Abbiamo soggiorno in questo hotel x 5 giorni ci siamo trovati bene, ed anche tutto il personale gentile ma Christian e' il numero uno.

Questa struttura mi era stata raccomandata da un amico che era stato qualche anno prima e mi aveva detto che era perfetta, sarebbe stata veramente perfetta sé non fosse per la mancanza delle cure e i dettagli sui servizi. Il primo giorno che siamo arrivati siamo stati accolti dal servizio transfer condiviso prenotato nella pagina dal hotel,servizio scarso e nullo; siamo arrivati a un angolo della strada buttate le valigie per terra, senza un minimo di indicazioni dove si trovasse l’hotel; grazie al nostro buonsenso di orientamento e il buon Google map ci siamo resi conto che era un po’ più avanti, non le costava niente all’autista indicarci l’ubicazione dell’hotel. Arriviamo a ricevimento subito ci iniziano a dare in formazione come sì fossimo madre lingua spagnola, per fortuna io parlo 4 lingue e mi sono messo a tradurre a la famiglia. Ci hanno chiesto una carta per garanzia dell’appartamento, mi sta bene è normalissimo in tutti gli alberghi, però è inaccettabile dare quasi 50€ garanzie per le asciugamani da mare, poi un altra garanzia per i bicchieri da usare a bordo piscina,20€per l’utilizzo di un ferro da stiro e non ti si viene portato in camera devi scendere a ricevimento a prenderlo perché non c’è il servizio di consegna in camera, e si ti lamenti ti dicono e quello che c’è e politica della azienda e la cassa forte aveva un costo; poi mi è venuto in mente di chiedere va bene che non si use i bicchieri di vetro bordo piscina però mi potresti servire in bicchiere di carta, visto che USATE IL FINTO PRATO IN PLASTICA IN QUASI TUTTA L’AREA COMUNE; se mi volete dire siamo plastc free quel finto prato doveva sparire. La concezione internet se non la avete non l’offrite come un servizio perché non ha funzionato,abbiamo chiesto a ricevimento e la risposta è stata c’è troppa gente collegata, per capire se era vera la loro versione ho provato a collegarmi verso le 3 di notte e quella è stata la conferma che il servizio non funzionava. Ci ha fatto sentire molto bene Nico l’animatore fantastico, il barman Raul ottimo servizio, il barman della discoteca e la zona adult only, me dava pena vedere la signora della zona snack faceva da cuoca e trasportava da sola le cose che le mancavano e non dava vasto da sola, tutta l’aria snack era sporchissima le pinzette da prendere il cibo sporche e buttate ovunque, i tavoli sterni appiccicosi e sporchi. I camerieri del buffet non hanno tempo da chiedere se tutto va bene perché devono correre come si fosse una catena da montaggio ho avuto l’impressione che hanno carenze di personale. Alex quello di ricevimento per toglierti di mezzo ti da qualsiasi tipo di informazione tranne quella giusta, gli ho chiesto informazioni del nostro transfert sempre prenotato da la pagina Internet loro che non ci avevano inviato nessun orario di partenza dall’hotel, lui ci diceva noi non abbiamo nulla da vedere con questo voi dovevate chiamare una settimana prima, l’abbiamo detto guarda che quando siamo arrivati non abbiamo d

