Ibis Styles Belfort Centre

設施有點舊，隔音不太好，但是離火車站比較近，早餐種類不太多，但還可以吧。房間和隔壁有一個門通着，而且鎖不起來，覺得有點不安全。

It was in a very untidy area of the the city and the hotel grounds were very untidy. The evening staff was quite helpful but the morning staff looked as though they had just got out of bed , so scruffy and looked like they had slept in their clothes. Or is that the right image you wanted potrayed as it was in a miserablel part of a miserable tow

Very dated and worn out hotel. Thin walls, noisy, slamming doors. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, so the basics are there. The staff was friendly.

This is a good hotel for the city. Rooms are comfy and clean, housekeeping staff lovely, and breakfast plenty. Not the best Ibis Styles I've been in, but quite good for Belfort (the Novotel there is a bit below average too). My only reservation is the male staff at the reception, who are a bit stiff and could do with a bit more warmth. But in these difficult times, everyone was trying their best to make us feel homely, which was great.

I stayed for 8 days!The rooms weren't cleaned every day, the personnel was unfriendly especially with people from other country! Boring breakfast,every day the same! Dangerous neighbourhood in Belfort!!

Received a key from the reception for my room to check in, went to the room, and there was somebody else in the room. Went back to the reception, waited another 30 mins for them to figure out which room is available. No apologies. Terrible experience.

OK Hotel could do with some refurbishment

Cet hôtel tombe en ruine! Le personnel fait de son mieux pour assurer un service avec les faibles moyens qu'on leur donne! Le petit déjeuner est correct, sucre salé MAIS il faut y être tôt auquel cas vous ne mangerez rien ... ! La propreté de la salle laisse à désirer. Les chambres sont correctes mais vieillottes, avec de la moquette, salle de bain minuscule , sans sèche cheveux alors que c'est noté qu'il y'en a un dans chaque chambre. Si c'est pour un séjour lié à un festival et que c'est juste pour dormir ça passe mais si c'est pour un séjour c'est à EVITER!

Chambre simple bonne literie mais nécessiterait un rafraîchissement au niveau des peintures du sol et la porte de la salle de bain. Proche du centre on peut y aller à pieds en 10mn et découvrir ainsi la ville. Quartier populaire mais agréable
