Very impolite, no greetings from staffs, even when I said morning staff did not reply. Also, very unfriendly and no smile at all, and I often here them gossiping about guests. Also signage says to contact front desk to change bed sheets however was informed that I will need to wait 5 days. Restuarant was closed down.

Location is good. The room was spacious. Would prefer a harder bed. There’s a mall beside the hotel hence there are some food options.

Non working keys , 30/40 mins standing around in an unmanned reception to deal with issues , bed unmade , dirty / stained sheets when it did arrive . Banging pipes and cisterns in Bathroom and rooms above waking you in the dead of night

We stayed 11th & 12th April, as had booked a weekend in Belfast my wife's a huge Titanic enthusiast and we both booked Game of Thrones tour for Sunday. Brilliant location, defo worth the extra to pay for the waterside view as overlooks a lively marina and Belfast docks Brilliant staff but must pass on a few extra Gold stars to Shona who had amazing customer service skills and was a gony of knowledge, and a credit to Premier Inn. We have booked again for June and cant wait.

We paid extra for the “Premier Plus room with a view” and were very happy we did. The room was fantastic, large and airy, the view across the harbour to the town was brilliant and the bed was very comfortable. It also has a coffee pod machine and a bar fridge. Bar and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if travelling to Belfast and surrounds.

Brilliant budget friendly hotel! We stayed in a premier plus room - Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, nice shower and room had everything we could possibly need! A fridge with complimentary water & treats, a coffee machine with teabags, coffee & milk. A TV, hairdryer, bedside wireless charging dock, iron, ironing board and everything! Premier inn has once again exceeded my explectations. The hotel itself is in a good location 5 minute trip of the G2 Glider to Odyessy stop from the city centre and a 2 minute walk around the corner. 10/10 thanks to the staff for a warm welcome!
