The space The first floor includes open concept living area with kitchen, counter, dining and living areas. The living room includes a TV, fireplace, two couches and two chairs for relaxing after a long day exploring Bend. The dining room includes a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, all common cooking spices, cooking and baking equipment and a dedicated coffee bar featuring Bend's favorite coffee roasters. The front porch is the perfect place to soak up the afternoon sun with a cocktail or local beer while watching the sun set. Three bedrooms on the second floor each have a king bed with memory foam mattress and luxury hotel-quality linens. Bedroom 1 (master): Large master bedroom with king bed includes en suite bathroom with shower and spacious walk-in closet. Bedroom 2: King bed with closet. Bedroom 3: King bed with walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 + 3 share a bathroom with bath and shower right outside their doors. 4th room office / den has glass French doors that open into a room with an office desk and chair for remote working as well as a bonus twin bed. Washer and dryer is conveniently located on the second floor for easy access and is stocked with laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. Garage parking for two vehicles as well as driveway parking for two additional vehicles. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire property using individual keycode. Other things to note This property is located in the residential Awbrey Butte neighborhood. All guests are expected to follow Bend's good neighbor guidelines.
