Hotel in zona Floriano Peixoto Square, Belo Horizonte

Gostei muito da hospedagem. Custo x benefício ideal.Funcionários simpáticos. Café da manhã achei ótimo. Fui a trabalho. Pra descanso e deslocamento foi perfeito. Só senti falta de tomadas no quarto e o cobertor não estava com um cheiro agradável. Fica a poucos metros da praça 7. Usei o estacionamento conveniado , R$ 40,00 a diária com o desconto do hotel. Com certeza voltaria e indico.

Poor experience, 1. The room reserved in advance was not available. 2. The window was broken, allowing direct light into the room without blackout. 3. The air conditioning doesn't turn off the light due to the control not being standard for the machine. 4. Being on the top floor, the noise from the elevator machine is clearly audible, providing a unique experience that, unfortunately, is worth it 👊. 5. To conclude, the snacks from the minibar were already pre-consumed and left in the same place. A rather peculiar situation 🤨. Maybe the trend will catch on, huh... Worst hotel experience in Brazil, and this is my first Google review. Room with an issue: 801. Top floor, first tower. Want an adventure? Just come and camp ⛺️.

La mia prenotazione non è stata identificata dall'hotel. Sono arrivato alle 17:50 per fare il check-in , ma la cliente non ha riconosciuto la mia prenotazione e ha rifiutato di consegnare la mia lettera di accesso alla stanza. È stato informato che la prenotazione sarebbe stata posta più tardi. Quando sono tornato di mattina, mi è stato informato che la mia prenotazione non è stata localizzata, causando un grosso spreco. Dopo molto dibattito, l'accesso è stato rilasciato.Il soggiorno è stato completamente compromettato, e desidero che il risarcimento del valore speso

Summary: Novotel BH provides a comfortable stay, with an excellent on site restaurant, but some service quality issues with the front desk staff take the shine off the experience. The good: Room: room is large compared to other Novotel I have stayed at recently. Big, comfortable bed and a large, hot, high-pressure shower. Excellent black out curtains and in room AC. Nice views of the city as well and surrounding hills. I got to enjoy a spectacular lightning storm on my last night. Restaurant: the on site restaurant is excellent, so much so I left a seperate review for that. Sebastiao and the restaurant team are fantastic and so was the food. Housekeeping: thank you to the team for their excellent service each day. Including leaving me a nice note when they heard my guest was unwell the night before and provided new towels and sheets on request without any issues. The bad: Accor status recognition: there was no recognition of my gold status on check-in and the welcome gift was a strange keychain/bottle opener; rather than the standard water or food item that I would have much preferred. A welcome note was left in the room, but in Portuguese. Front desk: check-in was a rough experience. When I arrived there were four staff, none who were serving customers and they all nudged each other while giggling to gesture for someone else to serve me. This property does share an entrance with the adjacent Ibis Budget - from this experience I thought I may have entered the wrong hotel. There is extremely limited English spoken by the front desk staff as well, my check in was conducted via grunts and nods. Keycard: thankfully not as bad as my recent experience at the Novotel in Rio, but my keycard stopped working twice during my three night stay - forcing me to waste time going to the front desk. Conclusion: with some retraining and enhancements to the service provided by the front desk, this hotel could easily become a four star rating. Right now, it’s just average in my opinion.

Such a wonderful time spent at Hilton Garden inn! After almost 30 years without visiting my hometown I was greeted with a wonderful team! Thank you so much for making sure I was comfortable! You guys did everything to accommodate me ,to make me happy as I went to say my last goodbye to my mother… Thank you for everything you all did for me! In this time of sadness. I left happier than when I arrived! Everything was the way I expected: such a clean rooms! Spacious, slept like a angel! No noises at all! Amazing shower! (Just how I like) Felt like a waterfall! All though our language is português, everyone English spoken! So Awesome! Not to mention the beautiful city view! I consider now my HOME. Ottimo hotel! La camera non è molto grande, ma sufficiente p alloggiare molto bene 1 persona o 2 persone con poca bagagli. Io considero la posizione molto buona TB. Il colazione è molto buono e ha superato l'aspettativa. Vale la pena il ritorno di qdo ho bisogno di ospitarmi di nuovo in BHte!

Ho scelto questo hotel perché era un viaggio d'affari e era il più vicino al compromesso che avevo, ma è ”isolato” e non è vicino al centro di BH. Le tovaglie erano pulite, ma avevano un odore diverso e strano. La copertura era ottima e l'aria funzionava super bene, ma c'erano segni di rotondo di bagaglio di viaggio sulle pareti bianche che ritengo un aspetto orribile pro camera. Era molto buio e, come era su un piano alto, non aveva nulla di rumore, il frigo funzionava bene e era molto utile. Mi aspettavo di più del caffè, avevo solo pane e poche opzioni di frutta e succhi. Era pazza con il pane di formaggio, ma era fredda. La fortuna è che il caffè inizia molto presto alle 6:00, quindi per chi ha un impegno è fantastico. Infine, per me era valido, perché era solo un giorno e un viaggio d'affari.

L'hotel è fantastico, ma un hotel di questo porto non funziona Internet e in pieno domenica due ascensori non funzionano ha causato un grande disturbo, ancora più per l'evento che ha avuto questo giorno ...lamentabile

hotel é super bem localizado. Muito limpo e pessoal acolhedor. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Garagem deixa um pouco a desejar... principalmente em carros maiores. num geral o hotel eh muito bom.

Ho ospitato per le vacanze. L'hotel ha una bella vista, il parcheggio costa 30 reali per notte, ma se avete una macchina molto grande sarà difficile entrare. Mi hanno dato una camera nel terreno e non sono riuscito a dormire per il rumore: notte chiara. Per quanto riguarda i dettagli: blackout rasato, lenzuola di basso piccolo che non forava il letto, controllo dell'aria completamente sporco e grudento. Il personale della ricezione è molto educato e disponibile, perché il manager è tutto meno che il manager: slegante e sconveniente. Non tornerò e non consiglio!
