Went at half term with grandsons 8 and 9. The pool facillare fantastic forchildren. All pools have very observant and effective life guards. This hotel is ideal for families but beware if you are a couple. The noise at night is deafening. The children's entertainment starts at 8.30 and us jam packed noise. Food is OK you can always find something to eat. We were half board so we loaded wrist band with 100€ but got 40€ back after a week as drinks were ok but we had lunch out. Only complaint was the pools. They were freezing cold. Lots of kids shivering with blue lips but still enjoying the slides. Found it hilarious that some guests start queuing at 8.45 for a sun bed in prime position for when gates opened at 10. Great Facebook group you can join where previous guests leave inflatables and items for incoming guests.

Arrived for a 5 night break 20th Oct with the grand daughter who is 5. Arrived at 1pm and quick check in and room ready which was tidy and clean and big enough for the 3 of us. Quick change and down to the pool. The slides and pools were brilliant, lexi loved them and I felt the area was clean and very safe for her with the amount of life guards keeping watch. We were bed and breakfast which I could not fault the choice was very good (pancakes and nutella went down very well with a 5 year old) the times were also very good and it never felt to crowded although the resort was busy. Sunbeds were a but hit and miss but that really didn't bother us. we did manage, albeit, was a shady spot if you missed the morning mayhem. The animation team, WOW, top marks they work so hard morning till night, kids club poolside entertainment. Would I recommend this hotel? Without a doubt if you've children, not a romantic getaway though.

We stayed here from 8th September to 15th September 2024, all inclusive, 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 7). I was worried before arriving due to some negative comments but we actually had a nice time and generally cannot fault it. Quite a lot of people complained about queueing for the pool, yes some people did choose to queue for the pool before it opened at 10 am. We never and we always managed to find 4 loungers together at either the top or bottom pool depending on where we wanted to go that day. Even going to pool area late morning / early afternoon you would always find somewhere. Pools itself, there are three pools. Bottom pool is small and quite deep. Middle pool has the pirate ship and small slide, shallow (knee deep). And top pool has the bigger slides, it is approx 1.4m deep I think. Lifeguards in attendance at all pools. Food is ok, varied selection for breakfast (8am to 10.30am), lunch (1.30pm to 3.30pm), and dinner (7pm to 10pm). The times were a bit strange as we would normally be eating earlier but we adjusted to suit. Waiting staff were fab, very helpful and friendly. Snack bar is open from 12 noon to 7pm everyday, serving chicken nuggets, burgers, hot dogs, fish fingers, ham and cheese toastie, and chips. One person taking orders and serving but always fairly quick as getting the food served up. Again, noticed a few people complaining on here about the time taken etc but we didn’t have any issues. Kids club was ok, it’s below the restaurant area (corridor just beside the entrance to restaurant leads to the kids club). We used this twice for the 5 year old and she enjoyed it, stayed for an hours or so). Kids club is every day between 10am-12.45pm and 3pm-4.45pm. Kids can stay as long as they want. They offer various activities from crafts to game. Kids entertainment at night started quite late I thought, at 8.30pm, and would say it was more catered for 5 and under, any older than that would probably find it boring. Rooms basic and small, with a small fridge. It done us, so we can’t complain. Our rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding made. Couldn’t fault the cleaning staff, very efficient. Rooms can be a bit noisy from neighbours and people coming and going, but didn’t keep us awake. Our room was not facing pool and we got sun in the morning. If you have a pool view, you get sun in the afternoon into evening. They have a small arcade room on site, two pool tables, air hockey table, and some other games and egg machine, costing €1-€2 each. They have a luggage room too, we had to use this as our rooms weren’t ready when we arrived. We had to wait approximately 1 1/2 hours which I was not happy about. But suppose it is a quick turnaround between people departing and arriving on the same day. Lockers for luggage cost €1 so remember to have some change when arriving just in case. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from beach, which is more of a stoney beach than a sandy beach but was very nice. You get get 2 loungers pl

Clean hotel, great location, not the best all inclusive I’ve seen (very standard & repetitive) pools great (no blow ups allowed in the pools unless it’s the splash park) the all inclusive drinks menu doesn’t state all the drinks you can have (alcoholic ones) be great if they could add everything onto the all inclusive menu. Rooms are small but we don’t mind this as wasn’t in the room much. The pigeons are a nightmare and are always around where there’s food. All in all a great hotel but I wouldn’t be in a rush to re book but the area itself it’s beautiful and would come back to the area

Very nice hotel and very clean, the staff are very helpful. The rooms are a little small for a family of 4 but big enough to sleep in or have a chill night in. Aircon was good and kept the room cool, never cut out as another review said unless you open the balcony door which makes sense. Yes the cups are a little small but just order more drinks. The food was brilliant with themed nights. Night entertainment is ok for younger kids. I never used the safe but it is an option. I left battery banks out, money ect and never went missing but it there for peace of mind. You get paper cups for obvious reasons when you're by the pool. The ques for the pool are abit of a pain but what are you guna do. It's be the same anywhere else, if you're not early you're probably not going to get one. All in all it was a brilliant holiday and I would visit again.

Was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews, no reason to be concerned.A four night break myself (53) daughter(30) and grandchildren (6&18months). We were on third floor overlooking the pool. Happy with the room (size & cleanliness). Small fridge in room, unfortunately only works when the room card is in the electric slot( spoilt milk for toddler). Rooms made up everyday. We had no issues with noise. Pool area is fab, perfect for families with children of all ages. Large slide water park for older children. And a shallower play water park for the littlies. Pool Bar area and play area are in the vicinity of the little children’s water park. Ideal for the 6 yr old to come and go as she pleased with her new friends. People do queue at the pool-gate (opens at10). We joined the back of the queue at 9.50 and got chairs (reclining chairs not beds around kids pool) Also a no frills pool and baby pool available too. We were b&b, breakfast was great. So much choice. Definitely something for everyone. The children loved the evening disco. We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. This is not a hotel for couples looking for a romantic, peaceful,child free break!
