Hotel con colazione inclusa a Bengkong

This us our 2nd time staying in this hotel. There are few things that need some improvements. - Rooms are spacious and clean. Keep it up. - Room is lack of toiletries such shower cap, disposable shaver. If its something not to be provided, it would be nice if the reception counter able to inform us upon completing the check in. Or a little note in the individual rooms. - Housekeeping need ti be review and improved. Our towels were not changed after the 1st night. We noticed the housekeeper just fold the soiled towel and hung it on the rack when we were about to use it. Housekeeping was not done till about 4pm local time. - Breakfast buffet spread needs to be relook and improve. Have more varieties such as varities of breads and pastries. We decided not to go for the breakfast on our last day before checking out. - The pools are murky after a day of heavy rain. The management should change the pool water so the hotel guests are able to swim in the pool. I hope things can be improve further.

La camera è pulita e pulita con TV a schermo piatto. Solo in fondo non ci sono scarpe da bagno. Localizzazione saggia, 10/10. Molti negozi di cibo e convenienza nelle vicinanze. Anche i mercati notturni sono intorno alla zona. Per le attività, ci sono go-karts, carnival, parco tematico acquatico e molto altro per voi per indulgere. In generale, è un buon posto per stare qui. Ci siamo rimasti qui per 5 giorni e in generale soddisfatti della nostra esperienza.

Firstly we booked woda studio, which can accommodate an extra bed with charges, we are 3 Adult and 1 child. Receptionist insisted we need to upgrade to 2bedroom villa and ONLY cos there are 4 people, so meaning those with 4 people has to book 2bedroom villa??? And that too during the new year peak period charges, which is really unfair When booking their service eg, floating breakfast and milk bath they insist we pay first for the services. They din provide WiFi slip until we asked them during the night Massage package will expensive Buffet breakfast was very poor, not much choices Nothing complimentary for booking a 2 bedroom villa which was forced to upgrade during peak period season. Very unsatisfactory!!!

Pros: It's not that far from the ferry terminal, a quick 10 min grab ride Decent options for breakfast (for the cost) Washrooms were very clean and had no plumbing issues or anything Cons: The corridor was reeking smoke smell Rooms were a bit dusty Bed sheets were having orange spots not sure if cleaned well The towels were very smelling very bad

The FO staff is nice and friendly, work fast, and when i check in, the hotel is crowd, turn out this hotel was usually use for government gathering event. When i checkout i notice there are 2 school event on the same day celebrate graduation day. The hotel rate is good rate for planning events here. I also get good price deal through this apps. On weekend so many tourist stay here and they also provided shuttle bus on schedule. I like the welcome drink, it taste good. THE ROOM SIZE IS BIG and spacious even for superior type of room, on other hotel it might be deluxe size already. For Family, i guess this hotel is verry good to bring kids, because they got swimming pools for adults and kids. The communal toilet on first floor is clean, and they took fire hazard prevention verry seriously, because i notice some spot is well equipped with the fire extinguisher and big water hose. Even they got staff scheduled on board written not far from swimming pools access. They got billiard tables for guest to play and live music every night when i stay there. They got Pub/Club if want to spend time with friends. I like the room, because its soundproof, complete amneties, fast dry hair dryer and clean bathup. I wish i can put more photos than 20 picture. Near Golden Prawn Restaurant, walking distance. Even the security guard is polite and always smile. Verry good service. Its worth every penny to stay at this hotel. I really recommend to stay here. Dont get fooled by outside old looks, because inside interior is well maintain.
