The hotel is a bit too far away from the attraction I wanted to see but it’s a stunning building with stunning rooms. I do recommend this hotel staff is friendly and will accommodate you.

very clean and convenient. service was good. if you are traveling with your family, it will be good choice.

Service losses

The service was OK but the guy at the front desk was not wearing his mask properly. The room was big but it was too hot. For two nights we were so uncomfortable, we were sweating profusely. We turned on the AC but it wasn't working. We couldn't sleep well. We ended up using paper as fan. The room wasn't clean. There were smudges of coffee on the table. The bathroom floor smelled like pee. Too strong to bear and the bathroom floor had dirty stains. It was too disappointing. There was no available amenities during our stay. The staff said the pool was being renovated as goes to all the pools in Beijing (don't know if the latter was true), the SPA, the sky lounge, they were all closed. These amenities were listed on the website that's why we chose this hotel. We were excited and hoped we could relax in the pool or the SPA. But again another disappointment They should do better than this.