D'altro canto, in risposta ai vostri commenti, vorremmo chiarire innanzitutto che il trasferimento è una società esterna e non un servizio fornito dalla nostra struttura. Trasmetteremo comunque i vostri commenti per migliorare il servizio. D'altra parte, il nostro personale della reception fornisce informazioni ai nostri ospiti in spagnolo e inglese. Normalmente questo è sufficiente e di solito non ci sono lamentele. È invece importante chiarire che i servizi in deposito cauzionale non sono comunque obbligatori, sono sempre facoltativi e il denaro viene restituito al termine del soggiorno. Come avviene nella maggior parte degli stabilimenti, è necessario per il corretto funzionamento di questi servizi. Per motivi di sicurezza non è consentito l'uso del vetro in tutta l'area della piscina. Tuttavia, in conformità con l'impegno ambientale di Magic Costa Blanca per l'eliminazione della plastica, offriamo ai nostri clienti la possibilità di acquistare bicchieri in policarbonato in deposito. Il cliente non ha bisogno di portare con sé gli occhiali, ma li scambia nei bar con delle carte, per garantire l'igiene degli occhiali e il comfort dei clienti. D'altra parte, il wifi funziona correttamente. Tuttavia, la potenza del segnale dipende talvolta dal dispositivo collegato o dall'intensità di utilizzo (ad es. più client che scaricano video contemporaneamente o una grande quantità di dati). Qualsiasi incidente con Wi-Fi segnalato alla reception viene curato e risolto. Per quanto riguarda il servizio Snack, il nostro personale lavora duramente per garantire rifornimento e pulizia continui durante tutta la giornata. Infine, dovresti sapere che il nostro collega Álex è stato proprio colui che si è assicurato che l'incidente di trasferimento fosse informato e risolto, quindi le informazioni che indichi non sono corrette. A fantastic family holiday. Let’s get real, for the price of this all inclusive family holiday you get exactly what you pay for, no more and no less. Is the building super glamorous no, is the room luxurious, no….but did you pay for glamour or a fantastic time? You get a comfortable room with comfortable beds and super air conditioning. You get the most awesome pool area and set of waterpark style slides. You have food and beverage coverage from 8AM until midnight, no holds barred, everything you could want for…even doner meat to soak up those few too many beers! If you’re looking for a family trip that caters for all, then look no further, ignore the bad reviews, they are only applicable if you are a picky eater, or someone who is entitled and expects the world because they’ve forked out a few £££.

We’re on our last day here, bags half-packed and sad to be leaving! We’ll admit, we arrived a little apprehensive after reading some of the mixed reviews, but here’s our honest take: Rooms – yes, a little dated. But they look exactly like the photos, so no false advertising, and more importantly they’re spotlessly clean. Lifts – they get busy (it’s a big place) so you might wait a bit, but nothing dramatic. Food – brilliant variety. This is a resort catering for hundreds, and anyone claiming they “couldn’t find anything to eat” must have a very limited palate. Fresh fruit, big salad selection, and loads of hot dishes that changed every night. Pool area – huge and really well run by lifeguards who don’t just sit around but actually keep things safe. Floats are only allowed in one section, which stops chaos. Swim-up bar is a win – though yes, a few extra stools wouldn’t hurt. Staff – we only met helpful, friendly people. I’m British, but I have to agree with the reviewer who said the loud English men were the worst thing about the place! Noise – it’s lively in the evenings, no denying it. But it’s family fun, not a nightclub, and once the entertainment wraps up it all goes quiet. If you’re looking for a peaceful couples’ escape, this isn’t it. But if you want a family holiday where the kids have the time of their lives, then Magic Tropical Splash is spot on. We’ll miss it – and so will the kids.

TRAUMATISED ! I really can't believe what we experienced on this holiday. My partners sliders were stolen as the same as 3 other men around the pool that day, we had a spout of food poisoning. My 4 year old little girl also had a bad bad belly and had an accident in her swimming costume resulting her to have full humiliation with it running down her legs infront of people! We had silver fish in our room! My autistic son is now still traumatised back home and makes me check every room in case they are in there ! The hotel took no responsibility for food poisoning. Easyjet holidays is who we booked with as they advertised this place as 4 stars! I've given 1 star as you have to give something ! The food is absolutely horrendous, and the cleaners help their self into your room whilst getting changed!

