Staying for a night for tbe experience is ok. Very little to do round about. Plus the food options are very limited.
Pros:
Spacious room overlooking the mountains and forest. Bed is soft and comfy.
Breakfast, served at La Blason (Carmelia) is ok. There is noodle prepared on the spot, porridge, nasi lemak, 6 varieties of bread and a host of other items. Note: coffee is not machine prepared
Swimming pool is not crowded but tne cracked tiles make it not presentable.
Cons:
Bathroom isn't too well scrubbed with stain and dirt, showing sign of age.
There is no powerpoint nor side tables by the bedside, very inconvenient. There is no master switch for the lights by the bed side either.
The power socket is beneath the table, very inconvenient. I have to leave the electric kettle on the floor while boiling as the cable is too short.
Very limited TV channels. It is not a smart TV.

The places is not as advertised and i am so disappointed. And the location is far from other hotels and shops. Quite secluded and the road is full of pot holes as the area is near construction area.

1. Quando ci siamo reclutati, ha detto al personale che avevamo prenotato due camere e ha sbagliato a capire che abbiamo prenotato una unità di 2 camere da letto, quindi abbiamo solo un parcheggio. Dopo un argomento minore, solo ha controllato il sistema e ha capito che abbiamo prenotato 2 unità, quindi ci sono 2 parcheggi.
2. Il tempo di attesa per l'ascensore è terribile. Ci siamo rimasti al livello 11, e ci sono 6 ascensori, ma siamo stati saltati dagli ascensori lotsa tempo, a volte non possiamo aspettare tanto tempo che dobbiamo camminare sulle scale, non solo noi, altri turisti. 15 minuti di attesa e non riuscivano ancora a prendere un ascensore?Perché?
3. Quando abbiamo controllato e siamo pronti a uscire dal parcheggio, ci è stato detto che abbiamo bisogno della nostra carta d'accesso con noi? Voglio dire, tutti hanno restituito la carta d'accesso al lobby durante il check-out, perché la direzione ci avrebbe voluto tenere quella carta per uscire dal parcheggio? E ci è stato detto di prendere la carta d'accesso al parcheggio, e riportarla al desktop front? Perché è così disgustoso per i vostri clienti?

We stayed at the Villa for a family of 4 - it was spacious, cosy, clean and had a beautiful scenery from the balcony. My parents loved the quietness yet we find it still convenient to head up to Genting via shuttle bus then cable car or grab. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was nice with varieities and service staff was also friendly. The highlight for us was the Awana Hotel guided trail as it was a family-friendly activity and we could walk and explore nature at the same time! It was family-friendly as it is a well-paved outdoor trail which allows wheel-chair bound persons or kids with prams to come along. Wing and Pat were very good guides who explained the history and the diversity of wildlife there thoroughly! The trail was also safe as there were other hotel staff (men) who came along to act as bodyguards and helped with safety as well as the buggy ride! We had the opportunity to head up to the waterfall as part of the clearwater trail and it was an eye-opening experience. We sat on the buggy for this as we had to embark up and down the hill. Overall, we enjoyed and appreciate the entire experience and will return again! (Ps: Other trails will open up next June!) 👏😍

La posizione era molto bello per gli hotel di alto livello, ma la distanza è ancora un po' lontana. Non ci sono molti negozi o negozi rispetto alla collina centrale dei condotti e il cibo che li vendeva nei negozi convenienti era molto più costoso e quasi lo stesso prezzo di ginning hilltop. Ma se non preferisci davvero la strada di ventilazione fino al cimitero. Allora questa potrebbe essere una scelta migliore. Per la stanza che io rimango lì è un odore di meraviglia e l'edificio è un po' complicato da camminare dal parcheggio all'appartamento. Ma il paesaggio fuori dal condominio era così bello con la vista del lago

La sessione di onsen ci è stata davvero divertita, soprattutto la piscina Sakura, che era un pezzo di arte. L'unicità della piscina ha aumentato il piacere di immergersi nell'acqua calda in una sera fredda. Le altre piscine erano anche uniche, 1 con nano bolle che ci sono state detto è stato importato dal Giappone. Dopo aver soffocato, ci ha reso la pelle più liscia. Abbiamo anche goduto dell'altra piscina vicino alla finestra che era con la più alta temperatura. Con il vento freddo brivido che entrava dalla finestra ci faceva sentire così rilassati e confortevoli. In generale, l'hotel offre un grande servizio. Grazie ai loro agenti di ospiti dedicati. Abbiamo anche avuto un buon sonno sul comodo letto. Per coloro che desiderano una vacanza rilassante e non troppo lontano dal mondo di intrattenimento di Genting Resorts, l'Hotel Yanné Onsen è una scelta ideale.

