Up to date historic home, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. 3 levels. This property is our main residence and we rent it while we are away.
Upper level is large master suite with king size bed, private bath, and laundry area / walk in closet.
Main level includes guest bedroom (queen bed), kitchen with Viking range and Subzero refrigerator, dining area, and living area. Off the living area is an enclosed sunroom with hot tub.
Lower level is a large home theater with small fitness area.
Outside, there is a large enclosed back garden with large pergola / sitting area. From the front yard you can sit in the Adirondack chairs and view the park.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
