Excelente hotel Quartos top , muro limpo e serviço excelente

Prima di tutto il servizio è molto, molto buono. Soprattutto il servizio di maggiordomo con medaglia d'oro. La signora maggiordomo è molto gentile. In secondo luogo, il servizio in camera e gli altri servizi sono molto buoni.

La scheda della stanza si è guastata più volte e non è stato possibile aprire la stanza. La qualità dell'umidificatore è nella media

Dotazioni: c'è ancora una leggera perdita nei pulsanti dell'ascensore e la tenda della porta è di tipo retrò, girevole a mano, degli anni '90. Probably the worst St. Regis experience I’ve ever had. I was excited to come here with my girlfriend after staying in the Shenzhen st. Regis for almost 3 weeks, which was fantastic. This hotel is the worst, the room was old the staff was rude (inconceivable for st. Regis) and the service was sub par. Stay elsewhere… you’re welcome.
