Perfectly appointed cozy guest suite located in Bend's desirable Westside. Newly renovated (summer 2023) with modern fixtures and plush Casper mattress and L'Or coffee machine. Sleep like a dream and then take off on the day's adventures. This unit is just off Century Dr/ Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway offering quick access to Mt Bachelor (21 miles) while also a quick drive or walkable to Downtown, the Old Mill , the Deschutes River and NW Crossing. Guest suite includes a private keypad entrance to the unit and private back yard, however, it does share walls with the main house. The unit does not come equipped with a full kitchen but a small kitchenette which includes a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and basic utensils.The guest suite is attached to our main house therefore you may hear some regular noises. We have installed noise proofing but it does not dampen noise 100%. Please note, there is some construction going on in our neighborhood so there is a chance of construction noise between the hours of 7am-6pm. Please note the second bed is a sofa bed (the best one money can buy! But still a sofa bed).The entire home and property is available to the guest, with lots of space on all sides of the home. This home is located in central Bend in a a modest working class neighborhood with unique homes spanning from the 1930's to modern builds. It has a friendly local vibe and neighbors keep to themselves. The vacant lot directly next-door (to the north, the "left side" as facing from the street) will be having a small home constructed starting in July of 2024". The construction is directly next door and there isn't much separation between the house. Most of our guests have not found it to be an issue, but if you re looking for guaranteed quiet during working hours, this is probably not a suitable listing for you during the Summer/Fall of 2024. Awesome location. Nice, clean and close to everything that is great in Bend - the river, Mt. Bachelor, the Old Mill District with shopping, restaurants and movie theaters. Walk along the river all the way to Hayden Homes Ampitheatre for concerts. Cycle, kayak, paddle board, hike, and walk right out the door to some of the best spots in town. You can be in the river in less than 3 minutes. Walk to several breweries from the house. You’ll love the location, amenities, the outdoor space, and the comfy bed. The 7-mile paved river trail is across the street. Everything is close by. The white-water park is only a mile walk away. It's fun to watch the surfers and white-water kayakers on the waves. It's also fun to watch the hundreds of individuals float thru the rapids in the summer on float tubes.
