Completamente inaffidabile. Pur avendo prenotato un appartamento in questa struttura tre mesi fa, e pur avendo tenuto stretti contatti fino a pochi giorni prima del nostro arrivo ( e ci è sempre stata data risposta positiva ai messaggi), il giorno prima dell'arrivo a Belfast e a poche ore dalla nostra partenza da casa, ci è stata notificata la cancellazione della prenotazione. Non ci è stata fornita nessuna sistemazione alternativa e nessuna risposta è stata data ai nostri messaggi di reclamo con la richiesta di un appuntamento in loco per conoscere le motivazioni di tale inaccettabile comportamento. Ad oggi non ci è stato fornito nessun ristoro per il disagio arrecatoci e per le maggiori spese sostenute a causa della cancellazione da parte di Dream Apartments.

They are thieves and will try to keep your 150 damage deposit. Do not go near them unless the price they offer is still good with £150 added on. This is done in dodgy fashion by bank transfer to make it harder to get back. If you book with them you do so at your own risk, find somewhere else

The room we were provided was NOTHING like the photos on the listing, the room was tired, full of dents and marks in the walls, it was not clean at all, and it had 0 amenities. There was not even any soap to wash hands in the bathroom. The listing says about having shampoo/ body wash and there was nothing. You can hear every door slamming all through the night throughout the block, which kept us awake, and the corridor stinks of smoke. We WISH we had of looked into Dream Apartments prior to booking, as this company has absolutely dreadful reviews across the board - I am amazed at how they are staying afloat with such a terrible reputation. I got my money back and moved completely elsewhere, as the apartment was just not fit for purpose, and was nothing at all as I expected.

We arrived an hour before check in and asked for them to keep our bags. They stated it would cost £5 per bag or £20 for early check in. We opted to check in early. Then they asked for a £150 security deposit via bank transfer, it was quoted as £100 in the email and nothing about bank transfer. I said I didn’t know how to do a bank transfer and they offered PayPal. She didn’t know the PayPal account so she let me check in. In the. Read reviews and found they are notorious for not returning the deposit. When we got up to the apartment there was a lot of unfinished repairs. The front door looked like it was broken into at one point, paint on the floors and several patched holes in the walls. Also the water heater didn’t work, even after we hit the boost button 3 times. Then when we left the next morning there was standing water in the hall next to another unit. Overall one of the wort places I’ve stayed at.

This was not a good experience. The surprise of being told we had to pay £100 in cash on arrival was a bad start. Then when we went into the apartment it got worse. It just wasn’t clean. Bathroom were definitely not clean. Also there were issues. It was room 201. The tv didn’t work and there was no remote. Turning it on manually you could see the big lines down the tv. Also the shower gel dispensers were empty and they were very tight on toilet roll. Everything was very basic and certainly not a ‘dream’. The lack of cleanliness made me decide to complain for first time in 47 years and to be fair they moved us to another apartment, 301. It had a working tv but I won’t lie, it wasn’t much of an improvement for cleanliness. Bathrooms again were main issue and this is after paying quite a decent amount of money to stay there. No coffee or tea in replacement apartment either. Expectations about riverside views were perhaps my fault but the fact that it wasn’t clean is unacceptable. The only reason to stay here would be location but I do not recommend

My boyfriend and I stayed here last night. Upon arrival, the queue was significantly with one man manning the desk. We were made to transfer the security deposit of £100 rather than them just making a hold on the card. They also charge £20 per hour for every hour you go past the check out time which is early at 10am. When we got to the room, the apartment had a lot of signs of wear and tear, the bathroom door had been kicked or broken on the lower left hand side. But most annoyingly the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was the previous guests toothpaste spit still in the sick, there were hairs in the bath and on the floor, the taps were dirty. The cooker in the kitchen had not been cleaned and the draining board was dirty. I complained and we were offered a previous room. We went to look at it and the boiler as giving a continuous banging sound so I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself. Also the building is right beside a Dual Carriageway and the sound of cars is constant. The windows are not soundproofed at all. I would not stay again and I would not recommend it. Photos attached

So uncomfortable i could not sleep do not go here i don’t recommend .. small apartments with rock solid beds. Nothing provided and the front desk staff are just rude. It’s an ok area for walking to vitoria square, other than that will not be coming back !!!!! Bathrooms dirty also, Muck on floors

We were booked to stay here on the 7th Dec so that we could attend Disney on ice with the kids. Woke up this morning (2 days before booking) to an email saying our booking was cancelled due to an unexpected situation regarding a crew from a Canadian ship, who are working on a project at Harland and Wolff and needed to extend their stay. To cancel at the last minute at this time of year is poor form. There is no where available to accommodate our family of 6. I tried calling them but no one is answering the phone. Their offer of compensation was to not charge us a cancellation fee!!!! hilarious! Our Christmas surprise for the kids is now ruined.

Booking cancelled few days before because they basically sold it to someone else. Being we where up for the Christmas markets everything sold out or more than double the price now. Trip cancelled for 7 people thanks to greedy owners. Avoid! They have done this a few times
