Stayed at this hotel for my birthday. My son had fun at waterpark and playground. Few issues. The in room safe is not working and the bathroom sink is clogged.

Perfect hotel. Staffs are very friendly and the room is very clean and the interior design is very cozy. We booked a room with a spa and I had such a great night with my boyfriend in this lovely hotel. The view from the room is stunning.

Beautiful view from room, lobby staff all looking sharp, service effective most of time, keen to solve problem when you bring the problem to their face. Yet first resort/hotel I encountered that seemingly outsourced their phone service to somewhere else, every time I call, in room or outside, I would be told a “case” would be lodged in the system and passed to other staff who didn’t actually show up to fix the problem. In the very contrary if you go to the lobby and talk to the sharp looking folks there they get you problem solved/question answered right away. Odd.

It was lovely

We stayed with two children overnight after day at Dreamworld. The kids loved the pool, tennis court and being less crowded and noisy than central area of Gold Coast. I was grateful to all the staff who were accommodating to all our needs like last minute extra bed, pool use after check out. The in room dining was prompt and tasty after a big day. Buffet breakfast was great selection and fresh.

This is a great hotel. My business for the day was 40 minutes away but worth the drive. The hotel is always clean, friendly, has great facilities and a view from every room. Unfortunately, I didn't have time for a game of golf this time but did get to go to the Italian Restaurant in the hotel. I wasn't disappointed - well worth a try.

Royal Pines was amazing! Free parking on-site, top notch customer service and there are swimming pools to relax in. We saw there was a gym, playground with a large bouncing mat for the kids and a water park next to the large hot tub. They offered is a discount for their buffet breakfast (discounted from $29 to $30pp). We stayed in the spa suite and our room had the most amazing views - this is a photo from the bathroom window. Maybe the windows need a bit of cleaning but apart from that we would not change a thing! Love how all the important information is explained clearly on the TV in the room. The room was massive with a safe, closet for hanging clothes, bar fridge, kettle, tea & coffee, couch, desk and an extra seating area near the foot of the bed. Our spa was very nice and blew some strong bubbles - remember to bring your shower gel/bubble bath. We have previously tried their restaurants, Videre (high tea) gives you a fabulous view of the landscape! The Japanese restaurant provides impeccable customer service and delicious carefully made dishes - loved everything we ordered.

Exceeded my expectations. A fantastic resort that was walking distance to Heritage Stadium, where we went to see an AFL game. We had a King Spa room, it was spectacular. The Japanese restaurant at the resort was brilliant. The buffet breakfast was the best I’ve ever had and the staff at the resort were friendly and welcoming. What a wonderful experience and weekend away!! I could not more highly recommend a stay at this resort. A perfect weekend away!

It was good for a family trip

It was one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. The hotel has everything you need for family with kids.