Had a wonderful holiday here. 5 adults 2 children 6 and 9.Staff and lifeguards did a great job. Bar staff were outstanding. Drinks were mostly top brands. Slides at the back of hotel were great fun. Max weight 90kg. Height restriction on kids. Couple slides in main pool were good fun. Ice cream van and waffles van very enjoyable. What a brilliant idea pay 1 euro for drinks beaker. Get a drink in it , then when you want another they give you a clean one. Keeps pool area and Sunbeds area clean and tidy no empty cups everywhere. Just one old guy needed to go round during the day to tidy up. Also a great idea , the all inclusive wristband band having room opening device attached to it. Food was very good all week,plenty to choose from but some times I’d have to stick it in microwave to warm it up. Plates were cold. Lots of bottles of bubbles and wines to go with meal. Entertainment for the kids was good but for adults not that good. There was not much of an animation team but still plenty to do with all the slides. Enjoyed the foam party. Great fun for the kids and adults. There’s a great market in Finestrat Tuesdays and Saturdays. The beach was lovely. Hotel rooms are getting a bit tired. Air con didn’t work first night so they plugged in a portable one. Shower controls were stiff and taps. Had little red ants in balcony window. Granddaughter gave glass a bash and hundreds of ants came out. Had to pay for safe. Lifts broke every now and then, which for people with prams or higher up was a pain. Bus into Benidorm 1.60 Euros. Bus can get very busy. At the end of the day we had Brilliant holiday, and would definitely go back with kids.

Family of 5 went to this hotel for 7 nights on 30th April and can honestly say we all had a fab time clean rooms staff lovely and friendly and always cleaning (smell of bleach everywhere) food was fine none of us had a bad meal and was always something for all of us to eat entertainment was good we watched from our balcony slides are fab water is cold but kids didn’t feel to til they wer getting out none of us were poorly atall snack bar is always well stocked the beach round the corner from hotel is lovely especially the market on a sat some real bargains we had a fab holiday and we defo will be returning

Our first time abroad on family holiday with 3 children’s…. The Hotel was lovely for the kids and entertainment was hit and miss sometime as we stayed for 7days so kinda knew what was happening. Food was NOT good all, I do wish that they cook it in better quality as kids attend this hotel and bellyache on holiday isn’t the ideal. All of my children’s and myself enjoyed our home and staff was sooooo friendly but one of FANTASTIC was CHRISTIAN… He was the face of Tropical Magic slapsh. Reading reviews after we booked I thought “ oh dear “ but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are basic but always cleaned and welcoming and really is a place to rest your head. The hotel and surrounding areas were always clean, with cleaners constantly cleaning up around the beds and pools everyday. We heard people complaining about the food during the day as being basic but it is all geared to what younger people like as in burgers, hotdogs, nuggets but they also had cold meats, salad , cakes , paella and food item for everyone. The evening meal was excellent with a themed night every night , the food was great and it is a shame some people would overfill the plates and not even touch the food even thou there was always plenty. The drinks selection was very good with the added extra of crisps and nuts with your drinks. The ice cream and waffle vans are great and another added extra, the water slide where are brilliant too . One issue the hotel seems to have is the lift situation as they are small and breakdown but I’m sure they are looking at this. So on the whole it was a great place for our week with the children and we would definitely go back.

We had such a great experience thanks to the amazing bar team at Magic Tropical Splash. Carlos and Brahu are absolute legends—always super friendly, professional, and incredibly fast with their service. They make you feel welcome from the moment you approach the bar and never miss a beat, even when it’s busy. Andy was also brilliant—genuine, attentive, and such a positive energy behind the bar. All three went above and beyond to keep everyone happy and relaxed. Big shout-out to them for doing a fantastic job—top team!

I dont usually leave reveiws but feel i have to this time. We had a week 5th to 12th April 25 and the reviews i read just prior to going had me really worried and thinking i had made a big mistake booking this as some are terrible. However, our experience was the total opposite of what i read. The hotel is clean from the rooms to the pool and common areas. Room decor is dated but cleaned daily and the beds are comfortable. We went for the all inclusive plus which cost around £150 extra on to of standard AI but well worth it with the water park and zoo tickets included ( a family of 4 ticket on the gate was £200). With that you also get to the minibar in the room stocked every day, some of the facilties which you would normally pay for are also included. The pool was freezing but thats to be expected for the time of year. All of the slides were open and great fun. I used the Spa facilities which are immaculate with steamroom, sauna and Jacuzzi. They have Cruz campo, heineken and Strongbow on draught and also serve branded spirits. i coundnt tell you the exact open times of the bars and restaurants but there wasnt anytime we couldnt eat or drink when we wanted to. The food is exactly what you would expect from any AI holiday. Lots of choice but not red hot, however there are mircowaves to use in the restaurant. I would definetley come here again and away from the hotel, La finestrat is a lovely place with a beitiful beach and a leisurely hour walk to benidorm old town.

