Good Side— - Big room, good for staying long time and large family with kids. Huge space with cooking facility. - Will not recommend for only couples and 1/2 night staying. Bad Side—— - We have found some used and wet bedding hanging in the room which made us very uncomfortable - AC not worked

Ac was not not working . Although room was big and spaceous .

Location is very good within walking distance to Jijiamiao subway station. The apartment itself is located in a large mixed-use type building which makes a strange combination with office rooms neighboring the apartment. Apartment itself was not clean, especially the kitchen. Host was nice to supply items asked for such as cutting board, large knife, pot, toilet paper etc. Good choice for budget travelers.

1. Room was not cleaned. It was awful when we saw cockroaches running all over the place. 2. The staff was not prepared to receive guests even though they perfectly knew that we have paid for the room. 3. It was not a hotel at last. It was an "apartment" to accommodate domestic chinese travelers. The place is not designed to have foreign tourists. 4. Overall, I would rate the hotel 'very bad'.

I recommend these apartments for family or group living together as there is complete cocking facilities and extra folding beds, blankets etc. Metro is at walking distance of round about 11 minutes . No amenities,

房間裏床品非常非常乾淨衞生淡淡的香味兒，洗漱間，淋浴間，灶台非常乾淨，每次出差都來宇宏之家住，價格便宜，住着温馨，還能自己做飯燒開水。而且地鐵公交都很方便。值得信賴與推薦，下次還會入住！

設施：東西衹有吹風機和一個洗髮水，住了三天，一次性用品衹有兩個一次性牙刷，其他都沒有。 衞生：牀頭櫃後面都是垃圾，洗手枱也不乾淨，都是水漬。房間味道大 服務：還沒到退房時間，一直催退房。 位置：交通倒是方便，幾分鐘就到地鐵口

首先我特別對房東姐姐印象很好 人很熱情 服務周到 還免費給升級了一個大屋 房間超級大 哪哪都滿意 12點退房的時候告訴我不用着急 等一會兒沒關係 太好了🥹

超高性價比。周圍交通也方便，樓下就是便利店。值得推薦。
