雙井周邊加班工作，連續續住了幾天，就因為他們家的民宿的確不錯，交通便利出地鐵口即到，乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮比預期是感覺要大，舒適如家，樓下還有星巴克、 711 及便利蜂便利店，以及各種美食，管家服務的態度非常好，去的早讓我任選房間，最後入住的第三間，值得推薦👍

The office guy name Along if im not mistaken very very helpful guys dont worry.
He will guide you until you find this place.
this apartemen so near to line 10 name Jingsong Station.
Near 7eleven, pharmacy,luckin coffee.
if you bring luggage is very easy to reach this apartment from station.
and if you came before time checking you can keep the luggage and leave for a while to strolling around Beijing.
If you want to buy online shopping you can send directly in this address and they will receive it for you .
We so happy find this place ❤️❤️❤️

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The owner is very nice, so friendly, the apartment was clean, the location is convenient, and the address is easy to find. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. I'll definitely come back next time.

It is a good stay. Would recommend. Everything you would need is included. Some rooms are better renovated than others so ask to look at other rooms if you find yours isn’t up to par.

A large and confortable room and a clean bathroom with a nice view of Beijing from the 16th floor of a building, just 100m from Jinson metro station.
The kitchen however consists of a fridge, electric plates, a water boiler...and that's it. I believe that trip.com should not make any distinction between kitchen and kitchenware in their listings, especially if the intention is to offer accomodations for the very short term. I specifically booked the accomodation as it contained a kitchen as i wanted to be able to cook from time to time. It didn't cross my mind that i had to bring dishes, a bowl, cookware, cutlery, a dishwashing liquid from Europe for a 2 weeks stay in Asia, of which 4 days at that place . None of this was provided, which made the kitchen useless to me. The only commercial gesture of the staff was to accommodate an early check-out if i wanted to leave.

The appartment is okay, although not really true to the photos. Clean but much more degraded than it looks in the pictures.
THERE IS NO KITCHEN and not even plates or forks, chopsticks, spoons, etc. The stovetop you can see in the photos has been removed and covered by a piece of countertop.
I live in China and stayed in different accomodations in Beijing and in my opinion, there are much better options of hotels around Songjiazhuang, Temple of heaven etc.