We had a fantastic time here at Magic tropical splash. The food was amazing. And because I'm a whiskey lover. They got lots whiskey brand to choose from. I absolutely love it. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days. 3 children, ages 0, 2, and 3. Room type: Caribbean Treasure. Pros and cons. Pool: Nice and warm at the end of August. Our kids could swim in it for a long time. 28–30 degrees. Lots of supervision. Parking: Parking available under the hotel. Can be booked at reception for €20 per day. I tried to book it upfront but no response to mails. You then get a wristband and can enter the garage via a street right at the hotel entrance. Everything is quite narrow, but still manageable in most spots with a Mercedes Vito van. From the garage you can access the hotel via stairs. Each time we went out, my wife waited at the reception with the strollers. Otherwise, you’d have to carry them up the multiple stairs. Same for check-in and check-out. Rooms: Clean, but outdated and with some broken items. Smart TV is nice. Mattresses good, pillows very bad. Air conditioning is good. Baby beds cost €6.75 per night per bed. Towels and cups: Pool towels must be paid for at reception. €15 deposit per towel. To be collected at the pool. Same for plastic drinking cups at €1 each, collected at a bar. Everything is charged separately at reception, which is inefficient. Noise: Single-glass windows, very noisy! You hear neighbors next to, above, and below very clearly. Also outdoor animation, which goes on until 11 p.m., sometimes ends earlier. Staff: Friendly. Premium: Don’t book. Everyone has it, in my opinion no advantage at all. Also no separate dining area in the main restaurant. Food: Meh. Same choices and mostly unhealthy. Breakfast has rolls but no fresh yogurt, for example. Plenty of fruit though. The main restaurant is in the basement. It feels like a canteen. No daylight. Narrow passageway upon entry. Really impractical with a stroller. To reach floor -1 you need the elevator or to carry everything. Elevators: As often mentioned, very bad. Hotel has 2 towers with 4 elevators. 1 elevator goes to the 13th floor, another to the 15th, and two to the 22nd. In tower 1, one of those last two elevators has been broken for 4 weeks! Nothing seems to be done about it. Other elevators are shaky, sometimes open to reveal just a wall. Unreliable and felt only moderately safe. Many people used the stairs, even from the 18th–22nd floors. Longest waiting time for us: 15 minutes. That’s really not okay. A reason not to return to this hotel. Guests: Lots of Brits with and without children. Ages mostly between 0–40. So also a lot of British culture and everything that comes with it. Think extra shot of rum in the rum & coke at 11:00 a.m. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep early. Nice beach close to the hotel. Multiple super markets and shoppong male nearby. Location for Terra Mitica amd Terra Natura/Aquaterra Aqualandia is excellent (with rental car otherwose cab). Overall: An okay stay. But we wouldn’t book again ourselves.

We are just waiting for our transfer to the airport and can say that we had an amazing stay at this hotel. Both of my kids, ages 9 and 17 had a lovely time and found the evening entertainment and the pools/slides great fun. Yes, we struggled with the seats around the pool but managed to book ViP loungers for couple of days and that was really helpful. Food was good, great variety and there was always something different to eat. Yes, it could get busy at times but we never waited long. Staff were helpful with everything that we required. Room was good and spacious (we stayed at premium 3 bed on 20th floor). The elevators were the only issue at times as only one was goinf to our floor and the other one was constantly broken but we didn’t mind walk down every time. Overall, really good stay, did some trips out and about which was brilliant. Thank you
