Grande hotel e un personale molto attento. Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno.. Ho un sacco di viaggio per Bend questo estate... ma.... Ci sono due cose che mi sembrano che ho smesso di valutare. Il primo è quanto i testi e i messaggi automatizzati sono grandi ma può essere superfluo. Ho ricevuto 5 messaggi di posta elettronica e 3 messaggi di testo entro 24 ore dalla mia arrivo. Uno, tra cui l'opzione di invitare ad un aggiornamento. Le coppie di testi dopo il mio soggiorno erano buone. L'offerta di aggiornamento era un po' strano per me. Come qualcuno che rimane in molti hotel, mi viene aggiornato un po'. Di solito sono offerti al check-in se è disponibile. Ok, perche' questa ultima e perche' ho messo 3 stelle, mi impedisce di tornare. La mia stanza era costruita e con carta da bagno monouso. Questo hotel è così bello da vedere che i costi di risparmio qui sono inaccettabili. E 'molto inconfortabile e non mi è adattato. Ero da solo. Se il mio partner fosse con me, sarebbe stato cattivo andare al negozio per comprare carta igienica decente. Per un $400+ una stanza notturna, metti il doppio piatto in. Altrimenti tutto era grande. Incluso il valletto. Una grande posizione anche.

Questa è la seconda cattiva esperienza in tre mesi - non con il personale - sono molto amichevoli qui - ma con le condizioni sfavorevoli delle camere. Mobili antichi, indossati e sgombrati, televisori stranamente montati con fili e yon, e senza posto per mettere una valigia nel dormitorio, uno è costretto a mettere valigie nella sala soggiorno parte della suite. Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questa proprietà. È situato a nord della vecchia città. Un po'di passeggiata a piedi. Avevamo una sala dirigente King che era stranamente configurata ma abbastanza comoda. È stato offerto un buffet caldo che è strano durante i tempi di Covid. La ragione principale che darò a questa proprietà 3 stelle è che abbiamo scoperto accidentalmente che il frigorifero nella stanza ha un orario di due ore. Sì. Devi andare manualmente ogni due ore, piegare e premere il pulsante per tenerlo in piedi. Non ho mai soggiornato in un hotel con questo. Quanto potenza risparmiate? Che ne dici di una madre che ha bisogno di tenere latte per bambini? O farmaci? Questo è assolutamente ridicolo e inaccettabile.

Personale pulito, comodo, bello. Usavamo la lavanderia che era pulita e bello a disposizione. Buon parcheggio, colazione era sicuro, cibo abbondante. Grande luogo per soggiornare.
