La posizione è ottima, molto tranquilla, molto vicina all'aeroporto e al centro città, ed è molto comoda per viaggiare. I servizi igienici sono molto puliti, ma la qualità del servizio alla reception è altalenante. A volte non so cosa chiedere ea volte il problema viene risolto molto rapidamente.

It was a great stay, easy walk to shopping centers and St George’s weekend market is just a stone throw away. Coffee shop (Nero Express) just outside the hotel and lots of bus stops around making things a lot easier if you’re going to different places. But everything is walkable so there’s no need to actually take the bus. Thank you Hilton Belfast!

Molto bello, personale giovane e disponibile ed in perfetto stile irlandese. La camera essenziale e molto pulita. Colazione ottima ed un piacevole angolo bar che funziona, di sera, nello stile di un pub. Inoltre la posizione è centralissima. Mi sono trovata proprio bene.

The good- great location, high quality bed and furnishings.
The disappointing- bar service in 1st floor awful. Lots of staff but took 30 mins to get 2 glasses of wine-had to chase up to get it. Different levels of wine in the two glasses.
Service at breakfast also not good. Lots of staff but slow and no greetings/ interactions. The hot food was great but local cheese was some Brie and curled up slices of ? cheddar. Fruit salad was 95% apple with the rest watermelon. Home made granola - looked like Alpen.
Room very comfortable but air con didn’t seem to work and layer of scum between bathroom sick and marble top - which came out when sink filled for hubby’s shave.
Have fed back to hotel reception so hopefully will improve.
Overall disappointed in what we had planned as a luxury treat.

Front desk staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. I booked for a twin room but was given a family room instead which was great. The room was big and suitable for family with small children. The room had no safe box and no fridge. Need to improve on the cleanliness also because the toilet was not so clean.

The location of the hotel is splendid. It is accessible and near to the city and i can definitely say its one of the affordable places to stay in the city centre. The service was good and the people were really sweet. Everyone at the reception was welcoming.
I wasn't a big fan of the way the toilets and bathrooms are structured. Plus although they had unlimited coffee, we had to go to the reception (would prefer a kettle at the room instead). Moreover hairdryer and extra pillow are all available but you need to ask the reception. These aren't the staffs problem but just the hotel in general.

We came from an overnight flight and haven’t had any sleep. The front desk staff, Nicola, welcomed us with a warm smile and assisted us immediately. This is the first time that we’ve checked in at Holiday Inn Express and it did not disappoint. She even gave us a little surprise because it is my partner’s birthday. :) What an extra mile, indeed. Notte di emergenza dopo la cancellazione del volo ma wow, il servizio fornito ha reso la giornata eccezionale. Lo consiglio vivamente.
La colazione era inclusa nel prezzo, quindi per me la mattina era un buffet d'occasione. Credetemi, il cibo è fantastico 👏🏿
Ti piace la palestra? Ti hanno coperto. La stazione degli autobus/ferrovia è accanto e ti porterà in tutti i posti che desideri. È nel centro della città, quindi chiama per allungare le gambe e passeggiare per la città, esplorando la bellezza di Belfast.

Buon pomeriggio, Sono stata in vacanza con amici e abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti in totale, la stanza molto pulita e silenziosa. La colazione molto variegata con molta scelta, tutto lo staff e stato molto cordiale e disponibile alle nostre richieste anche con la barriera linguistica non indifferente, Fisnik suppongo un manager simpaticissimo, avendo avuto l'opportunità di comunicare in italiano 😀. Vorrei anche ringraziare lo staff che ci ha ospitato Lene,david,lenka,lyn,courney,phill,TJ,azuka,olivia e il manager del ristorante Tony che si è fermato a scambiare due chiacchierare durante la cena. Se mi capiterà di tornare a Belfast sicuramente torneremo qui e lo consiglierò!

We nice ambience when we entered and had hand sanitizer sations available through out the hotel. Greeted by very friendly and courteous staff, thanks Madelina and Rubelha for all you help. Room was very nice and clean. Room service staff was great, thanks Rachel and Michelle. Housekeeping staff was fast and courteous. Food was great, loved the home made Titanic ice cream sundae and their other deserts.