A nice and relaxed container cabin type of accommodation in a secluded corner of a residential neighborhood. The cabins are clean, with basic amenities in the bathroom like shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. It also comes with bath towels, clothes hangers and loads of old books to read. Outside of the cabin, you are allowed to do basic cooking, there is an outdoor seating area too, but if you need heavy cooking then there is a fully equipped kitchen too. There is a communal area for breakfast and meals with less than 20 seats, overlooking the salt water pool. In the evening, its can be breezy and you will hear the sounds of crickets and other insects, truly away from the sounds of traffic. But, be aware that this place is not very big and if there are a few families with kids in the pool, their noise level will definitely be louder than the sounds of nature. The owner Chen is a friendly and professional character, he built this place more than 7 years ago, he is very helpful and responsive, so depending on the type of activity you are here for, he will definitely be able to share some great insights and tips.

Eccezionale
NNgHHLe camere dell'hotel erano grandi. Abbiamo ricevuto dessert njce all'arrivo e quando ci siamo reclutati nelle nostre camere. L'hotel ha dato dessert il nostro secondo giorno quando siamo tornati dopo cena. I dessert erano deliziosi. Abbiamo anche avuto una buona notte di sonno, perché i letti erano così confortevoli.

Il buffet del colazione è stato un evidenziatore della mia visita, con una vasta gamma di opzioni che si occupavano di tutti i gusti.L'atmosfera in tutto l'hotel era perfetta, offrendo un ambiente tranquillo e lussuoso.

AAinina_MPros: The location of residence is strategic as they have a linked bridge to eateries (mamak, cafe, many Chinese shop), convenience store, mart (7-11, KK, 99 Speedmart, family mart), petrol station (Petron). Somehow, it can be very silent and dark at night when walking at the bridge. The cleanliness of room is fair but could improve more as the sofa/couch is dusty and torn (I even had insect bites when sitting) but they cover up with a large cloth. The kitchenette had everything from utensils (spoon, fork, knife, scissors). It's equipped with an induction stove, a hood, a microwave, a refrigerator, big sink, dish soap, and a sponge. There was a cloth, but I knew it was not clean for ages because I almost fainted due to the smell, I had to wash it a number of times before using or else you could bring your own kitchen towel. There is also washing machine that has drying option, detergent powder, broom, dustpan, mop and a small portable clothesline. There is heater available but sometimes it goes off I doubt they have timer for the heater. The room was nice, but blankets and pillows are not properly washed and cleaned, it's obvious. The hall had TV box. They also had strong Wi-Fi connection. The hall also had small but wide coffee table, round dining table and chairs.The service from front office(maplehome) was nice and pleasant, one of them attended us was new or he was a trainee, but he still attends us well. The residence has a big swimming pool, child's swimming pool, a small exercise area, a small children's playground, a room with only one table tennis/ping pong table and a gym. The gym is quite a disappointment because there was 4 treadmill and 2 is not in service. One is showing error and one more couldn't even turn on (I have switched on all the plugs). The other machine was okay but only one or two can be used. The weight machine and others were very rusty and had no maintenance and cleaning. The only thing you can use is the dumbbell or weight, but it is also rusty. The lights can be turned on, but the fan couldn't so there was no ventilation, and I couldn't be in for more than 20 minutes. The sauna was in the washroom of the G(ground) floor, and it was not very safe as it is quite isolated from the security if anything happens, and it was locked because you need to inform the security and give your room details for them to record the usage of sauna.
Cons: The main minus point in this residence is their elevator/lift. There were only 4 lifts in the whole block/tower with 38 floors. One of the lifts is under maintenance or I believe they it shut down, (tactics used by all residence/hotel to save electricity). The other 3 lifts were occupied every time. But the only thing I can't take it was during the checkout (on Sunday). Checkout time is 11am??? The number of people checking out is a lot and the lift will not stop until it reaches the top (38th floor). For your info, the lift stops at each level going up and going down. For example, I was on the 10th floor, and I could not go down as it have to go up first and then it opens at each floor until the top (38th). When it was going down, it opens again at each floor. So, I was stucked in the lift with no ventilation for about 30 mins, and I waited for the elevator for 20 mins. So, it's about an hour. We also chatted among the guest in elevator and all of them face the same struggle. Everyone waited for almost an hour for the elevator and mind you if we take the staircase, it is only accessible until G floor meanwhile the lobby is at the L7 floor (lower 7, lower than G floor). So, there is no way but to take the elevator. Next, is the environment that is silent and not much movement especially during the night which gives off creepy vibes. Furthermore, I did find a tiny baby cockroach under the shoe rack but I'm afraid it came from outside at the washing machine area.

