Amazing hotel, the, staff super friendly,, breakfast is an amazing mix of local cuisine with western , near many spots for tourist ,you have sky place ,park with an amazing illuminations to see the lantern show , lantern show has every province in china with amazing set up with lights representing each culture and ethics group but the best of the hotel experience is the Hot springs is amazing one of the best I ever been

Really enjoyed staying here. I was competing at a nearby Spartan Race. They were flexible with my late checkout. Was even upgraded to one of the the suites. Would recommend a stay here!

2025年1月31日入住，2月2日離店，三天兩晚套餐1688，每晚另加價400！入住期間，對每一位工作人員的服務態度均十分滿意，不管大堂還是餐廳，每個工作人員都是笑臉相迎，耐心回答！
1.入住第一天便去了世園公園，進園不到十分鐘，孩子睡著了，我們啥也沒逛就回酒店了…詢問前台門票次日是否有效，答覆無效，但工作人員看我們是住三天兩晚，就又給了我們兩張！
2.孩子圍巾臟了，想要點洗衣液洗洗，而我自己忘帶了卸粧油，我看衣帽間裏有個小指示牌上寫着可以提供，電話詢問是否還能提供？工作人員都一一給送來了，而且洗衣液很好用！
3.訂的外賣送到了，由於全家都剛剛泡了澡怕感冒，詢問前台可否送餐，工作人員就親自送到房間來了！
4.我訂的是雙床房，意在兩張床並一起睡，大一些升着擠，我們自己不知道咋弄，工作人員也來幫忙！
基於以上四點，我對此次行程非常滿意，無可挑剔！

再也不來了，人民幣1400+上這挨凍來了，大人孩子都凍感冒了，第二天就發燒，以前夏天來過覺得還可以，這次簡直了，走在酒店大堂就有一種這個酒店要衰敗的感覺，淒涼，夜裡開了一晚上31度空調都沒暖過來，還巨幹頭髮起靜電，我是每天都洗頭的人，頭也沒洗臟兮兮的回家了

每年冬天都會帶娃來住凱悦 泡泡温泉 賞賞花燈 今年新佈置的海底小縱隊主題房 真的很討小朋友歡心 隨處可見的海底小縱隊元素為房間增添了不少樂趣 入住的時候是淡季 所以客人不多 但是酒店的服務並沒有因為住客少而降低 反而更加體現了貼心和關懷 每一位工作人員都是面帶微笑 盡職盡責 特別值得點讚的是早餐 雖然由於人少沒有開設自助餐 但是預點餐的形式也很好 提前一天選好第二天的早餐（餐廳要提前備食材）第二天到了餐廳都是廚師按照訂單現場製做的 感覺比自助餐還要精緻美味 總之凱悦已經成為來延慶度假的心頭好 還會再來！

凱悦的服務非常好，前台張海軍禮貌熱情，我們帶孩子需要加床，他方方面面都想到了，給我們安排的房間非常滿意。
酒店的早餐品種豐盛，咖啡好喝。
冬天的時候如果泡温泉，在酒店休息一天非常愜意，很滿意的一次度假。
套餐還送了世園的燈會票，參觀了大概一個小時，有點冷但還算挺用心的。

這次選的凱悦還是非常滿意的
最滿意的是服務，從辦理入住開始就感受到熱情和善解人意。本來要三點入住，不光幫我們提前辦理入住還給我們免費升級了陽台房，本來一間大床也按要求給我們調了雙床（長者也方便）。因為老大成人身高又貼心的送了早餐，（早餐128一位，立馬感覺這酒店大氣）又加送一張燈會票。把我想到要補的票全都送了。
設施：健身房 游泳池齊全。陽台房間很寬敞，有大圓桌和沙發。最喜歡的是乾濕分開的衞生間。
環境：因為冬天北京本來就沒啥綠色 其餘季節來室外就應該很舒服。在陽台喝喝茶一定非常棒
酒店對面就是世園二號門
温泉在悦心酒店但兩個酒店長廊連着也沒多遠非常方便
早餐本來看評論説花樣少，但也夠長者孩子選擇了
咖啡不錯
總之下次還會繼續選擇凱悦
