Regency House

We stayed at Regency House for a week at the end of July in a suite. An absolutely amazing stay, beautifully appointed room with all the amenities you could ask for. Huge breakfasts, either in the restaurant or delivered to your room. Kitchen with every appliance, utensil you might need, coffee machine, cocktail bar or pizza slicer! Nicely located, a short walk into the town centre, close to the Botanic gardens and a great variety of restaurant options very close by. Beautiful views to the park below and across to Cave Hill on the horizon. Most importantly - the exceptional service from all the staff at the Regency Hotel. Friendly, helpful, attentive, nothing was too much for any of them. From the moment we walked in, until the morning we left. Very warm, genuine and happy to help and offer suggestions. After staying for a week, it really did feel like home and family. If ever we manage to get back to Belfast we would stay here again. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the beautiful staff for a memorable end to our three weeks in The Emerald Isle.

First time at the Regency. We have just spent an absolutely tremendous time at the Regency. So blown away by the level of service in this place. We came here for my 50th birthday and right from the start were made to feel so special. The staff were absolutely outstanding. All of them. The accomodation was tremendous, as was the food, however, the stand out was the attention to detail from the staff...Mark, Joe and Isobel, amongst others that I didn't catch the name of who were equally as nice. We have come away having had a lovely break. Thank you so much for making my birthday so special. You were outstanding.

We recently stayed in Regency House for an overnight stay for my wife birthday, the service,and staff are world class, from arrival, valet parking, our room ( including all the complementary nibbles specifically Gluten Free options for my wife) was simply fantastic and a complete HASSLE free experience. The decor, of the building and attention to detail is on a different level. Nothing is an issue for the team and level of hospitality goes above and beyond many establishments. Breakfast and the Gluten free options for my wife was 1st class including a beautiful birthday cake - Thank-you to Team RH and we will definitely by returning guests. You should be very proud of what you have and continue to build in our city.

I recently spent a long weekend with my wife on a visit to Belfast and the Antrim coast. Regency House exceeded our expectations in every way. Ciara and Mark were wonderful "hosts" - nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The rooms were perfect! Beautiful decor throughout and every facility you could want. Of the many city hotels I have stayed in, this must count as one of the best both for the hotel itself and the attentiveness of the staff. I can't recommend it/them enough...

My partner and I stayed here in the New Year to combat those January blues and it ended up being the highlight of our holiday season. Every aspect of The Regency just oozed class, from the friendly reception we received on our arrival to the sheer quality of even the smallest of fixtures and fittings right throughout our apartment. Our living area was complimented with a vinyl record player and gas fire, providing another rich layer of sophistication to the ambience of the room. It was a pleasure unwinding here in the winter evenings with the soft, dulcet tones of Paul Simon for company. The kitchen was superbly kitted out with everything one would require to cook up a storm, including a wonderfully convenient Quooker tap and an excellent coffee machine. The views over the Crescent Park provided a beautiful setting for breakfast. Our sleeping quarters were fit for royalty and I struggle to remember a more peaceful night's sleep than the one I had in The Regency. The heated floor in our ensuite was a particular highlight of a cold January morning. For me, The Regency has completely reframed the conversation around what luxury is. An absolute gem in the heart of Belfast.

From the minute you set foot in this beautifully-restored period property, you know that your stay at The Regency is going to be memorable. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment which felt simultaneously spacious and cosy – no mean feat! The exquisite decor of this apartment has to be experienced to be believed - it is opulent, elegant and oh so comfortable. We felt as if we had stepped back in time yet also enjoyed all mod cons right down to the remote-controlled gas fire most welcome on a grey, wet evening. Our apartment had everything we could possibly need from glassware to tableware and cooking utensils - the DeLonghi coffee machine was a lovely touch. The bathrooms are sheer luxury and the fluffy white bathrobes made us feel as if we were in a five-star hotel but with ten times the space. Each bedroom has been furnished in its own individual style and the extremely comfortable pillows and beds guaranteed a good night's sleep. Should you tire of catering for yourself, the Regency offers a full concierge service and its superb location means that you are within easy striking distance of the city centre and a plethora of restaurants, bars, cafes in addition to many cultural attractions. On the other hand, you could just curl up on the super-comfy sofa, select an LP to play on the retro record player, and with a glass of something cheerful in your hand, congratulate yourself on having come across this unique (overused but 100% true in this case) gem of an apartment
