Ambiente: Il rubinetto è rumoroso! I tubi nel muro d'acqua della porta accanto facevano un forte rumore nel cuore della notte!
Servizio: non esiste un robot per la consegna del cibo, gli addetti alle consegne non sono ammessi e i camerieri sono troppo pigri per consegnarti il cibo. Il cibo è ancora alla reception più di mezz'ora dopo il suo arrivo.

Inizialmente avevo fatto il check-out alle due, ma la reception si è ricordata male dell'orario del check-out alle 12 e mi ha chiamato per dirmi che sarebbe stato prolungato fino alle tre, ma mi hanno chiamato altre tre volte Ho ritardato il check-out solo per dormire di più. Mio figlio ha ricevuto quattro telefonate e non è riuscito a dormire affatto.

Great hotel for families! It is located quite far from most tourist destinations, however in peak season this could be one of the most affordable options 😊 The hotel is nice and seems to be relatively new. They also have special racks for package deliveries! Hence you can order from Taobao and ship it to the hotel in ease

The hotel room is wonderful. It is clean and spacious. The design of the showering area is very smart and no water would spill out. The only part that can be improved is the rack to hang clothes, it is rather limited. The doors to the hotel room floor is also not locked properly and can be unlocked without using the room card each time hence slightly more dangerous but overall, it is rather good! It is near the airport and to the factory outlet store!

The hotel was ok, not suitable for young children. The entrance to the hotel is a little complicated and the ramp is way to steep for a stroller or even a wheelchair. The breakfast didn’t include many options, but the noodles were good.

Very good experience! They upgraded our room for free and gave us complimentary breakfast. The check-in process was seamless and easy for foreign visitors (checking in with passports).
The room was very clean and guest services were very professional and quick to accommodate all of our needs. The hotel feels modern and has amenities like a gym (full dumbbell set & a few machines) and a laundry room. We have stayed twice to see nearby family and plan on staying here more in the future. Would recommend!

Location was great close to subway. Good selections of breakfast. Staff is very helpful. Some rooms are under renovation. But overall good experience.
