Hotel in zona Chiesa Ružica, Belgrado

Nel centro della città vecchia di Belgrado, vicino alla strada pedonale, è molto comodo per fare shopping e mangiare. Ci vogliono dieci minuti per raggiungere a piedi il Kalemegdan Park Zoo e nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti cinesi.

L'hotel è vicino a Dagong Street. È comodo raggiungere a piedi varie attrazioni e i trasporti pubblici. Nella zona circostante ci sono molte panetterie, caffetterie e ristoranti cinesi e occidentali. L'interno della camera è pulito, spazioso e confortevole, molto carino!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect. It is in the city centre. We got a lovely room in the front of the hotel. Big and clean Breakfast was nice. Plenty of choices. I have to say the staff are fantastic. Two members of staff in particular. David is so helpful. I looked for more hangers on the first evening and within two minutes I had another 10 hangers. Later in the week I need laundry bags for packing and a few minutes he got some for me. Nothing is a problem. A very pleasant man that never stops smiling. 😄 Tamara was also very helpful and pleasant Doesn’t that make all the difference when you book into a hotel. You can’t go wrong if you stay here

The service was very good. The concierge Nemanja was extremely helpful! He helped me book a good day trip and provided many good travel tips. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that the hotel uses Clarins for bathroom products, which is very nice! However, a couple of things could be improved: the queen bed is made of two single beds, which is uncomfortable; the breakfast was average; the slippers provided were not comfortable. Overall, the hotel met expectations of a five-star hotel, and I have no major complaints.

I had a brief stopover with just enough time to watch Crvena Zvezda on Sunday night. In this case the hotel was perfect as it was somewhere between the bus station, which I needed to return to the next morning, and the stadium. However, if you want to be nearer the centre, there are much more adequate options. The stay was fine, although when I arrived there was nobody on the desk, the man when he arrived spent a long long time on the phone (I'm in no rush, and rarely am I in the Balkans, and he didn't seem to have any recognition of my reservation (done with Booking). The room was spacious and clean and reminded me of yesteryear somewhat.

My wife and I were excited to be among the earliest visitors to this stunningly renovated hotel. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm waned as we discovered that the hotel still has some way to go before we could confidently recommend it to others. Issues started cropping up shortly after check-in. Our key card for the room didn’t work, and took several trips back and forth before it was properly activated. In our room, the air conditioning was non-functional, with the temperature remaining at 26°C / 79°F. Despite bringing this to the attention of multiple staff members, the problem remained unresolved. After an uncomfortable first night of attempting to sleep in a warm room, the hotel offered to change our room. We undertook the task of relocating from the 5th floor to the 2nd floor, only to realize that the AC in the new room wasn't working either, with no solution from the staff. It left us wondering why the room wasn't checked for proper functioning before having us move. In the second room, we noticed peculiar marks on the sheets. Pulling them back, we encountered bugs crawling on the mattress, leaving us feeling repulsed. We checked out, providing the front desk with photos and details of the situation. They offered no support or refund, only an apology and said they’ll call an exterminator. Pros: * Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant * Excellent inclusive breakfast * Upscale design elements Cons: * Presence of bugs/insects on the mattress (I won't speculate on the type) * Non functioning AC * Showers leak, leading to bathroom flooding * Automatic closet light turns off when opened and remains on when closed, causing light leakage into the room at night * Absence of top sheets on the bed

It a lovely, quiet hotel just outside of the city centre (10 minute taxi drive costing around 900 rsd). The pool is a great feature when the weather is hot and I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning a summer trip. The staff were all fantastic. Really friendly and approachable. I made a great friendship with Petar and enjoyed chatting and laughing with him by the pool. He was also quick to help us out with anything we needed and did so promptly and efficiently. A really wonderful trip. Thanks!

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo hotel: 3 in una camere basic al quinto piano e 1 in una delle loro migliori, quella con la Jacuzzi. La camera basic pur essendo ampia era mal progettata e gli spazi risultavano scomodi (niente comodino nè presa da un lato del muro, bagno minuscolo con l'asta della tenda della doccia che si staccava dal muro e cadeva per terra). Inoltre nel corridoio c'era sempre odore di carne grigliata e rumore dal cortile interno (anche con le finestre chiuse). La camera premium invece dà sulla strada quindi è rumorosa e non c'è una doccia di servizio ma solo la jacuzzi. Jacuzzi che, colmo dei colmi, è stata inutilizzabile per noi: si erano infatti dimenticati di accendere il boiler e quindi non c'era abbastanza acqua calda per riempire la vasca..Ci siamo dovuti lavare con la vasca riempita a metà.. Ma l'apice è stato raggiunto con il servizio lavanderia (12,5 euro per un sacchettino)..Dopo aver informato il receptionist maschio giovane che si trattava di capi di diverso colore e quindi di trattarli adeguatamente, torno il giorno successivo e mi ritrovo 3 magliette bianche diventate azzurre, oltre che vari capi ristretti. Evidentemente lavati ad alta temperatura e tutto assieme. La receptionist bionda si dice dispiaciuta e mi viene detto che non dovrò pagare il servizio ma viene negato ogni rimborso e neppure si offrono di provare a rimediare il danno in qualche modo. Nonostante le lamentele, il manager non si è mai visto e ha lasciato in mano di giovani inesperti la situazione. Nel complesso l'hotel ha potenziale e la zona è centrale ma la gestione improvvisata e la totale inaffidabilità del personale lo rendono una struttura da evitare. Non c'è da fidarsi.

Исторические факты-кроме исторической ,,физитки,, отеля, останавливались и останавливаются мировые известности.И на этом всё.Да вас встречают,да вам помогают,как и положено вещи до номера.А вот номер...это наверное самое интересное...Пол шага вперёд ванная комната,пол шага комната, окно выходит внутр отеля.Откроете резко или по шире дверь в номер,можете попасть в зеркало,шкафа,который за дверью и мини-бар с холодильником тоже в шкафу.В общем номер,для малюток.Да и если вы привыкли или думаете у вас будет вода,её в принципе НЕТ!!! ВСЁ ПЛАТНО!!!А да если вы хотите что-то погладить вещи,вам предложат чуть больше 600 динар,а за скорость чуть больше 900.Зубной щетки нет.Завтраки в принципе пойдут, музыкальное сопровождение,молодцы.Не пускают в пляжной обуви.Да если вы хотите,то попробуйте пирожное Москва,оно только здесь настоящее и да возможно даже ,,попадется,,вам на завтраке, готовят конечно его везде,но здесь именно ОНО))Сами завтраки,нормальные.Стандартные,вы не увидите каких-либо илишек.В общем на твёрдую тройку.Если вы хотите ради интереса,пожить в историческом месте то да, возможно стоит взять номер по больше.Пару дней пожить и найти отель по лучше с обычными условиями проживания.
