Just arrived back from this hotel absolutely brilliant in a great location very clean food was very good the staff very friendly especially in the restaurant always helpful everyone always had a smile would definitely recommend this hotel

Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and polite and room service was great. WiFi was a complete waste of time for the entire week, was either down or searching continuously, not good if you rely on this. Rooms clean, but a little snug. Shower nice and powerful but water temperature could be up and down. All guests offered a New Years Eve gala meal free of charge, irrespective of what board, nice touch. Pool area clean and tidy and plenty of comfortable seating around the Hotel. Breakfast is plentiful and plenty of choice.

Great hotel in an excellent position, my wife and I were very happy to have the same room as last year and the same efficient and pleasant cleaner. It was good to see many of the staff in both the dining room and the bar who were there on our last visit. Food was good and plenty of choice, entertainment was also good and pleased to see Ray Croft still there.

Stayed for a week and had a great stay, I had requested a low floor overlooking the pool which was granted so thanks for that, room 201. The room was on the small side but adequate for a 7 night stay, a lot has been said about the bathroom having a swinging style frosted glass door but that didn't bother us plenty of hot water and a nice powerful shower. Safe was free and we had a small fridge, no kettle mind but we knew this and brought a travel kettle with us. Room cleaned and clean towels provided everyday also bedding changed once during our stay and the maid was so pleasant. Overall no complaints about the room. The hotel uses a card system to access the lifts and pool area which is a good idea to stop non residents from using the hotel facility's. All staff were friendly and helpful. Food was lovely with plenty choice and mostly hot but a microwave was available if you needed, the only slight niggle I had was because we had an early pickup back to the airport even though the restaurant was open at 6am all that was available was toast and some buns, I thought we might have been able to have some cheese ham and hard boiled eggs after all we had paid for a breakfast. We enjoyed our stay so much (especially the food) we have booked again for October so looking forward to that already.
