很好，很好

退房還要4瓶水錢

방이 엄청 넓고 33층 주셔서 깜짝놀랬음 수영장도 조용하고 조식도 나름 괜찮았던거 같아요 다음에도 또가고 싶은 호텔이네요

早餐不錯，泳池漂亮，地點可以

Все просто великолепно! Чисто, вкусно, опрятно) Персонал дружелюбный и приветливый! Номер большой, постельное качественное, кровать удобная.

第二次住 優點：房間大 缺點： 1、臨街這一側非常吵（上一次住的非臨街側） 2、前台服務不好（上一次疫情前住的，還可以） 3、設施有些舊了

When I checked-in at this property in the past the receptionist said I can smoke at the balcony but need to close the window and door. The latest staying at this property reception never mentioned can't smoke at the balcony and when you check out they want to charge a cleaning fee of 5000 THB. I feel like the hotel is very tricky and has no integrity to their customers. Please avoid this hotel. I am not surprised I didn't see many guests at this property. The other guests who checked out earlier also got charged for drinking water inside the fridge without prior notice to the guest , I also don't see any note inside the room. I won't return to this hotel again in the future.

Urbana sathorn is at a very good location, near the BTS and MRT. All are walking distance, and the hotel is clean and spacious. Definitely going to stay here again!

Good environment

Big rooms. Guests who bring back many visitors may want to avoid checking them in, as extra charges for any further visitors who stay overnight

hotel staff were pleasant, accommodating and friendly. Facilities were well-kept and the surroundings were quiet.