From the minute you set foot in this beautifully-restored period property, you know that your stay at The Regency is going to be memorable. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment which felt simultaneously spacious and cosy – no mean feat! The exquisite decor of this apartment has to be experienced to be believed - it is opulent, elegant and oh so comfortable. We felt as if we had stepped back in time yet also enjoyed all mod cons right down to the remote-controlled gas fire most welcome on a grey, wet evening. Our apartment had everything we could possibly need from glassware to tableware and cooking utensils - the DeLonghi coffee machine was a lovely touch. The bathrooms are sheer luxury and the fluffy white bathrobes made us feel as if we were in a five-star hotel but with ten times the space. Each bedroom has been furnished in its own individual style and the extremely comfortable pillows and beds guaranteed a good night's sleep. Should you tire of catering for yourself, the Regency offers a full concierge service and its superb location means that you are within easy striking distance of the city centre and a plethora of restaurants, bars, cafes in addition to many cultural attractions. On the other hand, you could just curl up on the super-comfy sofa, select an LP to play on the retro record player, and with a glass of something cheerful in your hand, congratulate yourself on having come across this unique (overused but 100% true in this case) gem of an apartment

UUtente anonimoThe Europa in my opinion has got quite tired and is in bed of a revamp of the Bedrooms … especially the executive rooms .. also the cleaning of the rooms is hit & miss .. pull out the beds and there is old debris .. no sanitary disposable bags in bathrooms - the complimentary tea/coffee tray is an absolute disgrace and so basic that I don’t know why they bother .. the complimentary water is room temperature and no fridges in rooms .. I have no idea why they have the star rating it has ..the standard is not what would be expected of such a hotel Which I feel is basking in the glow of years gone by .. and the prices are overly inflated… Come on Hastings you can do much better than this??

UUtente ospiteThe apartment is big enough. All things are ok. Free underground parking is provided and it’s very convenient to go to the apartment directly via the lift. The staff are helpful. The pan is scratched and they immediately provided the new one. Tesco superstore is just next to the door, very convenient for shopping food. Very good for family trip when you want to cook for yourself.

UUtente ospiteSiamo arrivati tardi venerdì, circa le 10:00, e siamo stati molto stanchi di scoprire il volume della musica che viene suonata nella zona di foyer/bar, ma abbiamo controllato facilmente e abbiamo dato un piccolo sacchetto di carta con sacchetti di tè, caffè e latte. Ci sono 4 piani e la nostra stanza era al piano 3. La stanza era certamente piccola, poiché la cabina dell'ascensore ha preso essenzialmente una grande parte della nostra stanza. Questo, purtroppo, significava che ogni volta che qualcuno usava l'ascensore, abbiamo sentito le voci e la commedia di Belfast che giocavano quando si arriva al pianoforte.
Ho chiamato la ricezione e ho chiesto quando la musica è stata svolta fino a - e mi sono stato detto alle 1:00. Vergogna come volevamo dormire e tutto ciò che potevamo sentire - e sentire. La basso era così potente che poteva sentirla 3 piani su!
Non mi sbagliare - è un hotel che si rompe in un posto grande - ma non restare qui se vuoi dormire di buona notte.È davvero un hotel di festa.
Il servizio era buono e il personale era carino.

KKitKatBarHo avuto un soggiorno assolutamente meraviglioso, che superava tutte le mie aspettative; sono arrivato molto tardi e dovevo controllare e raccogliere le chiavi da solo, ma il processo mi è stato chiaramente spiegato in anticipo e era incredibilmente semplice e conveniente.
La mia stanza era spaziale, pulita e ben attrezzata. Ho apprezzato in particolare i due specchi, ciascuno con la sua propria illuminazione – un tale touch pratico! La posizione era anche grande, molto conveniente per andare in giro.
Il personale era assolutamente carino e aggiunto all'esperienza positiva generale.

WWolverine154First, the no-front desk touch screen check-in was beyond brutal. You have to type in EVERYTHING (and what they want is WAY over the top) one letter/# at a time w/your finger-whole process took me about 20 mins. Ridiculous. I think management realizes that-hence why they have a mini-fridge stocked w/gratis microbrews just inside the entry to keep guests from blowing their lids. My room was far, far away from any possible noise from the bar on the 2nd floor. Room, bed & bathroom were huge, modern & well appointed. Very quiet. Only issue was the fact that the wifi, like pretty much all of the other 7 properties I stayed at during my 3 weeks in the UK, was pretty pokey-around 10 mbps which barely allows for streaming youtube. Also, they need to provide mini-fridges. Yes, I know, Brits & most of the rest of Europe have no idea what they are just like that strange type of water called ice. My rating would be 4 stars but in the course of about 2 nights/3 partial days I got way more than a sixer of brews (I have never seen this perk anywhere in the world & I respect it deeply as a former homebrewer) so this add on made it 5 stars stay.

