventare marrone dopo averla gettato in tazze. Un'altra cosa è che abbiamo chiesto un letto extra, ma non ci sono stati più servizi (perdita di denti e altri), ma devo chiamarli di nuovo per fornire. Credo che il servizio di custodia debba prestare maggiore attenzione ai dettagli e non menzionare la persona che ha risposto alla mia chiamata quando ho chiesto di avere accesso a servizi e sacchetti di tè, è piuttosto sconveniente.

Sono stati davvero gentili nel fornire frutta il nostro primo giorno, molto gentile hotel per rimanere, tuttavia.. la televisione non lavorava esp la televisione nel bagno non ha un telecomando che funziona. Il gel di doccia non era sufficiente per riempire il bagno nemmeno. La stanza e il servizio del personale erano grandi, ma anche la vista era bella.

Staying for a night for tbe experience is ok. Very little to do round about. Plus the food options are very limited. Pros: Spacious room overlooking the mountains and forest. Bed is soft and comfy. Breakfast, served at La Blason (Carmelia) is ok. There is noodle prepared on the spot, porridge, nasi lemak, 6 varieties of bread and a host of other items. Note: coffee is not machine prepared Swimming pool is not crowded but tne cracked tiles make it not presentable. Cons: Bathroom isn't too well scrubbed with stain and dirt, showing sign of age. There is no powerpoint nor side tables by the bedside, very inconvenient. There is no master switch for the lights by the bed side either. The power socket is beneath the table, very inconvenient. I have to leave the electric kettle on the floor while boiling as the cable is too short. Very limited TV channels. It is not a smart TV.

best place to stay in genting highland! i got a room with a mountain view and i got this spectacular view of genting highland. distance from hotel to skyavenue around 20-30 minutes driving or you can ask for shuttle bus from the counter. rm20 per person. smooth check in check out, huge and tidy room. the most exciting about my stay in scapes is their amazing breakfast. a lot variety of food served even during a weekday. from nasi lemak, noodles, porridge to a lot choice of pastries, bread, waffle, croissant. they also served ice cream for breakfast, im so happy. will come again one day

Pros: The location of residence is strategic as they have a linked bridge to eateries (mamak, cafe, many Chinese shop), convenience store, mart (7-11, KK, 99 Speedmart, family mart), petrol station (Petron). Somehow, it can be very silent and dark at night when walking at the bridge. The cleanliness of room is fair but could improve more as the sofa/couch is dusty and torn (I even had insect bites when sitting) but they cover up with a large cloth. The kitchenette had everything from utensils (spoon, fork, knife, scissors). It's equipped with an induction stove, a hood, a microwave, a refrigerator, big sink, dish soap, and a sponge. There was a cloth, but I knew it was not clean for ages because I almost fainted due to the smell, I had to wash it a number of times before using or else you could bring your own kitchen towel. There is also washing machine that has drying option, detergent powder, broom, dustpan, mop and a small portable clothesline. There is heater available but sometimes it goes off I doubt they have timer for the heater. The room was nice, but blankets and pillows are not properly washed and cleaned, it's obvious. The hall had TV box. They also had strong Wi-Fi connection. The hall also had small but wide coffee table, round dining table and chairs.The service from front office(maplehome) was nice and pleasant, one of them attended us was new or he was a trainee, but he still attends us well. The residence has a big swimming pool, child's swimming pool, a small exercise area, a small children's playground, a room with only one table tennis/ping pong table and a gym. The gym is quite a disappointment because there was 4 treadmill and 2 is not in service. One is showing error and one more couldn't even turn on (I have switched on all the plugs). The other machine was okay but only one or two can be used. The weight machine and others were very rusty and had no maintenance and cleaning. The only thing you can use is the dumbbell or weight, but it is also rusty. The lights can be turned on, but the fan couldn't so there was no ventilation, and I couldn't be in for more than 20 minutes. The sauna was in the washroom of the G(ground) floor, and it was not very safe as it is quite isolated from the security if anything happens, and it was locked because you need to inform the security and give your room details for them to record the usage of sauna. Cons: The main minus point in this residence is their elevator/lift. There were only 4 lifts in the whole block/tower with 38 floors. One of the lifts is under maintenance or I believe they it shut down, (tactics used by all residence/hotel to save electricity). The other 3 lifts were occupied every time. But the only thing I can't take it was during the checkout (on Sunday). Checkout time is 11am??? The number of people checking out is a lot and the lift will not stop until it reaches the top (38th floor). For your info, the lift stops at each level going up and going down. For example, I was on the 10th floor, and I could not go down as it have to go up first and then it opens at each floor until the top (38th). When it was going down, it opens again at each floor. So, I was stucked in the lift with no ventilation for about 30 mins, and I waited for the elevator for 20 mins. So, it's about an hour. We also chatted among the guest in elevator and all of them face the same struggle. Everyone waited for almost an hour for the elevator and mind you if we take the staircase, it is only accessible until G floor meanwhile the lobby is at the L7 floor (lower 7, lower than G floor). So, there is no way but to take the elevator. Next, is the environment that is silent and not much movement especially during the night which gives off creepy vibes. Furthermore, I did find a tiny baby cockroach under the shoe rack but I'm afraid it came from outside at the washing machine area.

The places is not as advertised and i am so disappointed. And the location is far from other hotels and shops. Quite secluded and the road is full of pot holes as the area is near construction area.

Dopo un argomento minore, solo ha controllato il sistema e ha capito che abbiamo prenotato 2 unità, quindi ci sono 2 parcheggi. 2. Il tempo di attesa per l'ascensore è terribile. Ci siamo rimasti al livello 11, e ci sono 6 ascensori, ma siamo stati saltati dagli ascensori lotsa tempo, a volte non possiamo aspettare tanto tempo che dobbiamo camminare sulle scale, non solo noi, altri turisti. 15 minuti di attesa e non riuscivano ancora a prendere un ascensore?Perché? 3. Quando abbiamo controllato e siamo pronti a uscire dal parcheggio, ci è stato detto che abbiamo bisogno della nostra carta d'accesso con noi? Voglio dire, tutti hanno restituito la carta d'accesso al lobby durante il check-out, perché la direzione ci avrebbe voluto tenere quella carta per uscire dal parcheggio? E ci è stato detto di prendere la carta d'accesso al parcheggio, e riportarla al desktop front? Perché è così disgustoso per i vostri clienti?

A nice and relaxed container cabin type of accommodation in a secluded corner of a residential neighborhood. The cabins are clean, with basic amenities in the bathroom like shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. It also comes with bath towels, clothes hangers and loads of old books to read. Outside of the cabin, you are allowed to do basic cooking, there is an outdoor seating area too, but if you need heavy cooking then there is a fully equipped kitchen too. There is a communal area for breakfast and meals with less than 20 seats, overlooking the salt water pool. In the evening, its can be breezy and you will hear the sounds of crickets and other insects, truly away from the sounds of traffic. But, be aware that this place is not very big and if there are a few families with kids in the pool, their noise level will definitely be louder than the sounds of nature. The owner Chen is a friendly and professional character, he built this place more than 7 years ago, he is very helpful and responsive, so depending on the type of activity you are here for, he will definitely be able to share some great insights and tips.
