Ottimo andare via, ma non dimenticare la collina!! Arrivato alle 1:00 e andato in una ricetta che era chiusa e nessuno era da vedere! Ci erano un sacco di bambini là, quindi non potevamo vedere segni di cosa fare! Alla fine ho visto un segno che diceva che doveva entrare all'altro hotel intorno all'angolo. Controllato all'hotel e dato una chiave - Una 1a stanza di pianoforte che era ideale perché entrambi non piace le altezze - e questo è un blocco molto alto con penso 36 piani!! La stanza era perfetta, lavastoviglie e lavastoviglie con letti confortevoli e molto puliti. Mi piaceva davvero la stanza per essere giusta. Un grande balcone troppo vista la piscina. La posizione per noi non era buona. E 'sotto la cima di una collina, una collina molto alta. Camminare dalla città è stato un assassino sulle nostre gambe e portare shopping è stato terribile. Un taxi è stato circa 5euro e vale la pena ... Eravamo lì solo per 3 notti e come menzionato il posto e la stanza è bella, ma non quella collina!!

Il personale è molto gentile, sono a vostra disposizione e sono davvero veloce. Ha buone strutture, anche se un po 'strano il modo in cui sono distribuiti. Ora, per il rapporto qualità-prezzo e essere un hotel 4 stelle lascia molto da desiderare, le camere non li puliscono bene, e non è che lasciamo la camera sporca, ma a prima vista si nota che non l'hanno pulito soprattutto il bagno. Gli ospiti passavano correndo e gridando per i corridoi, rendendo difficile prendere seduto o dormire direttamente. La posizione è buona, vicino al levarsi. Se fosse stato impeccabile sarebbe stato circa 4 stelle, ma per me non vale la pena.

I had a single room - tiny, but adequate and very clean. Small balcony overlooks narrow street so can be noisy. Bathroom about as big as the bed-space. Rudimentary space for hanging clothes. However, this is a newly refurbished space, modern, great shower. My only gripe with my room was a missing safe (available in my travel companion's single room). Breakfast is continental, very adequate for the price. Housekeeping is friendly & thorough and (unlike most 3 star hotels in the UK) daily. Great WiFi (free), modern TV, fridge for drinks and AC all provided. Location couldn't be better. I'd recommend this hotel.

Siamo stati in aprile subito dopo Pasqua. Posto strategico. Da lì puoi tranquillamente raggiungere il centro e diversi locali dove mangiare e divertirsi, consiglio ristorante La COMBRASSA (livello altro, prezzo50/60€ a persona)😋😋😋. Il soggiorno all’Hotel discreto, pulizia discreta, gestione clienti discreto , un bel 10 e lode alla ragazza della colazione, Margherita, che ci regalava tutte le mattine un buongiorno allegro e sorridente. Sempre grazie ai suoi consigli ed alla sua pazienza,abbiamo potuto visitare e godere della miglior offerta di Benidorm. Un Elogio va fatto anche a Victor, ragazzo della reception sempre molto carino , disponibile e paziente 😍😍😍. Torneremo a Benidorm e passeremo a salutarli. We stayed in April just after Easter. Strategic place. From there you can easily reach the center and various places to eat and have fun, I recommend the restaurant La COMBRASSA (higher level, price 50/60€ per person)😋😋😋. The stay at the discreet hotel, discreet cleaning, discreet customer management, a nice 10 and praise to the breakfast girl, Margherita, who gave us a cheerful and smiling good morning every morning. Always thanks to her advice and her patience, we were able to visit and enjoy the best offer in Benidorm. A praise must also be given to Victor, always very nice, helpful and patient reception guy 😍😍😍. We will return to Benidorm and stop by to say hello.

Il divano nella stanza 308 era molto vecchio e inconfortabile e la stanza stessa era sopra la terrazza anteriore - nessun sole sul nostro balcone in qualsiasi momento del giorno. Il giorno prima di andare a controllare, abbiamo scoperto che un ospite in un'altra stanza aveva una microonde. Tuttavia, troppo tardi per noi. Chiedi alla reception se è disponibile una microonde, perché apparentemente non hanno una per ogni camera!! Non ci sono igiene (sapelli/shampoo, ecc.) assolutamente fornite.

Ok, I'll start with a positive. The view from the apartment (we were on the top floor) was stunning and only a 2 minute walk from the beach. There are some really nice bars and restaurants nearby, a couple of convenience stores and a big supermarket a 10 minute walk but up a bloody big hill. Now for the negatives... Where do I begin??? THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT 3 STAR!!!! Arrived at 02.35 in the morning after a flight delay. No staff at reception. To cut a long story short, in the end we had to go behind the reception desk where we found a note for 'the english' with a number to ring. Called the number, spoke to a guy whose English was about as good as my Spanish and who sounded annoyed that I had woken him up and really could not give a s***. Eventually established where our keys were located, in a drawer! Eventually got to our room, took 20 minutes to unlock the stupid door but eventually got in. As relief washed over me it then became apparent that the nightmare was only just beginning. Balcony was tiny for four (2 adults and two teenage girls) one bedroom and a sofa bed which essentially has a bed in a drawer underneath that was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. And then, reality dawned that it was 32 degrees at 03.30am and there was NO AIR CON!!! I a country as hot as Spain I feel this is absolutely unacceptable. They could have at least provided fans in the room but they didn't. There are five sunbeds around the pool in very poor nick for the entire block. It was a daily occurrence that some poor unsuspecting soul would end up straight through one. For the entire week not one member of staff spoke to us, came to see if we were OK after our disastrous check in, nothing. It was the most unbearable week and we absolutely dreaded night time and having to sleep in our oven of an apartment. It was between 32 and 35 degrees every day and at night there was just no relief. No maid service either so if you can, take som extra towels. This place is an absolute disgrace and ruined our holiday, especially disappointing as we were there for my partners 40th birthday. We are not at all snobby and can make the best of any situation but seriously, if you are even considering booking here just don't. You absolutely will regret it