the most exciting about my stay in scapes is their amazing breakfast. a lot variety of food served even during a weekday. from nasi lemak, noodles, porridge to a lot choice of pastries, bread, waffle, croissant. they also served ice cream for breakfast, im so happy. will come again one day

I recently stayed at Tumike Hotel Bentong and overall, my experience was rather underwhelming. While the hotel's location was indeed convenient, with Regent Court Restaurant and several other eateries within walking distance, there were several drawbacks that dampened my stay.
Firstly, I booked the triple room, but I was disappointed to find that I could only request one pillow. This was quite inconvenient, as multiple pillows are often necessary for a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the absence of a fridge in the room was a major drawback. It meant that I couldn't buy perishable items like tofu or keep beverages chilled, limiting my options for snacking or enjoying cold drinks.
One of the most significant downsides was the steep price for a night's stay. At RM200 per night, I expected more from a budget hotel. Considering the hotel's one-star rating, the cost seemed excessive for the amenities and overall experience provided.
On a positive note, the hotel's proximity to Regent Court Restaurant, TF Value, Steamboat Restaurant, Musang King Dessert, and Family Mart was undoubtedly a convenience. These nearby establishments made it easy to access various dining options and satisfy any immediate needs.
However, when considering the overall experience, I would have expected a budget hotel like Tumike to offer more competitive pricing and improved amenities. The lack of additional pillows and a fridge limited the comfort and convenience of my stay. Therefore, I would recommend exploring other accommodation options in the area before settling for Tumike Hotel Bentong.

JJarref86Overall it was a nice stay despite a misscommunication problem during check in. Yes a bit noisy as there is construction going on next building. View wise depends on which tower you are staying. It is recommended to have your own car as free parking will be provided.
Once you arrive just enter the multiple storey parking area. Find the lift and go to level 7( equivalent to level 3 from other tower). This is where all the tower get connected to each other. Then proceed to tower 2 ( follow signage ) then find lift to go down to level G ( lobby area ) .

Anche se il processo di controllo prende qualche tempo a causa di errore di macchina, ma la pazienza mattina una ragazza ho dimenticato il suo nome. Rita forse? Ha pazientemente aiutato ospite uno per uno. Kudos ragazza. Grazie alla squadra Grand Ion Delemen per l'ospitalità e vorremmo tornare di nuovo. ❤️

SStaphExploresRoom is spacious and clean. But there's always smoke smell coming from outside. Yet we can't really close the windows else it gets stuffy. The toilet is really the worse. It's so tiny that I cant move in the shower, one step front it's the shower head, one step back it's the wall. The whole shower room is literally one small square.

UUtente ospiteThe location is about 1.4km to sky world and this is the reason we chose this place. The small route leading to this place is narrow and foggy so advise to drive when the sky is still bright. The check in process was a pain. No clear instruction when booking with Maplehome. We travelled with 2 elderly and 2 small kids. There are many blocks at ion delement. Upon arrival, I called them on check in process and I was asked to park at car park and go to level 3 for check in. They didn’t inform we are supposed to park at level 3 and check in at level 3 car park. So all of us dragging the luggage went to level 7. And called them again, went back to level 3, get the key, went to level 7 because family is waiting there not knowing where to go, went to grd floor of tower 1 and have to asked again then gotta walk outdoor to tower 2 on a very slippery walkway, then reach your place. It was a joke. Customer service is not doing a great job.
The place- it was spacious and ok. Sewerage smell is strong in kitchen and living hall. No dishwashing detergent provided so we didn’t use the glass. Heater not working after 3 persons used for 5 mins each. Good that there is en suite bathroom for the 2 bedrooms apartment we booked. Didn’t use the balcony as the weather was wet and cold so the floor was wet. TV has limited choice. Good that there is kids channel to keep the kids entertained. There were some small dirty stain on the wall. At night, the wind was strong so the room door keeps making sound even if it’s closed. Dogs were barking almost all night long.
- breakfast is not included if you booked with maplehome. If want to have breakfast, suggest to book direct with ion delement. We have to pay rm60 per person and rm30 per adult. However. It was the worst breakfast I had in my life- sausage was sour, ham soaked in water, people used hand to take bread, coffee not refilled in machine and doesn’t tastes good,
. Just take the egg. The restaurant should be rated as no star. Not hygienic, no passion and a pure mess. There is a small cafe opposite the restaurant. Suggest to try that if you happen to be there.
Wouldn’t return here again.
