I had an amazing experience! Carl was incredibly helpful and fluent in English, guiding me through everything I needed during my stay. Highly recommended for a comfortable and welcoming stay! :)

I stayed there in mid-March and there was no air-conditioning in the room, making it very warm and difficult to sleep. I tried to loan a fan but it was totally loaned out. The service staff was very nice to check in on me every night and tried to help me change to another room. However, I noticed you have an in-experienced male staff who gave me wrong instructions on how to top up water in the water mist that was put in my room. You will need to provide training to all your staff so they are better equipped to handle guest queries.

Second time to stay in this hotel, good location with good breakfast, but smoke smell at corridor

Great hotel! For the money you get get a nice experience. Staff, food, room all good. It’s a bit far from the CBD like 15 km but it’s really close to the the Olympic Park and the Bird Nest. Definitely worth it. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel very near to Beijing national stadium. Spacious room. Huge variety for breakfast selections.
