Per il prezzo pagato la struttura é buona e spaziosa, la doccia era un po' scomoda.

Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile. Il posto è pulito, tranquillo e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla zona panoramica. Ci sono negozi e ristoranti convenienti nella zona. Ho adorato la zona del balcone per la mia lettura quotidiana.

Sono arrivato molto tardi ed era piuttosto buio in quella strada con tutti gli appartamenti in affitto, quindi è stato piuttosto complicato trovare il mio, anche la mappa non è stata molto utile. Ho chiamato la proprietà e mi ha dato il suo account WeChat per fare una videochiamata. Mi ha accompagnato alla mia stanza ma non ci siamo capiti molto e mi ha accidentalmente portato in una stanza che era già prenotata, quindi la porta non si è aperta. Si è scusata molto per la confusione e mi ha fatto l'upgrade della stanza a una suite senza nemmeno chiederlo. Qualcuno è anche venuto in macchina per portarmi in un altro appartamento. È stata così gentile e ha risposto alle mie domande sul posto. La casa aveva lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, acqua calda, tv, fornello elettrico e bollitore.

Mr. Yang the owner of this hotel was very helpful in giving me directions to the places as well as taking the time to answer all of my questions that I had about the area that it was in, in the Simetai part of the Wall and Gubei Watertown. I greatly appreciate him giving me an upgrade to a bigger room! This room was very spacious it had a kitchen, unfortunately I wasn't able to cook anything due to it not being very close to any major grocery store which didn't help me. The location was very far from any major grocery stores to shop at, but I at least liked how it was at this part of the Great Wall where I am glad to have gotten the opportunity to climb it. I understand and don't blame Mr. Yang for wanting to locate a hotel out in this part of town due to already there being a lot of hotels in the city center parts of the town. I like Mr. Yang's place better than the place that I am staying at right now, as I mention, it's too bad it was too far out of town for me through no fault of his own. I appreciate him giving me directions on which bus was best for me to take back into town eventhough I didn't need it. Would be more than happy to come back to his place again if the circumstances fit me. I am still interested in keeping in touch with Mr. Yang and wouldn't mind getting together with him if it is convenient for the both of us! I will continue to keep in touch with him if I have any questions to ask him about certain parts of Beijing or if I want to share anything with him about me or talk to him about anything when it is convenient for me to talk to him!!

停車方便 ，老闆服務好，主動給我們換的更大點的房間，室內衞生乾淨，很安靜，房間隔音也挺好的，不影響睡眠。房間温馨，服務態度很温和，地理位置也非常好，距離景區入口很近，非常便捷，總體很棒，下次還會再來入住，非常滿意哦！

房間乾淨，熱水充足，躺在床上就能看到長城的日出日落，酒店位置在別墅一期特別好，老闆很關照，知道我是一個人出行，還幫忙聯繫了物業車子可以把車開進別墅，充電也方便，提供的很多資訊，點贊，推薦

非常棒的一家酒店，位於景區旁邊的一個別墅區裏，出門就是景區，走路三分鐘。來了之後沒想到老闆還給了一個大大的驚喜，免費給我們升級了一個別墅的兩室一廳，還有露台，真是太棒了，大大的贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 設施：屋裡冰箱，洗衣機，微波爐，電磁爐都有，非常適合一家子出行入住，更意外的是小孩子的馬桶圈都有，後悔沒帶點羊肉片，就可以直接涮火鍋了 衞生：房子裏特別乾淨，各種細節做的非常到位，一看就是用心了 環境：我們住的房子樓下植被很好，而且非常安靜，早上起來遛彎空氣清新 服務：重點説一下服務，我提前聯繫的老闆，而且加了V，就擔心有不清楚的地方方便諮詢，當然我問了很多問題，老闆不厭其煩，一一解答，溝通起來特別舒服，還給我們講了很多注意事項，真的是太讚了。 總之這次出行非常開心，選對住的地方為我的出行加了不少分，非常感謝老闆的耐心招待，以後會常來，也建議大家放心選一花一坐，真的很好

房間很寬敞，衞生很乾凈，而且設備齊全，電視能投屏，還有陽台，感覺特別好。老闆人也特別好，給我升了房間，服務很周到，有什麼問題都及時解決了。

真的很棒，老闆熱情，到了之後就在樓下迎接我們。還介紹遊玩路線，房間設施也很齊全。本來到早了，老闆及時地安排了空房，下次還會去的。