UUtente ospiteLa camera che ho soggiornato era una suite di stile commerciale, che si trovava davanti alla strada principale. Era grande e confortevole con un bel bagno e servizi per il tè/caffeina. Ci sono parcheggi gratuiti, coperti sul retro che era utile.
Le finestre si aprirono, che era buono, perché era asciutto e caldo nella stanza. Non potevo far funzionare la TV diversamente dalla BBC World, anche se finalmente riuscii a disegnare la scatola e farla funzionare. La camera era incredibilmente buia (pasta, cortina e coperchi erano tutti in materiale buio), dovevo chiedere alla ricezione di sostituire una buca rotta in uno dei tetti, e le luci del letto erano così buie che non potevano leggerle.
La pulizia della stanza era un po' colpita o scomposta, e le barre di sigarette erano sempre state bloccate dal portale esterno, proprio davanti alla porta, e il custode si scusava. Il personale presso la ricezione era utile e piacevole e quando il tempo era pronto a risolvere i problemi necessari.

I booked through *********** for one night as I was attending a football match. I picked this location as I was near the stadium and I had tried other parts of the City previously. I should have stuck with my previous hotel. The room was extremely hot even though it wasn’t in full sun. I was put in room 10 which is at the top of the building in what looks like a converted loft in the roof space. It was 2.30pm when I checked in. I had not been sent the previously notified email with the door entry code and room entry code. It is all done this way as it is supposed to be a self service booking in process. That failed. On arrival at the door having received no entry instruction I called the number on a sign outside. I got no reply. A man then arrived with his child asking was I booking in and he took me through the process. He directed me to room 10 which is on the fourth floor. No lift. At 3.30pm I reported my concerns about the stifling heat in the room to the staff though their whattsapp number. No response for a while and then they said they would send up housekeeping which was the same man who booked me in. I explained the heat was unbearable and concerned for how it would be at night. I also said that when I opened the window the traffic noise was unbearable. He said they were full and there was nothing he could do. Only suggested putting on a plug in fan. I reported back through whattsapp to say that I wasn’t happy and what else could be done. I had a broken telephone call via whattsapp with Niamh who was a bit sarcastic and unhelpful and didn’t offer any solution and basically said they are a city enter hotel so what did I expect. It was rush hour and traffic would die down (which it didn’t). I asked to escalate the complaint. I had a call from Christine Warren who was also unsympathetic, said it was unprecedented weather for Belfast but failed to recognise my concern and that it was cooler outside than in the room. She said all of their other rooms (75) in the city were booked but I could check out if I wanted and find another hotel. Difficult in the timeframe as it was now 5pm and I was off to the match. She also commented “what do you expect for the money you paid” (£85). I asked if she would offer a reduction but this was refused. I felt I had no alternative. When I returned to the room at 10.15pm having left the window open and the fan on, it was no different. I didn’t sleep all night. Aesthetically this location looks good but the lower rated scores here do tell a story of less than luxury and consistent poor staff and management attitude when you raise a concern. The rooms are tiny and definitely not luxury. Towels were thin, dust in the bedside locker and walls paper thin which was also reported. Breakfast was adequate but only cereals,coffee toast and some basic looking cheese and ham with a few stale croissants. A chain I will be avoiding in the future.

Originally booked Obel 64 on Belfasts riverside for a short stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. Had our transport, restaurants and itinerary for our trip all pre planned and most of it pre booked prior to arriving only to have a message late the night before travelling to tell us they moved our reservation to another location due to ”unforseen circumstances” no other explanation. St Thomas Hall was the opposite side of the city centre to where we should have been staying and there was apparently no other options for relocating us and it was also non refundable. I therefore spent the night prior to travelling, rather than getting a good night sleep, cancelling/amending all our travel arrangements for the whole trip, and reorganising our restaurants and itinerary. Although they upgraded our room to include an extra bedroom, I ended up spending much more money because of the additional transport and cancellation/amendment fees. The good bits - reception staff I spoke to to get key code was friendly and polite, accessing the apartment was easy, the apartment itself was spacious, modern and clean. I had organised a birthday package on arrival for extra which included prosecco, a cake, balloons and banners which was very nicely done 👍, the beds and sofas were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed, there were some take away and sit in food establishments nearby including a mini coop, regular buses to city centre from bus stop just down from apartment. The not so good bits - no longer had the river view or the main attractions within a reasonable walking distance for my 9 year old son (which were the whole reason I booked Obel 64), ALL the internal doors were so loud/squeaky and no door stoppers provided to prop them open which was not so good through the night, there were only 2 pillows provided per double bed and may as well not have had any as they were so flat and thin, one of the bedroom door handles was loose and threatening to fall off, as the property is on a main road there was so much loud traffic right into the early hours and the windows didn't do much to dampen the noise (should have brought my ear plugs). Overall experience was very mixed. The apartment itself was comfortable enough and served the needs we had for our short stay, however, it's absolutely not the property or location I would have booked for our particular stay and having read other reviews it seems to be a regular thing which is very worrying and it was a very stressful experience. On that basis I'd be wary booking again.
