Hotel in zona Clock Tower (Sahat Kula), Belgrado

Ideally located hotel. Stay here to be within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, museums & sights. All the staff we encountered were very polite & spoke very good English. They were always willing to offer tips for restaurants, sights & transportation around the city. The breakfast had a great selection of healthy options along with the choice of freshly cooked meals. Even though the hotel is situated near to many bars, restaurants & the main shopping street, we never had a bad nights sleep. The rooms were well appointed & kept spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again.

My recent stay at Five Points Square in Belgrade provided a mixed experience, but ultimately, it was satisfactory. The standout feature of this hotel is undeniably its convenient location. The location was just super convenient and central. Situated right next to the Republic Square, which is literally the heart of the city, the meeting point of locals, in close proximity to main attractions (within 15 minutes walk) it offered easy access to explore the surrounding area, which was a definite plus. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was fairly small, clean and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, and I had a decent night's sleep. The bathroom was clean. The building was old and showed signs of wear and tear. The hotel rents 2 or 3 floors of the administrative building as I understood. This hotel could be a suitable choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for a centrally located base to explore the area. Upon check out, I've asked the front manager to show me bigger rooms. The room I was shown had a great view of the Republic Square. I will consider staying in this room again for my next visit this summer

Molto bene, la posizione è buona. È la strada di cammino di Mikhail, andando ovunque, e' conveniente per mangiare. La nostra stanza prenota è grande e il letto è particolarmente comodo. Dopo aver prenotato due giorni a Trip.com, dopo aver vissuto un giorno, ho vissuto di nuovo. L'hotel non è cattivo, situato nella zona pedonale. Intorno a molti ristoranti, bar e pub eccellenti. Ma è anche un enorme meno! È impossibile arrivare all'hotel con auto!!!! Preparetevi a partire dalla fermata di un taxi circa 100 metri con borse (su una spazzatura cruda! E in una collina). Il parcheggio è dalla strada vicina. Ma dal parcheggio nel lobby del bagaglio dell'hotel devono essere trasportati anche su una scarpa stretta senza ascensori! Molto scomodo! Se hai un piccolo bagaglio - allora nessun problema, ma sono stato gentilemente torturato, prima cercando un parcheggio, poi l'ingresso all'hotel. Немыслимо! In nessun caso, siediti al primo piano! Non dormire fino all'ora della notte! La stanza è pulita, confortevole, c'è tutto quello che serve.

My wife and I were excited to be among the earliest visitors to this stunningly renovated hotel. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm waned as we discovered that the hotel still has some way to go before we could confidently recommend it to others. Issues started cropping up shortly after check-in. Our key card for the room didn’t work, and took several trips back and forth before it was properly activated. In our room, the air conditioning was non-functional, with the temperature remaining at 26°C / 79°F. Despite bringing this to the attention of multiple staff members, the problem remained unresolved. After an uncomfortable first night of attempting to sleep in a warm room, the hotel offered to change our room. We undertook the task of relocating from the 5th floor to the 2nd floor, only to realize that the AC in the new room wasn't working either, with no solution from the staff. It left us wondering why the room wasn't checked for proper functioning before having us move. In the second room, we noticed peculiar marks on the sheets. Pulling them back, we encountered bugs crawling on the mattress, leaving us feeling repulsed. We checked out, providing the front desk with photos and details of the situation. They offered no support or refund, only an apology and said they’ll call an exterminator. Pros: * Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant * Excellent inclusive breakfast * Upscale design elements Cons: * Presence of bugs/insects on the mattress (I won't speculate on the type) * Non functioning AC * Showers leak, leading to bathroom flooding * Automatic closet light turns off when opened and remains on when closed, causing light leakage into the room at night * Absence of top sheets on the bed

L'hotel è vicino a Dagong Street. È comodo raggiungere a piedi varie attrazioni e i trasporti pubblici. Nella zona circostante ci sono molte panetterie, caffetterie e ristoranti cinesi e occidentali. L'interno della camera è pulito, spazioso e confortevole, molto carino!

歷史建築的酒店，地段好，出入方便，附近有機場bus，附近有個大公街（步行街）直通海邊公園的一些景點。 酒店房間很小有點侷促，但設施齊備，HouseKeeper很奈斯。 早餐豐盛，早餐廳裝飾華麗，又高又寬敞，隨看街景。 衹有一點，在收citytax時，前台算錯了，後來解決了。

La posizione è super!! Personale di alto livello! Bella e spaziosa stanza e ci sono stati pensati ovunque! La nostra stanza era pulita e ci sono stati anche abbastanza specchi, che mi piaceva preparare. È possibile anche prenotare un massaggio! La reception ti permette di prenotare un taxi ogni volta.

Hotel Nobel is a very convenient choice of stay in the center of the town, but in a quiet area. The environment, the politeness and professionalism of the staff and the quality of services are excellent. The buffet breakfast has many choices with Real coffee, not from an automatic machine. The service was very good. The concierge Nemanja was extremely helpful! He helped me book a good day trip and provided many good travel tips. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that the hotel uses Clarins for bathroom products, which is very nice! However, a couple of things could be improved: the queen bed is made of two single beds, which is uncomfortable; the breakfast was average; the slippers provided were not comfortable. Overall, the hotel met expectations of a five-star hotel, and I have no major complaints.
