Mi piace molto l'hotel, il trasporto è comodo e il personale è gentile ed entusiasta. Anche la vista sul giardino dell'hotel è molto bella, molto adatta a famiglie con bambini. Consigliato.

Il condizionatore d'aria in tutto l'edificio è stato rotto di notte e non è stato riparato fino a dopo l'una del mattino.Questo è luglio e la temperatura della stanza è di quasi 30. Quel che è peggio è che il servizio clienti non ha risposto al telefono e nessuno si è scusato o ha spiegato il giorno dopo, è incredibile!

Il servizio dell'hotel è buono, cioè durante il tuo soggiorno puoi imparare le tue preferenze: la decorazione del nuovo edificio sarà più moderna e lo stile del vecchio edificio durerà più a lungo.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When they learned we were staying at the hotel to celebrate our anniversary, we were gifted flowers and a cake. The hotel building is a little old but everything in it is very high quality and the service is great.

Cons: Personally I didn't like this hotel and won't go back. There were random pieces of mismatching furniture lined up along the wall, and just in general very old hotel, but charging 1.8k per night is completely disproportionate, if rooms were around 700 you can't complain. Pros: Breakfast buffet had good choice and the outside garden was really nice! Hotel allowed me to cancelled our second night even thought it was originally not cancellable. Much appreciated!!

Not worth the price. Location is great, however room is outdated. Check in took a long time (30 mins).
